A New Threat.
Adrian.

Adrian found himself in a different part of the city, it was the Southside suburbs, large houses and over the top grandiose mansions, why he was seeing this baffled him, however when he looked around one mansion stuck out to him, large, gloomy and it had powerful magic radiating from inside, he walked closer to the blue and white painted mansion with obnoxiously large windows.
He took a step closer and found himself inside by the foyer, it took him a few seconds to realize what had happened and he braced himself for whatever would happen, the lights were off, the house seemed to have been unoccupied for a long time, cobwebs and dust coated most of the furniture, it was eerily silent and Adrian wondered why exactly he was in a perfect house of horrors then, that's when he felt it again, the magical pull, he walked away from the foyer and toward the long hallway.
He kept walking until it seemed walking was getting him nowhere, he was stopped by an agonizing scream, it made him cover his ears and hope they weren't bleeding out, a banshee scream wasn't that bad unless they were siren level which this didn't seem like the case, the doors opened with a startling bang, whoever had come had no intention of being silent at all, Adrian crept toward the railing in an attempt to hide from whoever it was but still be able to see everything, he hoped no one could see him because this was definitely something he didn't want to be involved in.
"I just need you to perform a spell." The masculine voice begged and Adrian knew exactly who it was, the demon still haunted his dreams and he was shocked to see him here, of all places he could've decided to go, why here. "And I told you demon, the spell you want requires a body and I don't see it anywhere, along with your preposterous request you failed to kill the Sovietro Medium, I had given you the order to do so and like an absolute idiot, you didn't do as I instructed." A woman replied, her charcoal gray hair radiated in the light, he could tell she was a mystic with only the color of her hair.
"The medium is stronger than we thought, you underestimate him and I handled him blindly." The demon twin to Leyton accusingly replied making the woman sigh. "I guess I too bare the part of the fault, therefore I must do whatever I wanted on my own, letting children do a master's work has never really worked out and now I believe it, demon you've served your purpose, even if you came to me, reminding me that I had blood ties, and a debt to collect." The woman praised as she glided across the remains of a shattered door.
Adrian saw it before it even happened but in mere seconds the demon was dodging a spear aimed at his head, he flipped back to the ground only to find a very large snake hitting his thighs like a whip, he grunted in pain but avoided a second slash at his body again. The woman smirked as she looked at the demon and snapped her fingers, jagged sharp pieces of rock burst from the ground taking away space the demon could've used to defend himself, his eyes glowed and a circle with different runes appeared. "4th Circle: Devils Column bursting fury." He aimed the flames toward the woman who dodged as if it were nothing.
The pieces of earth were destroyed in the process and it gave him enough time to make a run for it or defend himself, the woman however stood strong and fierce, she snapped her fingers and four pillars appeared and circled the demon. "Talisman parcise mierva tome." She mumbled and the demon fell to his knees, blood seeped from his ears and mouth, Adrian was startled to see the kind of power this woman could summon at will, who was she exactly.
"I don't need to put up much of anything to kill you little demon, you're just the remnants of an old world, you were given your own place in the world but you won't stick to it, but fear not, I can crush you then visit my sister's family, they are due to pay me a debt." She announced and held out her hand, the pillars began to rotate creating a sphere that encased the demon, something in Adrian told him he had to save that man, he knew deep down something was to be done or they would all suffer, Adrian focused his magic in the astral plane he was in.
Before the demon was vaporized he held out his hand and the demon was encased in an orange sphere, he vanished from where he was leaving only a replacement which was able to fool the woman he was watching, the pillars crushed the demon and vanished after they did so, the woman scoffed looking at the place the demon once was. She waved her hand and everything reset itself in the room, Adrian made sure to keep to the shadows when he followed her, they walked toward the upper floors of the mansion where magic was radiating more fiercely than ever.
When he knew she couldn't see him, he slipped inside the room silently and held in a gasp. "A sand clock and a totem were laid on a table, each one of those cursed objects was connected to the woman he could see the threads of magic connected between the two, this was a form of mana manipulation he had read about, one that required a totem and a cursed object to store mana, it was an endless supply if the two things had mana to pull from and store, Adrian realized what those pillars were actually doing to the demon.
Because the demon had immense power he was going to be turned into a mana source himself and imprisoned in the totem where he would forever fuel the witch, who exactly was this woman, how the hell she possessed so much power baffled Adrian, a lizard crawled down the wall, it was large, its teeth protruded from its mouth making them seem more like fangs. "We have added another one to our collection, my dear, I have enough po—." She paused and looked at the two cursed objects. "What, how?!" She screamed looking at the cursed objects, Adrian knew it was because she finally realized what had happened.
"No, now we have to find another source, such a pity we have to postpone our trip to Greeneway, just a little while, then you'll get your fill." She announced and turned to look at the wall Adrian stood by but before she even noticed, he was pulled out.

Adrian.
As if he were underwater Adrian jerked awake clawing at his neck for air, he was surprised to see it was evening but a few minutes ago it was just afternoon. "You're awake, you're fine." The man who held him sighed in relief, butterscotch and rosemary wafted into his nostrils, he knew who it was just then and he had never felt as safe before as he did then, it was Jax's father who was holding him, they stayed like that until he had remembered everything and grounded himself.
"Where are the boys?" Adrian questioned as he got comfortable on the couch, Jax's father sat next to him with a lazy smile, he always had that smile for the week he had lived with him, he was truly a good man, and Adrian had gotten his wish, he had gotten a chance to talk to him on a more profound level. "The boys are outside having ice cream, Jax and Johnny went to buy groceries, you came back from work and collapsed on the couch, your heart stopped for a while but then I remembered what you told me, it happens more often than not." He mused as both of them chuckled.
"I'm fine, but I might have done something stupid while I was out." Adrian mumbled as he got up from the couch and walked to the library where Kyle was. "Have you talked to you know who yet?" Adrian questioned and Jax's dad groaned. "You haven't have you." He pressed on making the man behind him groan again. "Nik you know you can't keep holding on like this, you need to talk to him." Adrian warned as he walked to one shelf and pulled out candles and red sage. "Using my name to advise me, I must be in trouble." Nik, Jax's father replied as he held Adrian's ingredients for whatever he needed to do.
"True that." Kyle called out making Adrian roll his eyes but not say anything. "Papa you need to talk to dad and tell him you're not dead anymore along with that tell him your first son in law can help him open his magic." Adrian exclaimed but only this time there was a smile included making Nik sigh then chuckle. "I hear you Adrian but I do need to make sure this demon infestation is gone and they can't harm us anymore." The older male replied making Adrian worry, he knew there was something even more sinister to worry about now, even demons didn't compare to what he had witnessed.
"It's going to be okay, I just hope you won't drag me by my ear when I reveal what we're about to do." He explained with a slight nervousness, and it was warranted because the demons had been causing so much harm and damage but he had just saved one from getting killed and potentially put his life and the family in danger. "Adrian was naughty, what did you do?" Kyle perked up from behind a bookshelf making Adrian groan, of course, he would choose that moment to say something. "Shut up Kyle!" Both Nik and Adrian said at the same time glaring at the hybrid who shrank back down behind the bookshelf.
The witch snapped his fingers and a pentagram drawn by white sand appeared. "Place a candle on each point, I will soak the sage in serpents blood." He instructed and Nik placed a candle as he was told whilst Adrian placed sage soaked in venom over each candle, when they were done Kyle was now beside Nik, both of them were expecting something big from what Adrian could tell, he hoped he didn't scare them. "Summonier et salis." Adrian mumbled as his hands glowed white and he shot a beam of bright white light onto the centre of the pentagram and a portal opened.
A hand slipped out of the portal, then another along with shining red hair, he kept crawling out until his body was fully out and he was naked as the day he was born. "Adrian, what is this?!" Kyle yelled as a red glow covered his whole body. "Calm down Kyle, he's restrained." Nik intervened and pointed to the candles that were now burning furiously. "You should really stop to think before you act, I thought you were a vampire, that can't just be for good looks." Nik commented making Adrian snicker in the background as he closed the portal.
"How am I here, what happened?" The twin to Leyton questioned as he looked around, he clutched on to the blanket Adrian had thrown at him. "You're in my home." The witch replied making the demon snap around to look at him. "Adrian how did you—how did you know?" The demon questioned but the witch knew Kyle and Nik were interested to know as well. "I was there when you were attacked, my astral form anyway, I saved you from becoming a living mana battery, then placed you in a temporary dimension of my creation where I cut off your connection to the demonic plane so that little tether at the back of your head is gone, I then opened the portal here and brought you out." He explained whilst showing what happened to Nik and Kyle who were shocked more than anything.
"Who was that woman?" Kyle questioned looking at the demon on the floor who seemed to be having an internal argument with himself. "You saved me from my own people, I don't know how you figured that out and you also saved me from that crazy bitch who seems to have her own agenda when she used us." The demon exclaimed as he finally got up to stand, he looked at the three of them before setting his eyes on the older male who was also a banshee. "I had no choice but to rip you out from the other side, if you figured it out, my actions weren't my own, I'm deeply sorry, the witch you saw is a woman with incredible power, she's one of the witches who were used during the banishment of the demons, and claimed our knowledge for herself, she's used that knowledge for her own gain, she was corrupted by demonic magic but make no mistake her actions are her own." The demon relayed freely and Adrian knew each word that came from him was absolute truth.
"I went to her so that she could save me from the patriarch and his pack set out to banish me back, but as you saw it didn't exactly go well." He explained pacing back and forth making all three nod in understanding. "What was she doing in HalKrest Bay, she's almost two weeks from here by any mode of transportation except teleporting." Nik questioned the demon who sighed. "What do you think, she likes power, and she's accumulating it there but there is a witch there who might just kill her before she achieves anything." He replied making Adrian heave a huge sigh of relief.
"Hopefully she will die there and be gone for good, now what I do with you." Adrian mumbled turning to face the demon who seemed to know what exactly what he wanted, Nik looked at Adrian then the demon then facepalmed. "I serve you master Adrian, whatever you may need from me, I give freely." He spoke before Kyle or Nik could say anything. "What the hell?!" Jax yelled as he walked into the library to find his mate, father, and brother in law in front of a semi naked demon proclaiming his loyalty to Adrian.
"It's been a long day my love and shouting will not help." The witch reprimanded looking at the kitsune who was glaring at the demon. "What's going on?" Johnny questioned just as his eyes landed on the demon, he lazily looked at the man before turning to his brother. "How many strays are you going to adopt because this one isn't as easily handled like Lino?" Johnny shot the question at Adrian who seemed to think about it. "Is there still a threat, the portal to your plane was closed right?" Adrian inquired and the demon nodded. "Are there any others of your kind in Greeneway?" The demon shook his head toward Jax who nodded.
"Can we keep him?" Johnny asserted surprising everyone. "He's not a pet Johnny, he's a person." Nik interjected making everyone shut up, he was the highest authority in the house, his word was law and he could beat them all with one song. "And yes we can keep him, as long as he's a good boy." He added making everyone chuckle, the demon winked at Johnny making Kyle growl toward the man along with glaring daggers at him. "We will need the manpower and right now we're in blind territory, I've been gone for a while, and I don't know all that happened, two heads of houses are dead as well which means there will be a power shift, which is never good, and something in the back of my head is telling me we will need all the strength we can get, so the demon stays." Nik announced and everyone nodded, even the demon who had caused havoc in Greeneway Bay.
"Opening the portal, was it for her, to get more power?" Jax questioned after Adrian showed him and Johnny the vision that led to all that had happened. "Yes, it was, we didn't have a choice, she and the elder in our plane have somewhat a bond so they could easily force both sides to do according to their will." The demon explained and Jax nodded, the medium didn't know why his mate had asked but Jaxon wasn't stupid, everything he did had a reason, even being in the toilet with him when he wanted to pee.
"My name is Lorenzo by the way, and it's a pleasure to meet the man who fuels Adrian, you've got someone special there, don't ever let him down or hurt him because I will kill you." Lorenzo warned with a pleasant smile plastered on his face but there was nothing pleasant about that smile at all. "Okay, I think he got you, Kyle let's go unload the car, Johnny can you check on the kids, Ari make our new family member feel welcome, and looking at him is starting to get me horny so please get him in some clothes." Nik instructed making everyone gag except Lorenzo who was smugly looking at them all.
"Jax please feed Lino before he goes hunting, our neighbors lost his arm and their dog a day ago because he wasn't fed." Adrian cringed when he remembered the vivid memory of the armless man along with the dog tail Lino slurped and swallowed down, poor thing. "Come on Enzo you promised to be a good boy." Adrian called out and like a puppy, the demon followed. "He's going to be a handful isn't he." Jax mumbled to his father whilst Adrian passed the two of them. "Unfortunately." The man replied making Jax groan and walk out of the library himself.

Sovietro Mansion.
"The portal is gone, everything was destroyed, one demon that escaped, I believe it's been dealt with, we can't find it anywhere." Doctor Charlton relayed as she looked at the man who was the governor of all the mystics in Greeneway Bay. "That's good news, now maybe Adrian can move on with his life and put all that's happened behind him." The patriarch replied looking outside through his office window. "He's still not talking to you?" Doctor Charlton questioned and the large man sighed in desperation.
"He won't talk, he's blocked me off completely and I can't find him anywhere, school, work, or his house, he's warded it so strongly that even I can't pass through it by force." The patriarch explained as his clenched fist hit the glass and shattered it. "Why don't you call Neill back and let him talk to his children, he can't forget them, they are his blood." Doctor Charlton argued but she knew it wouldn't work.
"Neill won't come back without reason, if he learns of Adrian and all that he is with his brothers, he will then come back, I can't bring more problems for my grandchildren." The patriarch replied knowing there wasn't anything that could be done. "You won't need to call anyone back father." A voice boomed in the office. "Neill."
