Chase Langley's laughter only grew louder as he watched my face burn with humiliation and rage.
"Bianca Roland, not a chance I'm deleting these. You're too damn hot, and those little sounds you make? I'm hooked."
He had the nerve to say he was addicted to me.
Every word out of his mouth sent a fresh wave of fury through me.
"Chase, you're seriously not going to delete them?"
"Are you kidding? Who in their right mind would?"
"Then I'll smash your phone myself."
I lunged for it, but he dodged, bolting across the room with that infuriating smirk. I chased after him, my pulse roaring in my ears.
"Relax, Bianca," he taunted, holding the phone just out of reach. "I'll keep these safe. But push me, and I'll upload them to the worksite group chat. Imagine—your family, your boyfriend, everyone—getting a front-row seat. You'd be famous overnight."
One reckless night. That's all it took to ruin everything. Regret clawed at me, sharp and suffocating.
How could I have been so stupid?
If I could go back, I'd have thrown him out the second he stepped through my door. Then I'd never be trapped in this nightmare with this monster.
Tears pricked my eyes, but Chase didn't care.
"Here's the deal, Bianca," he said, voice dripping with arrogance. "Dump your boyfriend. Be with me."
"Never."
Chase wasn't fit to breathe the same air as my boyfriend.
"Oh, I get it," he sneered, anger twisting his features. "Too good for me because I didn't waste time in some fancy college?"
"No. Because you're disgusting. No woman in her right mind would ever say yes to you!"
"Call me whatever you want. Doesn't change a thing." He tapped his phone mockingly. "These videos are my insurance. You really think I'd delete them? I'm not that stupid."
He even bragged about having copies saved in his email. I was trapped—forever.
"Chase, you're the most vile, pathetic excuse for a man I've ever met!" My voice shook with barely contained rage.
He just laughed. "Damn right. Never pretended to be a gentleman. But here's your deadline, Bianca—one day to think it over. Come to my dorm tonight. We'll have some real fun. I can't get enough of you."
His roommate was gone, he said. I could visit every night, like some sick, twisted fantasy.
"Not happening. I'd sooner watch pigs fly than set foot in your room."
Disgust coiled in my stomach. He wasn't a man—he was an animal.
"Don't be like that, Bianca," he purred. "I don't want to force you. But if you refuse… well, I won't have a choice."
If he couldn't have me, he'd destroy me.
Turn me into a joke.
One look at those videos, and my boyfriend would walk away forever.
Even my parents would disown me for the shame.
That night, I locked myself in my dorm and sobbed until my throat was raw.
Chase had given me until 7 p.m. to decide.
As the clock ticked closer, dread settled over me like a suffocating weight.
If I went, I'd be surrendering—condemning myself to his twisted game.
If I didn't?
He'd ruin me.
