My Princessa - Chapter 80: Chapter 80

It all didn't click to me until I saw a woman sitting on the opposite side of my brothers.
" You got married again." I wasn't just feeling angry or disappointed, but it was like reliving the past ,reliving the day when Alex and I came back to our new mother.
" I don't know where you think you get that attitude, young lady, but it better stop." he said, but I shook my head and went back to my room. I could hear my brother's calling me behind, but I didn't stop.
I locked my room so that nobody tried to enter. My whole body was shaking in fear, and the memories were taking over my mind.
I could hear voices in the background, but I was going through an anxiety attack. All I could think of was Elena ,Boston, and Dan.
I felt somebody pulling me into his arms, and his smell was familiar, but my mind was in shambles.
" Breathe for me, princess." He said, rocking me back and forth like a baby until I could breathe.
" You came back." I don't even know how he managed to enter my room because I locked it, but the fact that he came back made it all better.
" You tend to get into a lot of trouble when I'm not there." I wanted to laugh so badly, but I was exhausted.
" I'm tired." l mumbled in his arms, and l think l heard him say.
"l know."
l woke up in bed, and Killian was on my right side sofa holding my hand.
" Hey,"He said, helping me sit uptight.
"My dad must be livid." l think l may have reacted poorly, and l embarrassed him in front of everybody.
" Serves him right." He said, and l sighed.
l don't think peace is achievable between my father and Killian, but l won't be caught in between.
"We figured you were awake." my brothers said, entering one by one.
"l___" Before l could anything, the other two boys entered as well, and l found myself leaning closer to Killian.
"l told you to stay away from her." Leonardo said to them when he saw my reaction, but they gave me sad smiles.
"We just want to get to know you." They said, but l've learned not to trust anybody despite how sincere they look.
"Get out." Elonzo said rudely and joined me in the bed. He sat next to me, and l laid my head on his shoulders.
The rest of my brothers took off their shoes, and they joined us. Their love and support , a reminder that nothing could hurt me again as long as they were by my side.
l looked at Killian, whom my brothers were clearly ignoring, but he didn't seem bothered. l wonder how they even let him get this close.
"l have to go home and change." He said, standing up, and l smiled. He already canceled his trip for me, and l don't want him to face any other inconvenience.
"Thank you." l said since it was quite clear, the others wouldn't talk to him.
"Call me later." He said, and l nodded. It was quite a bummer to see him go, but l turned my attention to my unhappy brothers.
" I like him, and nothing you say will stop me from seeing him." l said before they could say anything.
" we saw you with him, Rosa, and it would be selfish and inconsiderative. we asked you to stay away from him because he clearly gives you something we can't." Elonzo said.
" You wouldn't even let go of his arms when you were unconscious." Leone said.
" he makes me feel safe and loved, I'm not saying that you guys don't make me feel that way, but it's different." it was time I laid all my cards on the table.
" and you are entitled to feel that way we don't have the right to tell you who should you should love and who you should not." I think this shows a level of maturity on both sides.
" How is Dad." I was angry yesterday, but it doesn't give me a right to dictate how my father should live his life.
" I don't know, and I don't even care." Leonardo said. I didn't even have to ask, but there is definitely some bad blood between him and Dad.
" he slept in his office. I guess he didn't expect you to react the way you did." Elonzo said.
" Maybe had he not gotten married again, then Rosa wouldn't have reacted the way she did." Alex said.
" Why can't you guys just let him be happy, and it's not like he did it to spite anybody." Leone said, and they started disagreeing back and forth.
Elonzo and Leone were clearly in support of Dad, and the others were against it, and I think it's putting a lot of friction in their relationship.
" I was wrong. I don't trust anybody at this moment except you guys, and I probably never will, but that doesn't mean that Dad shouldn't be happy. He deserves a life other than us." l said, and they all looked at me thoughtfully.
" You are still as mature, and you don't have to worry about Samuel and Seamus, I will make sure that they don't even talk to you. I let my guard down back then, but not ever again. " Elonzo said.
Elonzo has always carried the Guilt of what happened because he thinks that it was his fault for not finding me sooner or even letting me get kidnapped on his watch and I wish that one day he'll realize that it was never in his hands.
" That will be hard considering that we live in the same house." I don't even want to get to know them, but I can't ignore them if we live in the same house.
" You'll be living with your husband in 3 weeks, so you don't have to worry about that."
