Conrad replied, "Alright…"

He responded, "The ones you sent me before didn't work. Either the location was bad or the layout and decor weren't to my taste."

Conrad said, "I wouldn't dare! Just venting a little. I'll keep looking. Let my assistant do a more thorough search."
Tobias had already walked in and overheard the part about her looking for a house.
He asked, "Still haven't found a good one?"
Kaia shook her head, a little weary.
Suddenly, Tobias sat down close beside her. "What do you think about Pioneer Retreat?"
Her eyes lit up at the mention.
"Pioneer Retreat is both a summer retreat and a luxury tourist destination. The scenery is breathtaking year-round, with flower fields in every season, and there's even an orchard behind the hill," Tobias said slowly.
