"Force her to kneel in front of me," Kiera ordered.
"Yes!"
The two bodyguards flanked Kaia, moving in to seize her by the shoulders.
Kaia's eyes flashed cold and sharp. In one swift motion, she lashed out with both hands, grabbing the bodyguards' wrists hard and fast.
She bent their arms downward with a vicious force.
A pair of crisp bone-snapping cracks rang out in perfect unison.
The two men screamed at the top of their lungs, their agony filling the room.
But Kaia wasn't done yet. She lashed out with her foot, smashing it into the backs of their knees.
Two more crisp cracks echoed out as their legs broke, forcing them down hard, kneeling right at her feet.
This was what happened to anyone who dared make her kneel.
Kaia lifted her eyes, giving Kiera a steady, unfazed stare.
"I heard you used to run with a combat team. Judging by your physique, you must've been throwing punches since you were a kid. So, do you dare test your skills against me?" Kaia challenged, her tone cool but unmistakably provoking.
"Useless trash!" Kiera spat at the two bodyguards still kneeling on the floor. She tossed off her coat, showing off arms and legs packed with solid muscle
"I did underestimate you," Kiera smirked, "But honestly, your moves are still amateurish—maybe good enough to deal with those losers. But I'm on a whole different level. Did you really think you could call me out? Get ready—I'm going to crush you."
Kiera charged at Kaia with her fists up, but Kaia slid forward and used a move straight out of martial art, sending Kiera reeling backward several steps.
"Martial art, huh? I didn't expect you to know it, but so what? You're still no match for me!" Kiera sneered.
Kiera turned her fist into a claw and swiped straight at Kaia's face. Clearly, she wanted to scratch up Kaia's face, leaving some nasty marks.
Kaia saw right through Kiera's dirty move, her face going cold as ice. Instead of stepping back, she moved forward. Her left hand quickly slapped Kiera's wrist to block it, then grabbed it and pulled it down. In one smooth move, she twisted Kiera's wrist and pushed her arm down.
Then she swung her right hand hard toward Kiera's neck.
Kiera sensed the danger and fought with every ounce of her strength to get away.
But just when she thought she'd made it, Kaia's hand effortlessly looped around her right wrist again, locking her in place. Kiera tried everything, but no matter how hard she fought, Kaia's grip held fast, and she just couldn't break away.
She was a puppet on strings, going wherever Kaia pushed, twisted, and turned her.
Kiera's men watched helplessly as she looked powerless against Kaia's every move.
This left everyone utterly shocked.
Kiera's family had been in the military for generations, with many famous generals. All the kids, boys and girls, grew up with tough training. By nature, every one of them was a fighter.
Even though Kiera was a girl, she was the strongest of her generation in the family.
Yet now, against Kaia, she was totally outmatched.
Kaia's skills were incredible — who exactly was she?' The crowd was left stunned.
Kiera screamed wildly, almost going crazy. She'd never felt such humiliation in her whole life.
As she got closer, she caught the strong scent of alcohol on Kaia. Her face showed she was clearly a little drunk.
Her opponent was drunk, and she still couldn't compete. That drove Kiera even crazier.
"Let go! I told you to let go!" Kiera snarled, trying to break free.
"Yes!"
