Innocent (TaeKook) - Chapter 13: Chapter 13

"HELP...... somebody help us pl-please...... Guard Uncle...... GARD UNCLE......PLEASE SOMEBODY ...." the boy yelled on the top of his lungs. But no body came. The boy was a crying mess. He was unable to handle the situation. He too young for that.
He just want to be in his bed hugging his mother feeling safe in her warmth, not in a freezing cold night outside.
"Mommy.... please Mommy don't do this. Please *sob* pl-please Mommy. W-What will i do...P-....." he didn't got to complete his sentence when he experienced the worst nightmare of his life.
"MOOOMMMMYYYYYYY"
Jungkook woke up from the sleep. He cleaned the drop of sweat from his forehead. He looked around and abruptly stood  up understanding that he is still holding Taehyung's hand and still sitting beside him.
His gaze diverted to the sleeping boy. He was sleeping so peacefully. Suddenly worry started to surround his mind. What if someone saw him. He can't risk it, he need to leave immediately. But where? Its his room. Should he wake Taehyung up and ask him to go back to his room.?
"No. Wtf Jungkook. Just get out, before anyone wakeup." He mumbled almost inaudibly. He looked at the clock hanging at the wall.
3 am
He went outside on his tiptoe not to make any noise. He do not want any drama. He still need to sleep so he made his way to his office where atleast he could get some sleep. He went inside and lay down on the sofa and drifted to sleep.
Taehyung woke up when sun rays shinned on his face through a large Windows on his left side. He sat up giving his back support with the backstand of the bed. His eyes wandered here and there and he realized that he is not in his room. Whose room is this? What is he doing here?. He quickly stood up from the soft and comfy bed.
He diverted his eyes around the room and his gaze landed on the picture at the night stand . A small boy standing with a very pretty lady in a garden maybe. A boy will be around 10 or 12 and he has a very pretty bunny smile. His features are quite similar with Jungkook.
Maybe he is his son. JK is married?
"J-JK" Then he remembered all what happened yesterday. "W-what a-am i doing i-in his room." Taehyung gulped visibly in complete fear. Then his gaze met with a white paper lying beside the photo frame. He lifted the paper and read "For Taehyung". He frowned his eyebrows in confusion and slowly opened it to read what's written inside.
Happy Birthday Tae. Well belated actually.
Don't tire yourself too much, and never skip you meals. It's okay to ask for help when you can't take it all by your own. After all what are friends for? You are free to talk to anyone here. Get along with others so that when you are not well or not feeling like okay, ask them to help you. People here don't bite. And keep this letter to your own self. Don't tell anyone that you found it. I don't want JK to get angry with you.
"Jin Hyung". There was no name of the one who has written it but it made Taehyung happy. He is sure that only Jin will be the one who will talk to him about meals and will care for him. He folded the paper and put it in his back pocket of the jeans . He went outside not knowing the way to the kitchen so that he can perform his duty as he is getting late for his college.
Its been just one day he can't risk it that JK again stop him from going to college. He asked the boy who just crossed him for direction. He told him the way and Taehyung went downstairs to the kitchen.
Namjoon was already at the dining table having his breakfast along with very angry Yoongi. Taehyung greeted both of them and made his way to the kitchen.
"Taehyung. Where are you going? Come sit Maria will serve you. You need to go to the college also." Namjoon said tapping on the chair beside him.
"B-but i-i have to serve breakfast to M-Master" Namjoon shook his head while chewing his bite and gestured him to sit down. Taehyung looked at Yoongi hesitantly and sat down. Maria came and served him bacon and egg along with the glass of milk.
Taehyung ate his food and went to change his clothes from yesterday. He got ready quickly but silently left the mansion. He don't want to trouble them anymore than he already did. He ran to the college not to get late.
Jungkook woke up and came downstairs in his black sweats and black shirt. "Where is Taehyung hyung?" Jungkook asked Yoongi who was looking quite unbothered to answer. He diverted his attention to Namjoon.
"He went to college just now." Namjoon told him.
"Alone? Again? I told you to send a man with him. I still don't trust him hyung. And after to...." he stopped abruptly and cleared his throat.
"Come on JK he is not a criminal you know that. If he had to run he would have ran yesterday." Namjoon answered angrily and walked away from the dining table.
"Gosh.. Having a bad day Hyung?" Jungkook asked Yoongi again.
"I don't know why you are giving him this much liberty" Yoongi hissed in anger.
"Got in a debate with sexy brain?" Jungkook smirked that fueled Yoongi anger and he also walked away from the dining.
"What? Now i should eat alone? What about getting together on a dining table thing?" Jungkook huffed and get to eat his breakfast.
Taehyung had the same busy day at college. All day classes and he is all alone. "Chim will be be back in a day or two. Then it will get better" he smiled and made his way to the last class of the day. It's getting cloudy. He just hope it should not rain cz he is not having any money neither he took an umbrella with him.
Class ended and it was raining heavily. Thunderstorm growling. Taehyung signed thinking how will he get back home. He can't get home late today surely JK will not spare him. He held his bag on his head and ran to get less soaked by the rain.
A black SUV stopped infront of him. He tried to see through the blinds but couldn't. Slowly the glass rolled down and there sat his favorite hyung.
"Jin Hyung" Taehyung chirped happily seeing his favorite person. "Get in baby" Jin asked him and Taehyung hopped in.
They drove home while talking. More like Jin inquiring him about his routine. Taehyung once mentioned the letter but the other didn't know what he was talking about so he shrugged it off not giving it much of a thought.
They reached home and Taehyung quickly left the car and got inside to surprise Namjoon who actually got surprised. First seeing Taehyung smiling with all his heart and then the arrival of Jin without informing.
Taehyung insisted Jin to stay for today. He already was missing his mom after yesterday so he want to be with Jin who care for him just like a mother. Jin being himself was sharing his dad jokes making the other two laugh. Soft deep giggles of the younger filling the home making both his hyung coo at his cutness.
Jungkook came back after long day of work and ordered Yoongi to park the car before coming inside. As he got inside the environment inside was quite good and he heard very deep giggling sound. He went to where the sound was coming. He was not to visible when he saw Taehyung sitting on kitchen counter laughing and enjoying with both his hyungs.
The sight was quite pleasing for Jungkook. He saw the younger smiling for the first time since he got here. That cute boxy smile was pure and beautiful then any gem in this world. He felt like protecting this boy from the cruel world. He is too pure and innocent.
He was in a daze and he didn't notice that he was standing infront of them. Jin stood up and hugged the other. Jungkook came back to reality when he felt others bone crashing hug.
He wanted to see the smile again and to hear that pleasant sound of younger's giggle but none happened. Instead he saw fear plastered on younger's face. He hung his head low and finding ground more interesting.
It made Jungkook angry. Reason unknown but Jungkook became red instantly. He raised his hand and pointed at Taehyung. "You, my room now" he didn't spare others any glance and moved out of kitchen.
Taehyung knocked softly and quickly got the permission. He went inside standing infront of Jungkook. "G-Good Evening M-sir" Taehyung said eyes never leaving the ground.
"Won't you ask what i want?" Jungkook said takinf off his blazer. "W-what can i do s-sir?" Taehyung spoke fearfully.
"Laugh" Taehyung averted his gaze toward the older in confusion. "P-Pardon?" Taehyung asked while looking at him.
"I said Laugh. Am I speaking French?" Jungkook said raising his eyebrow. Taehyung didn't quite understood the request but still did short confused laugh, and soon understood that it didn't satisfied the older.
Jungkook removed his tie and threw it across the room and stood up abruptly to which the Taehyung took a step back.
"This is not how you were laughing earlier." Before Jungkook know he has said it out loud what he was just thinking. Taehyung still didn't understood older's behavior but stood there.
"Get me a cup of coffee. Make it by yourself. And don't take too long" Taehyung bowed in understanding and left the room. Jungkook signed and went to take shower.
Taehyung came downstairs with quick steps. He went to the kitchen to make coffee while others were in the living room watching tv and talking.
"Hello beautiful people" a very shrill voice echoed the living room. Taehyung came outside with a cup of coffee in his hand and all the others also turned to see the owner of the voice.
"There..... what a great timing." Jin mumbled with a disgusted expression but got the normal ones quickly. "Hey Lisa. What a great surprise." Jin said while stretching his hand but the girl Lisa hugged him instead. She greeted all of them while throwing his bag on couch.
Taehyung was completely minding his own business and was about to go upstairs to Jungkook's room when Lisa took the cup from the tray and sipped from the cup. Taehyung tried to protest but Lisa cutt him off. "Aren't you a cute one. What's you name cutie?" Lisa said by dragging his index finger along the right cheek to chin of Taehyung.
"Taehyung..... KIM TAEHYUNG what's taking so long" Jungkook growled vibrated in the mansion. "You must be Taehyung. Oh boy you are in alot trouble." Lisa smirked seeing the trembling hands and legs of the brunette.
"Was this his coffee? You should have told me before" Taehyung was not at all in a condition to answer instead Namjoon interfered. "You actually didn't asked him in the first place Lisa"
Jungkook came down and his eyes fell on Lisa. Lisa handed the cup to Taehyung and longed toward the raven head. She hugged him tightly and kissed him on the side of his cheek.
"Long long time baby" Lisa stated to which Yoongi who was standing there for so long quite invincible spoke "you forget the word 'brother' to add" Lisa gave him a annoyed expression and averted his attention to Jungkook. Who removed her hand from his torso and looked at Taehyung.
"Where is my coffee?" Taehyung didn't dared to look him in the eyes. He just said "I'll make it quickly sir" not wanting to make the other angry he turned on his heels but Jungkook stopped him. "No need now." Taehyung thought Jungkook got angry that's why he is saying this.
"It won't t-take...." Jungkook cutt him off "i said I don't want it now." Not giving any attention to the girl standing by his side he moved to the couch.
"I see you got the new boy toy JK." Lisa smirked and Jungkook quickly turned toward Taehyung. Younger lowered his gaze but Jungkook is sure he saw tears in others eyes. "Leave. Go do your work" he ordered the brunette who bowed and turned but again stopped.
"Before that go take out my bags from the car and set my room" Lisa ordered while getting as close to the Jungkook as possible. Taehyung bowed and walked toward the hall door. He went outside but before he can see it he bumped into someone and the shopping bags scattered around.
"Oh sorry. Are okay? My bad i didn't saw you" a young boy younger then Taehyung said by stretching his hand for Taehyung to stand up. Taehyung lifter his head to see the boy and boy gasped.
"Oh you again. Haha i this whenever we will meet you'll bump into me and trip on your own" The boy chuckle cutely.
"What are you talking about. See what you did" Taehyung stood up on his own stretching his shirt which got torn cz of getting under his foot. The other laughed again making Taehyung more angry.
"See last time you stained my shirt an now i torn yours. We are even now." Taehyung is angry and confused. Why is the boy behaving like he know him.
"Last time? Do i know you boy?" Taehyung asked. The other boy raised an eyebrow. "You gotta be kidding me. We just met the day before yesterday and you forgot me already. Come on that sound like a insult." The boysaid dramatically holding the bridge of his nose.
"I already have my problems. Don't play with me boy. I don't know you okay" Taehyung said slightly pushing the boy to get to the car and do as asked.
"Oh come on dude I'm Yeonjun. Ring any bells? Ohh by the way did you found your brother?" Taehyung frowned on others words. Something clicked his mind.
"Where did you met me?" He asked the boy named Yeonjun. The boy surely was getting to think of Taehyung as crazy person. "Ahh i guess near the Church. Yes near the church where you bumped into me like earlier and spilled the whole cup of blueberry juice on my shirt" The boy told him and now Taehyung's hunch was a believe.
"That boy was a little shorter than me?" Taehyung asked again and the other boy gasped in response. "Yes..... I thought too that you look a bit highted today. Who was he? Are you his brother? But why was he looking for you? Is this not your house?" Yeonjun bombarded Taehyung with questions.
"Can you do me a favor please. Please" Taehyung practically pleaded and the other just nodded in confusion. "I'll tell you the address can you please go and tell him to stop looking for me. I got the job so that's why I can't get back for now but i will soon".
"Okay. And you are? He was Baek , yeah that's what the other boy called him......" Yeonjun asked.
"Taehyung... Kim Taehyung. And his name is Beakhyun" Yeonjun smiled and told him that he is Lisa's step brother and he came to drop her here. He also told brunette that he like him and pray that what ever the thing is, he just hopes that the other stay happy and healthy. He told him that he love his smile.
Taehyung also showed the affection and talked while shifting Lisa's luggage inside. He found a boy quite free living and jolly. He felt happy finding a new friend. Yeonjun also shared his number with Taehyung asking to contact him if he need any help.
