Park Bogum ponderings about Taehyung's words a few minutes ago.
Right now they are, Taehyung; Taeeun; Chris; and he are on a flight to Korea. Taeeun fell asleep in her husband's arms, she is exhausted because she didn't stop crying since the marriage blessing until a few moments ago.
What surprised him is, Taehyung said that he would give his position as CEO of the Korean Couturelabs to Bogum who just started working at the company a month ago.
"You're the only one I can trust and rely on, Hyung." Taehyung looks at him with his puppy eyes.
"Are you really going to do that donor?"
"Yes."
"That means, once we arrive in Korea you will ..." Bogum shakes his head a little, he couldn't continue his words. He knows the time will come for him and Taehyung to part ways, but he doesn't expect it would be this fast.
"Thank you, Hyung. I ..."
"Nope, don't say anything. Let's just enjoy this time. I don't want to cry right now, I would save my tears for later."
Bogum knows that Taehyung will definitely say his 'Goodbye'. For him, Taehyung is not just a best friend. He loves Taehyung like an older brother to his younger brother. Same goes for Taehyung. Park Bogum is not his best friend, but his older brother.
Their first meeting was so simple, but who would have thought that it could bring them into such close brotherhood.
Bogum knows all of Taehyung's secrets that even Jungkook doesn't know. Always takes Taehyung's side and never leave him. Accept Taehyung as he is and always support him.
Bogum did know about Taehyung's illness right from the start, remember, even when Taehyung 'disappeared' for two years, he still often met him and never stopped exchanging messages. During the four months Taehyung in Korea, every time he felt pain, Bogum would pick him up, accompany him, and take care of him.
Because of Bogum's heartfelt attention for Taehyung, Taeeun even said: "If you fall in love with Bogum, surely everything will be easier."
Well, we all know to whom Taehyung's heart is anchored.
Taehyung still remembers how Bogum stands in the forefront to protect him when almost all Koreans hate him because of that scandal. And he knows that whatever he gives are nothing compared to what Bogum did for him.
Taehyung hugs Bogum tightly. Leaning his head on the older male's broad chest.
"Thank you for everything, Hyung. There are a lot of things that I haven't done yet, but I have to go. And you're the only one who can complete all of this." Bogum can feel Taehyung smiling on his chest. "Taeeun Noona thinks of you as his own sibling, so you have to be a good little brother by looking after him. And Couturelab Korea will definitely expand greatly under your direction."
"Of course. You don't need to doubt me. I graduated from Business and Management at Seoul National University"
The two men let go of each other's hugs and laughed.
"How proud of yourself."
"Yes I am"
"Goodbye, Hyung."
Bogum pinches Taehyung's cheek. "Wrong. You should've said: Hyung, see you again in the next life."

Three hours before the operation.
Taehyung is lying on the hospital beds at one of the VIP rooms, on the orders of Doctor Kang, who is currently discussing a number of things with Taeeun and Chris in his room.
"Hyung, can you please help me get my cellphone?" he asked Bogum, who had been accompanying him since then.
As soon as Bogum gives his cellphone, he quickly calls someone. Min Yoongi.
"Hello," Said someone from the other side
"Hyung. Have you already in the hospital?" he asks
"Not yet, Tae. We're still in dorms. Maybe in one hour, we'll go there. Why? Have you arrived in Korea?"
"That's why I'm calling you, Hyung. I'm still in Germany. There are a lot of things that I have to take care of after Noona's wedding, so I'm late to go to Korea. My flight was supposed to be two hours ago but it was delayed due to bad weather. Maybe in about an hour, the plane will take off."
"So you aren't here when the operation is carried out?" said someone who's Taehyung recognizes as Jimin.
And Taehyung cry. He doesn't even know why he's crying. Is it because soon he will die? Is it because he will leave his sister? Is it because he will never meet the members and Bogum again? Is it because he and Jungkook will separate forever? Or because of all that?
Bogum caresses his shoulder slowly, trying to give a little calmness. Even though he himself is trying his best to not cry.
"Yeah. Too bad I can't accompany him go through this."
"Tae, I'm sorry."
Taehyung doesn't answer. Not he doesn't want to, but he can't. His tears kept flowing making his voice stifled.
"Tae."
"Yes, Jin Hyung."
"Don't cry. Everything will be fine. We will accompany Jungkook. Just focus on your travel. The important thing is that you are here when Jungkook regained his consciousness."
"I'm sorry, this should be a happy day because finally, Jungkook can be saved. I entrust Jungkook to you Hyung. Please take care of him while I'm not there. I'll go straight to the hospital as soon as I arrive. I hope I get there on time."
"Okay. See you at the hospital."
Taehyung turns off the call without answering. Because he knew that he would never see them again.
"You liar." Taehyung chuckles at Bogum's taunts.
"I can't say the truth, right? The same goes to you, Hyung. If later Jungkook asks me where I am, then just lie by saying that I'm in Germany. Wait, it's not a lie. Clearly, my body will be buried there. Also if you meet Soojung someday, give my greetings to her. Just say I'm too busy to meet her. And this cellphone," Taehyung put the black phone in Bogum's hand. "I set a scheduled message. After some hours, this phone will send a message to Jimin. So please make sure that this isn't off."
"Yeah, Captain. I'll do whatever you command me," he said while stroking the younger's hair.
They turn towards the door which suddenly being open. Doctor Kang came with his sister, brother-in-law, and a nurse.
"Hi, Doctor Kang."
"Hi, Taehyung."
"Doctor, have you fulfilled my request?"
"Yes. We already have provided one VIP room for Jungkook's family and the members. It would be the place where they wait during the operation."
"Thank you, doctor. I just don't want them to see me come in and out of that room."
"Now I will check your condition, after that, in three hours the operation will begin."
After all the examinations, Doctor Kang and the nurse came out of the room leaving four people inside in silence.
Chris signalling Bogum to leave the room. The sibling needs time alone.
Taeeun walks over to his sister's bed, sitting in the chair beside it. Holding his hand gently and lovingly.
Taehyung feels his hands wet with tears. He stretches his free hand to her sister's cheek, wiping down the tears that rolled down her cheeks.
"Don't cry. You are prettier if you smile."
"You will leave me. Of course, I would cry"
"Hey, I'm not going anywhere. I'm just going to meet mom and dad, they must be really missing me. I will accompany them up there, and you stay here happily with Chris Hyung. The two of you will have beautiful and handsome children. And from our place, we would be very happy to see their adorable behaviour. You have to be happy here. Don't push yourself too much. Rest if you are tired. There are Chris Hyung, his family, and Bogum Hyung who will always be there for you. Me, mom and dad will take care of you from afar."
"Send my greetings to mom and dad. Tell them that I miss them too. Tell them that I'm sulking because they are not fair, they asked you to meet them but I was left here. Importantly, all three of you have to appear frequently in my dreams, okay? So that I don't miss you, mom, and dad too much. I and Chris will have beautiful and handsome children. We'll raise them well and make sure that the three of you would be the happiest and proudest uncle and grandparents ever." Taeeun said smiling even though her lips trembled as she cries.
While waiting, the sister and brother chose to talk about many things. Starting from their childhood stories, stories about Chris and Taeeun, they even have time to talk about business. You may say they are weird, but they just want to find an escape from their sadness.
Soon, some nurses enter with Chris and Bogum who had been waiting outside.
"The time has come. The operation will begin."
The nurses then push Taehyung's bed towards the operating room. And during that time he never let go of his sister's hand.
"Wait a minute," Taeeun says as they arrive in front of the operating room.
The woman kisses her brother's forehead.
Seeing Taeeun kiss Taehyung with tears in her eyes, making Chris and Bogum can no longer hold back their tears.
"Congratulations, finally you are free from the pain that has been tormenting you. Forgive me if throughout your life I've not been able to be a good sister. One thing you need to know, you are amazing, you are so strong, you are so kind and forgiving, I really proud of you. Thank you for being my brother. Now it's time for you to rest, you've been through a lot, I know you must be tired. I love you, Kim Taehyung. "
Taeeun kisses Taehyung's forehead one last time.
"I love you, Noona. See you again. In the next life, the four of us will be the happiest family."
As soon as the nurse closes the operating room's door, Taeeun falls on the floor. A great tremor overtook her as if the floor where she stands is crumbling.
Meanwhile in the operating room.
Taehyung turns to his left. There lay a man with wires and tubes all over him.
"I love you, Jeon Jungkook," the last word Taehyung saysbefore he closes his eyes forever.
