Innocent (TaeKook) - Chapter 48: Chapter 48

Taehyung longed forward but he was late. The other's head already hit the ground and his hands rested on the both sides as he laid there with his back in the air.
Taehyung was quick to move but he felt fear raising in his pit as he held Jungkook's hand.
His body was cold, freezing cold with face covered in sweat and lips becoming purple.
A sudden wave of panic hit Taehyung. He didn't know what to do. According to him his voice was quite loud that anyone, even everyone would have heard him, but then again no body came that means he was not loud enough.
With all his energy he pushed Jungkook and made him face him. He rubbed his hand while chanting his name continuously but his body was still cold as ice.
Taehyung didn't know what to do so he just did what he saw in the movies as always. He bent down and pinched older's nose and parted his lips.
With that he crashed his lips with Jungkook's and tried to fill his lungs with the air. According to him this must have happened because of suffocating environment but little did he knew.
He tried to do it two or three times but Jungkook was still there still lifeless. Taehyung didn't knew when he started crying .
He just shouted once again, with the thought that maybe just may be someone will hear him.
Just like the event of past he didn't feel right to leave older here alone. There has always been a fear that he might flew away if he left him. Strange but still fearful.
"CHIM...... YOONGI.... JACKSON....... NAMJOON HYUNG..... CHIMMMM" Taehyung cried out but no one came. Taehyung tried to pull Jungkook up so that he can carry him on his back and take him to the living room.
But as he tried it seemed nearly impossible to lift him. He can't. He is too weak for that. He still tried and just then the door creaked.
Taehyung quickly looked and his hands started to shake. The person that was standing there was not looking at him but at Jungkook and for some reason Taehyung felt that history might repeat itself.
"JK...... Sirr...." the person came running and crouched down to the body. He lifted his head and looked at Taehyung.
"I-i-i...... I didn't d-do..... I didn't do anything....... h-he he j-just...."
"It's okay Taehyung. Let's just take him upstairs....."
Taehyung looked at the person still fear lingering in his eyes.
"I promise I didn't do anything. He just....."
"Taehyung sir..... masters don't give justifications to their slave." The person said and Taehyung can swear that this person can not be Kai.
He knew Kai. He is a lair, tormentor, ruthless....... anything but kind. He still remember when he saw him at the training grounds. If Jungkook wouldn't have been there, he would have taken Taehyung that day. Taehyung have seen that urge in his eyes.
"I-I'm no m-master." Taehyung said as he saw how easily Kai has carried unconscious Jungkook over his back.
"You are the love of JK........ You are our Master. I've considered you a master by all my heart sir." Taehyung can swear that this 'sir' word is not ment for him.
"H-he...."
"He'll be okay. He has dodged the death so many times.... he won't loose to it's tricks. Not after he juat got you." Taehyung felt his face heating up. Everyone in the house knows.
Taehyung was quite just following him from a distance. Kai with quick steps took him upstairs and made him lie on the couch.
"Maria...." Kai called. Maria came running and gasped seeing Jungkook's condition.
Face covered in blood with sweat making it look more messy, hands red and shirt with dark red spots, of course the blood. And she know who's blood is this.
"Call Jin Hyung fast." Kai said and quickly took out his phone.
"Hello sir. I suppose you should come home hurry." With that he cut the call.
After like waiting for 20 mintues with Maria wiping Jungkook's face with a wet towel and Kai pulling his shoes off and Taehyung just standing there with tears continuously flowing, Jin came with his traditional doctor bag.
"What happened to him?" Jin asked as he saw all of them gathered at the living room.
"Don't know he just fainted.."
"He is very cold. Please hyung check him. Make him alright." The desperation in Taehyung's voice didn't went unnoticed.
"Take him to his room." Jin said only and then walked up the stairs, without saying anything.
"Here." Kai placed Jungkook on the bed. Jin came over him and checked his pulse. It was low. Jin looked up and saw Taehyung standing right behind him with tear strained checks.
"What is it? Why did you call us home in a hurry?" Jimin, Yoongi and Namjoon said as they entered the room.
"He is alright." Jin said.
"If he is alright then why is he not opening his eyes? Why is he so cold? And his lip color? He didn't even reacted to CPR." Taehyung said voice raising.
"Firstly who gives CPR in this condition and secondly I'm done being this house's doctor. I'm done being caught up in your drama. First it was you for whom he was shouting on me and now its him for whom you are shouting on me." Jin said slightly annoyed tone.
"I-I'm sorry hyung. I-it's j-just...."
"I'm joking hey Tae. I'm joking. His blood sugar level is very down. There nothing a good night sleep can't fix don't worry."
"A-are you sure?"
"I'm the Doctor here Tae and besides why are you so worried for him? I thought you don't liked him." And there we go all of them had his eyes on Taehyung who was dying of shyness.
"N-no...."
"Ahhnn no what..."
"Hyung please....."
"What?" He said chuckling.
"That's enough teasing my brother jennie." Namjoon said.
"Jungkook? Where is he?" Jackson came running.
"Woah woah stop. He okay. Just asleep." Jimin said stopping him.
After some time Hobi entered the room. And everyone looked at him like they have seen him first time.
"What are you doing here?" Yoongi asked.
"I-i...."
"Jackson where were you?" Jimin asked.
"Why?"
"Just a general question."
"I was outside. I-in the training ground."
"You too must be in the training ground right?" Yoongi said looking Hobi from head to toe.
"N-no i just came from the office. I-i got some papers to get your sign on them." Yoongi nodded and walked towards him. He leaned and whispered in his ears. "Your condition says otherwise."
Yoongi walked out of the room with a red hobi behind him.
"What happened to him?" Jackson said as soon as the others left the room.
"He is okay. Let's just go out and let him sleep." Jin said while pushing Jimin and Jackson. Namjoon followed him but Taehyung was glued to his place, eyes fixed on Jungkook.
He turned when he heard the others left the room but Jin peeked from the door.
"Close the door and stay by his side. He might need something when he wakes up." Taehyung didn't even heard full, just to saty here was enough for him and he closed the door sitting beside the older.

Jungkook woke up feeling something light over his arm. He can feel the hot air crashing his exposed skin.
He tilted his head only to meet his eyes with the sleeping face of Taehyung over his arm and his hands clutching Jungkook's hand tightly.
With his other hand he brushed the hair strands away to have a proper look. The way Taehyung was holding him seemed like he might run away if he left him.
"Tae..." Jungkook voice was hoarse and his throat was dry. He still rasped out.
And with just a whisper Taehyung jolted awake. His first reaction was to check Jungkook's vitals, without looking at his eyes he touched his cheeks to see was he warm enough.
Jungkook couldn't help but chuckle seeing the hurried movements of younger.
"I'm fine Tae." Jungkook said holding Taehyung's hand that was on his cheek.
"Let me call Jin hyung." Taehyung said standing up quickly.
"Stay." Jungkook whispered.
"You need..."
"You. I only need you. Please stay." Jungkook said pulling him back to the chair.
"Jungkook...." Jungkook can't explain how good his name sound from Taehyung's mouth. It's like a birds in the open sky, flower blossoming in the spring. It's just special.
Jungkook want to live all his life in these moments. He don't believe in future anymore. He just want this moment, just this minute and live it all.
"Love... please. Let me see you all i can."
"I'm not going anywhere just let me call Jin Hyung." Jungkook shook his head and hold his hand more tightly.
"What will he do I'm alright. He'll just cause more pain in my head."
"You woke up after 2 days Jungkook he needs to check your condition." It was just then when Jungkook noticed the tired face of Younger and the dark circles under his eyes.
He left his hand and rubbed slowly under his eyes.
"You stayed here for 2 days?" Jungkook asked. "You stayed by my side for full 2 days."
"That's the least i can do comparing to waht you have done for me."
"I don't...... I don't deserve your kindness."
"Leave that decison to me please." Taehyung stood up. "I'll be back in a second."
Jungkook saw Taehyung moving out slightly and he can't help but to smile and cluching his hand  close to his heart which was holded by Taehyung.
"Did he...... he just forgive me?" Jungkook said
"Seems so!" Jungkook looked at Jin who was standing by the door along with Jimin and Jackson and yoongi and Namjoon.
"Good morning JK." Jin said
"Good morning." Jungkook chuckled. "What happened to me?"
"Even the bravest and strongest gets tired." Jimin said and Jimin walked to his brother. "I told you never do that again."
Jimin slightly slapped him and Taehyung came forward quickly. "Chim he is not oaky."
All of them started laughing and the room beamed of happiness. Taehyung was red out of embarrassment but Jungkook was enjoying the view.
"Kookie." They all turned to the voice and saw Maria holding Nana's wheel chair.
"Oh hey princess. How are you?" Jungkook said making wveryone shock. They all thought all that his soft side was only for Taehyung but this?
"I'm fine. Are you okay?" Nana asked.
"See fit and fine." Jungkook said while giving her a pure bunny smile.
"Hyung was very worried for you. All of them were but Taehyungie hyung was..."
"Nana..." Taehyung stepped forward.
"Hyung what Nana?"
"Hyung was crying holding your hand."  She giggled, making Taehyung even more red.
"Ahh is that so?" Jungkook looked at Taehyung.
"I can see you are all good. I might take my leave. I have to go to the hospital. Do take your medicine. Tae keep him in check." Jin said.
"Chim can do that." With that he left the room. This is new and way too much for him.
Everyone smiled on his cutness and Jungkook was busy talking to Nana.
"They are like ships in the night.... love eachother but can't be at same place at same time." Namjoon mumbled
Taehyung ran downstairs but he bumped into someone and was about to drop but a strong hand held him steady.
"Watch out." Kai said pulling Taehyung up. "Why are you running."
"I-i..... I'm sorry."
"Taehyung please just listen to me." Kai said as he made way downstairs with Taehyung. "Taehyung i was wrong. I believed Lisa, she used my family name  and anger got the best of me please forgive me. I caused you alot of trouble but please let me amend my mistakes."
"Kai-ssi i...."
"Please Taehyung let me just..."
"It's okay Kai-ssi. Let bygones he bygones."
"N-not just like that. Just let me do...."
"You don't need to do anything. It was not your fault. We are human beings we can be allured  by anger and greed. Its okay. Everything is okay that's what matters the most." Taehyung said while giving Kai a warm smile.
"Taehyung i promise you one thing. You'll never be alone anywhere. I'll always be by your side. I promise that over my life." Kai said.
"Thank you Kai-ssi. That means alot to me." Taehyung said.
After some time Nana came down with Maria and she sat beside Taehyung.
"How is he?"
"He is fine Tae." Maria said.
"Nana would you like to accompany hyung?"
"Ofcourse." And both brother and sister went to their room.

"Hyung you want anything?" Nana said as she saw Taehyung is lying on the bed but was not sleeping.
"Just sit here. I haven't spend any time with you." Taehyung said.
"Sure." She said while taking his head in her lap and stated massaging his head.
"Are you satisfied Nana?" Taehyung said slowly.
"With what?" Nana said.
"I can't do everything Min-Jae did for you but I'm trying my best be the best brother." Taehyung said voice uncertain.
"Hyung. I've spent my life longing for you. I'm satisfied with you just being infront of me. I don't need anything else. Just stay happy and healthy." Nana said.
"I'm happy Nana. I'm very happy."
