These clans were small and were previously were in hiding when the clan war started from a long ago before the villages were created.
Each clan had their own compound in Uzu City and each of the clansmen are councilors but they prefer not to be greedy in power as like previous ancestors.
The 7 clans are just simple noble people who just prefer peaceful life and no one is competing with each other as the treaty is created by Naruto and Keo when Uzu City was still in construction.
No one is fighting and peace is already sinking in with the people of Uzu City.
But they had to prepare for any incoming wars or other more things as they didn't want Uzu to fall to the ground again like the previous Uzugakure.
Their were a lot of tourist also which made Uzu City known for its beautiful scenery and for being the largest place in the elemental nation.
