Rita snapped, "Let go! Let me go! I'm the eldest daughter of the Parsons family, a partner of K&B! Let me go or I'll make sure you all regret it! Kaia! You bitch! I'll get my revenge! One day I'll make you beg me! And that damn shop assistant. I'll tell my dad and have him complain to your head office. You'll be finished!"
Penny shook her head in exasperation. "Even now, she can still keep cursing. Doesn't she feel embarrassed? Kaia, let's go see what the security guards do with her."
"You go. I'm not interested in the spectacle," Kaia said lightly.
"Alright then. I'll be right back. Wait for me here," Penny said.
After Penny left, Kaia pulled out her phone and sent Conrad another message.

After sending it, she turned toward the store manager, whose face was pale. "Are you alright?"
"I'm fine." The manager sounded a bit aggrieved. Though she came from the countryside, she had her dignity. She worked diligently at her job every day, yet she had been struck by someone.
"Let me see. You're bleeding, and you say you're fine?" Kaia frowned. "I'll have someone take you to the hospital. Medical expenses and nutritional supplements will be covered by the company. Also, you did very well today. I'll speak to Conrad and recommend you for a promotion."
Hearing this, the store manager momentarily forgot the pain, staring blankly at Kaia.
Just then, Penny returned from outside, phone in hand.
She said, "Kaia, you should have seen how pathetic Rita looked getting thrown out by security! Serves her right! She had it coming. She's been my arch-enemy for ages, always looking down on me because her company has a higher market value. And now she even has a partnership with K&B. What a cosmic joke!"
"Very soon her family won't be a K&B partner anymore," Kaia said blandly.
"What?" Penny blinked, not understanding why Kaia would say that.
"Nothing. Let's go somewhere else to shop." Kaia didn't intend to elaborate.
Penny said, "Alright! I'm in a good mood today. I'm going to shop till I drop. Uh… originally I planned to buy you clothes, but it ended up with you buying for me. Oh right, how much was that dress just now? I'll transfer it to you."
"I didn't pay for it," Kaia replied truthfully.
Penny smiled. "Don't joke around. Clothes from Kaye Bella aren't free, and you're not the big boss of K&B… How much was it really? I'll transfer you the money…"
As they chatted, Kaia and Penny walked farther and farther away.
The store manager kept staring blankly after them until they completely disappeared from view. Only then did she lower her gaze.
A sales assistant came over, equally stirred up.
"What just happened? Who exactly is that Miss Bennett?" she asked, her voice trembling.
The store manager opened her mouth but paused.
As she thought, her pupils dilated, and she slowly raised her head to look at the large characters above the store door. "Kaye Bella".
She murmured, "Her name is Kaia Bennett… Kaye Bella, and it's under K&B."
The store manager sucked in a sharp breath. 'No way…'
When Rita got home, she stormed around angrily. "Unbelievable! I've never been so humiliated in my life!"
Her mother, Sophia, asked in puzzlement, "What happened? Why are you so angry?"
Seeing her parents back, Rita's tears of grievance and resentment poured out.
"You have to stand up for me! Someone bullied me!" she wailed.
The moment Sophia heard this, her face darkened.
She said, "Who dared to bully my precious daughter? Do they have a death wish? Rita, tell me who it was. I'll get justice for you right now!"
