Innocent (TaeKook) - Chapter 22: Chapter 22

"If you had talked to me once before you kidnapped him, it wouldn't have happened today." Jimin pushed Yoongi with his palm hitting his chest and made his way to younger's room.
"C-chim....." Taehyung muttered quite low almost inaudible, Jimin jerked his head to boy in his arms.
"Shhh don't talk. Jin hyung will treat your wounds. It's going to be okay." Jimin said with his calm and collected voice. The last thing he do right now is to make younger uncomfortable.
"W-where is J-JK" Taehyung tried to speak a little louder but failed terribly.
"Fuck him. You shouldn't be talking right now. Have some rest I'll bring something to eat." Jimin placed Taehyung on the bed slowly and covered his body with the comforter.
"C-chim...."
"Shh Tae not right now" for some reason Jimin knew Taehyung is again going to ask him about Jungkook and for now he don't even want to hear his name. He is your brother damn it.
"Jin hyung patch him up. I'll bring him something to eat" Jin just nodded and with his sad eyes he saw Taehyung, tears welled in his eyes seeing the poor boy being punished for something he didn't even knew about.
"It's going to hurt a little." Jin said as he tried to wipe the blood for the cuts on younger's face. As soon as the cotton got in contact with the wound Taehyung hissed in pain as it burns.
"Just a sec and I'll be done. It's necessary" Jin gave him a soft smile and Taehyung just nodded his head. Too busy with his thoughts about what he just came to know about.
He has every right to hurt me. This pain is nothing compared to what he went through.
Jungkook slammed shut the door of office. The office was a mess as he left it few hours ago. He can't hold himself and broke down. This is getting more and more complicated for him.
The pain of his past and the frustration he feels right now is making him go insane.
"It hurts..." he cried out loud as he held his chest and clutched it tightly.
"Ahhhhhhh" another scream left his mouth. Never in his life he felt this helpless. Never in his life he experienced what he is experiencing right now. What is that feeling, that is revolving his heart.
"Make it..... make it stop. Please make it stop" Jungkook crouched down to ground and cried out loud.
"I did the right thing..... then ...... then why does it hurt so much?" It was a question to to himself. He wanted to break Taehyung, to take revenge and that's what he did. Then why is it hurting so much? He should be happy. Why is the wounded Taehyung not leaving his mind? Why is it making him cry?
"Did i do something wrong Mummy? Papa?" He looked at the family photo he has in his hand. He wanted someone even a single being, single thing to just say what he did was right to get him at peace but did he do right thing? You guys tell me?
"Yes you did" before he could turn around a heavy punch landed on his jaw making him fall down on the ground. He groaned trying to get up but didn't got enough time as the person just entered the room kicked him at stomach.
"J-Jimin hyung....."
"Shut up. Don't you dare call my name from your mouth" Jimin was fuming in anger and with that he grabbed Jungkook from the collar and made him stand up.
"I asked you one thing! Just one thing!! TO LET HIM LIVE AT PEACE. HE IS NOT WHO DID WRONG TO YOU. NOT TO BREAK THIS HELL LOOSE ON HIM BUT....." another punch with another and another and another. Jungkook stumbled and fell on his back to the ground.
"Hun-hyung...." Jungkook tried to speak but Jimin raised his hand telling him to shut it.
"You saw it didn't you? DIDN'T YOU?" Jimin yelled on his face making other flinch. Angry Jimin is scary.
"W-what!" Jungkook couldn't point out what older was talking about.
"His shoulder? Was it not enough to understand anything? Can't you even think anything other than revenge" Jimin said feeling like all energy is draining out of his system. Jungkook ran toward him holding his arm to maie him sit but Jimin slapped his hand off of him.
"You saw it or not?" Jimin repeated but his voice was alarming.
"I did" Jungkook said remembering what he saw and the bare thought made him dive down in guilt even more.
I shouldn't have done that. I should have got a hold of myself.
"Even then? Do you even have a heart?" Jimin tried to yell but couldn't his throat is hurting from all the yelling and crying and his voice is annoyingly hoarse.
"H-hyung i g-got angry. Anger got the best of me..." Jungkook tried to reason.
"Excuses.... excuses and excuses. Always an excuse" Jimin hit him on his chest making younger stumble back but still keeping his head low.
"You wanted to know about him right? You wanted to distroy him right? You wanted to use him RIGHT?" Jimin yelled again along with coughing but didn't took it in account.
"I'll tell you then, and i dare you to even touch him. From now on it's either you or me. I was stupid to believe that you will understand me! I was wrong Jungkook. You made me realize a monster is a monster no matter how good you do to him. It was my mistake to think of you as my brother." Jungkook felt something broke inside him. The first ever person who loved him, who took him under his wings and he lost him because of his own selfishness. He became selfish to avenge his parents.
"H-hyung...."
"Jimin. Just Jimin for you" Jimin said with the look he never thought he would get for his brother ever in his life.
"December, 30th, 2003. His mother died giving birth to him. He is murder by birth make sure to punish him for that also." Jungkook's eyes widened unconsciously after getting the information. He shook at the last sentence, he knew Jimin is never going to look at him or talk to him the way he first did. Jimin was a kindhearted person but somewhere he became all hardcore mafia to protect his younger brother after knowing what he went through.
"Shhh it's just the start. You wanted to know right so listen and listen very carefully maybe you get something else also to add up with your plan." Jungkook felt guilty seeing how Jimin was treating him and somewhere deep down he knew he deserve this.
"Min ho never took care of him. He didn't care that child had his food or not, he didn't care he kept crying for hours, he often leave home when Taehyung started crying. Mrs. Lee their neighbor took Taehyung under her care. She saw him crying often and the boy was weaker then usual. His father never even made it a deal that why is she taking care of his son. He actually never considered him a son. When children are called by all loving names he was called murder. From birth he never called him by his name. He didn't even gave him a name. Mrs. Lee named him, as Anty Nana was her friend she once told him that she choose this name for his baby." To say Jungkook was shocked will not be wrong.
"He was 6, when his principal complained at his home that Taehyung is caught doing some dirty things with his class fellow Bam Bam. He never did anything, it was Bam Bam who wanted to be his friend and Taehyung who never knew what friend is was trying to get away from that boy and during that struggle he accidentally rip that boy's shirt and slapped him. That boy molded the story to take his revenge saying Taehyung was trying to force himself on him. Min ho didn't even tried to listen his son and started beating him. At the age of 6 he raped him, he took his virginity and for what? Not for forcing himself on anyone but for being a gay, for choosing a boy to be his partner. He was just 6. And that thing on his shoulder you saw, its not just a burn mark, he used a heated knife and burned his skin writing Sinner to make him remember to never ever look at any boy with these intentions. After that even Mrs. Lee couldn't save him. Min ho forced himself on little boy whenever he wanted saying it's his punishment for shaming his name." Jimin was a crying mess by now.
"He made him do a promise that day to never look at any boy with any wrong intentions, not to even get close to any other boy or man. I always wonder why was he alone at school and why was he so afraid if anyone try to talk to him. He was always alone, he didn't even sit with anyone in the class room. He was a easy walking target for everyone who wanted to get power at school. He slowly learned to endure it all. Still after everything he still wanted to be a good son for his father, he wanted to make him proud. He always believed it was his fault that boy felt anything like that. He wanted to be the son his father can love."
"He has a sensitive heart. He couldn't see his father struggling when he flew away all his money on the call girls and drinking. At the age of 11 he started working part-time to earn their living. Min ho will beat him whenever he wanted, he never needed any reason and Taehyung being a pure soul always tried to hide it thinking if anyone saw it they will report to police and his father will hate him more. He endured all just to get an ounce of love from his father. I met him 3 years back, at that time i was about to complete my degree and I couldn't take it anymore seeing how everyone used to bully him. I announced to everyone that he is my friend and anyone who will try to mess with him will directly mess with me. I was able to make his college life bearable but at home it was getting worse and worse. From the day he started working at Beakhyun's store his father usually beat him accusing him for having an affair with his boss." Jungkook was still listening with his eyes and mouth wide open.
"Taehyung took all the responsibilities on his shoulder, which his father should have taken. He earned money for his family still Min ho was not happy and wanted more. He is a son of money. As you see his father sold him to you for money." Jungkook's eyes widened even more listening to Jimin's word as Jimin showed him the file.
"You really thought i will not know about that?" Jimin threw the file at Jungkook's face. The other was not able to see him in the eye. He hid it well then how did Jimin knew?
"Y-you...... h-how do you know about it?" Jungkook asked collecting his courage. Jimin stepped forward and slapped him.
"WHAT IS GOING ON IN YOUR MIND? HUH?" Jimin said grabbing him by collar again. Jungkook jolted forward but didn't took his eyes off the ground.
"H-how do you know?" Jungkook was still stuck on that thing.
"You really thought Jennie will hide it from me? The day you asked her to set your meeting with that bastard i had a doubt since that day and it all got clear when i came back. I really thought you are trying to save him" Jungkook was standing there in trance. He is domed.
"What you are feeling right now is your  conscience telling you what you did is not right." Jimin spatted at him with an unhumorous chuckle.
"Why didn't you told anybody about this? Not even Yoongi? I thought you guys made promise about getting this revenge done no matter what?" Jimin said again.
"H-hyung..... i..... this.... w-why Yoongi! I-i tell y-you everything, why are you behaving like this. I'm your b-brother." Jimin chuckled a little and backed away a little when Jungkook tried to hold his hand.
"Brother? You are shuttering even saying that and you think you have been a good brother. You and me are just mafias Jungkook." Jungkook shook his head .
"Kook. You call me kook, so do that. Please. We are brother. JIKOOK and will stay like that"  Jimin seemed like he didn't even listen this.
"Why did you bought him?" Jungkook didn't wanted to tell. Why you might ask? Because he himself don't know.
"I-i Don't know. I just felt like doing it" to say Jimin was angry will be an understatement he was furious on his younger brother.
"YOU FELT LIKE IT! Seriously IS THAT ALL YOU GOT TO SAY!!" Jimin charged toward Jungkook again and pinned him down at ground while gripping his neck, Jungkook didn't even fight back. He don't want to stand against his brother and he really is confuse why he did what he did.
"He is a human being damn it. He has equal right to live as all of us do. He didn't asked for any of this! Neither did his father consulted him before doing what he did to you. You want your revenge go have it on his father, stay away from him Jungkook. That's the last time I'm asking you, after this you will face me instead of him" Jimin got off and stormed out of his room slamming the  door shut behind him.
Jungkook sat up and thought about all Jimin just told him. He really regretted his doing but the worst of all things was what was happening inside himself.
"I fucked up really bad" Jungkook said while wiping the tears he had in his eyes.
Jimin he had Jimin by his side all along and now the person who once loved him hate him with all his might. He knew Jimin he take alot of time to hate someone but when he do it's really hard to get on his good book.
Jungkook felt like whole world got dropped to his shoulders.
Taehyung and Jimin  two important persons in his life, yes Taehyung is important to him it just took him too long to get to know this. Both of them are his everything and he pushed both of them away due to his own mistakes. Will he get both of them back?
