"You got it, boss," Devin answered.
Presley's face went ghostly white from terror, and she dropped hard to the ground.
"And as for the Smith family, I want them wiped out completely," Tobias added.
"Yes, sir!" Devin replied.
Finley and Kinsley's faces were ashen as sat lifelessly on the floor.

On Monday, Kaia was in class as usual, casually skimming through books in all sorts of languages. As soon as Lailah walked in, she respectfully greeted Kaia wordlessly at the door, leaving every other student staring in confusion.
Just as Kaia was totally absorbed in her book, Penny suddenly poked her.
"Hey, Kaia, check out that little boy begging outside. Isn't he the same kid we saw at the restaurant entrance a few days ago?" Penny asked.
Kaia turned to look out the window. Even though the kid was pretty far off, her sharp eyes could easily recognize his face. It was definitely that little boy who got bullied outside the hotel last time.
But today, the boy seemed to be out of place and looked like he was dressed for a wake.
'Wait, did his grandpa die?' Kaia thought.
While Kaia was still puzzled over it, she suddenly noticed that the little boy outside had collapsed to the ground.
"Oh no!" Kaia dropped her book and dashed out of the classroom.
"Why did he pass out?" Penny yelled, running after Kaia.
As soon as she reached the entrance, Kaia scooped the little boy up into her arms.
"Is he okay?" Penny asked, worry flooding her voice.
Kaia placed the back of her hand on the boy's forehead, her expression tightening. "He's burning up. His temperature's way too high."
"We need to get him to the hospital, now!" Penny urged.
"Yeah," Kaia replied.
After some time getting treated, the little boy finally woke up with his fever gone.
"Hey there, buddy, feeling any better now?" Kaia asked, warmth and concern in her voice.
The boy's eyes instantly brightened when he saw Kaia. He recognized her right away.
"It's you!" the boy said, relief and happiness shining in his eyes.
Kaia gave him a gentle smile. "Just rest up for now. I'll take you home later. Your grandpa's probably worried sick after you've been gone this long."
But the words had barely left her mouth when the boy's eyes suddenly reddened, and tears started rolling down his cheeks.
"What's wrong? Are you still feeling uncomfortable anywhere?" Kaia asked, her concern obvious.
"Grandpa...Grandpa's gone..." the boy choked out between sobs.
As they watched the boy cry, Kaia's own chest tightened painfully, and Penny wiped at the tears streaming down her face.
Once the boy finally calmed down, Kaia gently asked, "Do you have anyone else at home?"
The boy shook his head, his eyes filled with pain.
Kaia made up her mind on the spot. "My house is pretty big, and it's just me living there. Would you like to come stay with me?"
The boy's eyes brightened immediately. "At your place? I really can?"
"Honestly, living alone gets kind of lonely sometimes. If you'd like to join me, I wouldn't mind having an extra friend around," Kaia coaxed with a warm smile.
Worried the boy might feel awkward or say no, Kaia quickly added, "If you'd rather not stay with me, I totally get it! Don't feel pressured."
"No, no, I wouldn't mind at all! I'm just...I'm just worried that I might..." the boy stammered, voice quivering.
"Awesome! Since it doesn't bother you and you don't mind living with me, let's head home together later," Kaia cut him off, her smile reassuring.
Moved by Kaia's warmth and kindness, the boy nodded, gratitude shining in his eyes.
"Let's introduce ourselves properly. My name's Kaia. What's your name?" Kaia said, flashing a friendly smile.
"My name's Vince," the boy replied.
As evening approached, Kaia brought Vince back to Pioneer Retreat.
Vince stared at the fancy mansion, feeling like he was dreaming.
"Why aren't you coming in?" Kaia asked, turning around.
Vince fiddled awkwardly with his dirty clothes, nervously muttering, "My clothes are too filthy..."
Kaia grinned. "Come on in, don't worry about it. I'll get you some clean clothes."
