                    "Set you up?Me?"
"Okay, fine, maybe photos can be doctored. But there's video on this flash drive too. You wanna watch that together while we're at it?"
"I've never pulled shady shit like this. If I wanted to divorce you, I sure as hell wouldn't play this dirty trick!"
Dad was so pissed his whole face went tight, banging on the table like crazy.
"Leo, you better start explaining, clearly!"
"Dad, come on—you know me!"
"Look, Noelle and I have been going through some stuff, but I'd never cheat on her!"
Leo spun around to face Roxy, who was basically cowering in the corner.
He jabbed his finger at the photos all over the floor, looking ready to kill.
"What the hell is this?!"
"Nothing happened between us—so why do these pictures exist?!"
Roxy went pale as a sheet, shaking like a leaf as she stood up.
She stared at Leo looking absolutely terrified.
"I... I don't know, Mr. Hartwell. I swear, I have no clue how Mrs. Anson got these."
Leo's eyes went wide. He was so mad he kicked his chair over.
He started walking toward her real slow, his voice getting scary quiet:
"Hold up—what are you saying?"
"Are you telling me this stuff actually happend?"
"Then how come I don't remember jack shit?!"
Roxy kept backing away until she was pressed against the wall.
She hugged herself, tears starting to fall, her voice all shaky.
"Mr. Hartwell, please don't... you're scaring me."
"I just remember that night, you'd been drinking, and you were out on the hotel balcony, and then you..."
Roxy shot me this quick, teary look, then stared at the floor.
"You thought I was Mrs. Anson... you pulled me close and kept saying her name, and I... I..."
"And then what? Spit it out!"
"I tried to get away, but you're so much stronger than me, and I... I..."
Roxy was shaking her head like crazy.
"I don't know, I really don't know how Mrs. Anson found out. Mr. Hartwell, please believe me—I was never gonna tell anyone about this, ever!"
Leo just stood there looking completely lost. He let out this bitter laugh.
"No way!If I did something, I'd remember it."
"Maybe I got confused and thought you were Noelle for a minute, but I would never sleep with you."
"Because you don't deserve it!"
That hit Roxy like a slap. The tears really started flowing then.
She looked totally crushed and ran out of the room crying.
That's when Leo finally turned back to me, looking heartbroken.
"Noelle, please, you gotta believe me. I didn't... I never cheated on you!"
I just stared back at him with no emotion.
"Honestly? I don't even care that anymore. We're done!"
"No way, I'm not agreeing to this!"
He rushed over and grabbed my wrists.
"Noelle, you know I'm crazy about you."
"The only reason I went easy on Roxy is because she reminded me of you when you were younger."
"Even if she looks a little like you, I never sleep with her. I never laid a finger on her—trust me,please..."
"I..."
I didn't want to hear any more of his crap. I put my hand up to shut him up.
