"I brought you lunch." Jake said as he went through the door of my flower store
I smiled before leaving the counter grabbing the bags "Thanks Jake."
"While you eat, can I help with anything?" He asked leaving against the counter
For the past few months Jake would always stop by to help out, whether we were busy or not. It didn't matter to him.
"You can help Melissa with online orders, we've been getting a lot recently."
"On it." He nodded before walking over to Melissa and started to help her
Once I was done eating I went outside to help Allie with the set ups of bouquets so people who pass by would be able to see them.
"Jake's here again?" She asked
"Yeah he's helping Melissa." I said smiling at her
"He's been really helpful around here, Athena and I hope you don't plan on letting him go."
"I never dream of it." I said
"Hey babe." Jake said poking his head out the door
I turned to look at him.
"Where's the mop? I spilled the water." He said embarrassed
I shook my head "Down the hall there's a closet and it's in there."
"Thanks." He kissed my cheek before running back into the store

Me and Jake were the last ones to leave, I decided to leave my car at the store and ride back with him.
"Can I stay over?" Jake asked
I smiled before nodding my head.
We crawled into my bed our limbs getting tangled up with each other's, I turned on a movie but I knew that both of us were going to fall asleep when it starts.
"I love you." Jake whispered kissing my forehead
I smiled kissing his lips "I love you too."
