Arthit looked up from his table when he heard the door of the staff room open. A small smile formed on his lips when he saw the boy in uniform walk inside. He smiled wider, showing his dimples when the boy turned towards his direction and walked to him.
"Good afternoon Mr Rojnapath," Kongpob gave a full tooth smile making Arthit feel butterflies.
"Call me P'Arthit, no one's here," Arthit replied without looked up at the boy as he closed the notebooks he was checking and placed them aside.
It was interval time and all the teachers move out of the staffroom to have their lunch, and fortunately, Arthit didn't feel like having lunch.
"Kharp P'Arthit," Kongpob nodded his head shyly when Arthit looked up at him.
"What is that?" Arthit asked when he saw a box in Kongpob's hand.
Kongpob stared down at the blue box in his hand, he bit his lips as he glanced at Arthit who was expectantly waiting for an answer. He placed the box on Arthit's table and pushed it towards him.
"It's for you, P'Arthit." Kongpob rubbed his sweaty palms on his trouser. He fidgeted on his place as he watched Arthit open it.
"Co-cookies? For me?" Arthit looked up at the boy who bit his lips as he nodded.
"Wow! Thank you, Kongpob."
Kongpob smiled wide seeing the dimpled smile displayed on Arthit's face.
"No mention, P'Arthit."
Kongpob couldn't stop smiling as he watched Arthit take a cookie and savour it. He wanted to jump around seeing Arthit close his eyes as he tasted it, a smile on his lips. He had made chaos at home to ask his mom to make those.
His mom already had catering works and along with that he had compelled her to make those cookies. He had practically beg her to make those.
It's been a month since Arthit had started working as a teacher in their school and during this time Kongpob tried his best to get to know the latter.
Whenever he comes back from school he would already find Arthit at his home planting flowers and small decorative plants. They exchange greetings and one-time Kongpob even suggested which plants Arthit could buy since he was very fond of planting. And from there Kongpob and Arthit would spend their evening in Arthit's little garden talking about various things, including studies and those were the moments Kongpob treasured the most.
Kongpob even took Arthit to tour around their neighbourhood on weekends, they spend time at the park nearby. Kongpob loved swings and he would play there whenever he went to the park, but when Arthit was around he was afraid if the latter would see him as a kid. He didn't want that, he didn't want his crush to see him as a kid.
Kongpob didn't feel he was much younger than Arthit when they spend time together. Arthit didn't make him feel like that, they were like friends. Even though he would feel neglected when Arthit and his dad would interact with eachother, talking about worldly matters. But he liked the fact that his dad adored Arthit a lot, his mom and dad would speak about the latter most of the time in their house and he would also join at times telling them how good of a teacher Arthit was. On the other hand, he didn't like that, he was reminded of the fact that he would never get Arthit, he knew that deep inside but he had a hope somewhere.
Leaving that aside, he also met Arthit's baby! Don't underestimate him, that's what the sphynx cat is to Arthit.
Kongpob and the cat, Pluto, had become best buddies since they met eachother. Kongpob got to know about him when he once asked Arthit whether he wouldn't feel lonely staying inside the big bungalow like house. And he was replied with Arthit's beautiful laugh as he replied that he had his best buddy/baby with him and that led to Kongpob meeting Pluto.
Pluto is a stubborn little boy, that's how Kongpob addressed him first. The cat would give him creeps with his glare and Arthit would just laugh at it telling his precious little son isn't good with strangers and that he'll soon come along.
Kongpob wanted to capture the heart of the cat, he knew it was the doorway to Arthit's heart too. He could see how important the cat was to Arthit so he wanted to be liked by the 'stubborn little boy', which lead him to spend more time at Arthit's house playing with Pluto.
Kongpob is thankful that his parents, especially his mom didn't object him from coming home late. She just lets things slip away if he would be with Mr Rojnapath.
"These are really good! Thanks, Kong!"
Kongpob blinked out of his thoughts, he felt a shiver run down him when he heard what Arthit called him. The elder never called him 'Kong'. And he liked the sound of his name from the elder's lips.
"Why didn't you go have lunch P'Arthit?" Kongpob leaned on Arthit's table, feeling comfortable around him.
Arthit shrugged his shoulders as he ate the cookie.
"Didn't feel like having, had lots of papers to check."
Kongpob pouted, "You should take care of your health. We don't want our favourite teacher to be absent one day."
Arthit smirked, "So, I'm your favourite teacher?"
"You're everyone's favourite teacher," Kongpob raised an eyebrow, not allowing himself to blush at the smirk directed at him.
"Ok I get that, I asked whether I'm your favourite teacher or not." Arthit folded his arms on the table, the smirk on his lips not leaving.
Kongpob opened and closed his mouth, not knowing what to say. " You're a good teacher."
"So, I'm not your favourite?" Arthit acted as if he was hurt.
Kongpob's eyes widened when he saw the disappointed on Arthit's face, "No! No! It's not like that!"
"Then?" Arthit asked dejectedly.
Kongpob gulped, "Y-you're my favourite teacher, I really look up to you P'Arthit."
Arthit beamed in happiness "I'm happy."
Kongpob blushed, he fidgeted with his hands. He cleared his throat, "I-I'll go now, see you P'Arthit."
"Kong! Wait!" Arthit called out seeing the boy turn around to leave.
"Yes, P'Arthit?" Kongpob turned to face the elder.
Arthit smiled, "It's Pluto's birthday today and I'm making dinner tonight. Would you like to join me? You can invite your parents too. You're the one who's closest to me here so I wanted to invite you."
Kongpob smiled wide, he wanted to jump around. Arthit never invited him over to his place, it was always Kongpob trying to approach him and get to know him, not the other way around. And Kongpob doesn't blame anyone for it, he was the only one with feelings towards the other, there is no need for Arthit to get to know him. Right?
"Dad and Mom have a business date tonight, they'll reach home late. But don't worry, I'll surely come over P'Arthit." Kongpob replied excitedly.
Arthit smiled wide, his dimples in display. "Ok then! See you for dinner Kong."
Kongpob nodded his head before he sprinted away.
Arthit leaned back against his chair, smiling at the direction the boy went. Arthit chuckled to himself, he wasn't a fool to not notice those dreamy gazes and loving smiles directed towards him.
From the day he started working as a teacher he had an eye on that particular student who took his breath away with his pout in the middle of the road. Even though he tried to deny his feelings for the kid, those feelings always returned to him. No matter how hard he crumbled and threw those tingles inside him whenever he saw that innocent smiles and excitement in those dark round eyes, the next moment his thoughts would return to Kongpob Suttilak.
He was sure that Kongpob felt the same towards him, he had even heard his friends teasing him about his love interest. And he felt the urge to lock Kongpob in his room and shield him away from everyone else when he saw the deep blush that spread on the beautiful face at the mention of his name.
Get a grip Arthit!
Arthit shook his head feeling the urge to search for Kongpob and pull him against him, smashing their lips together.
He's going to pull out those feelings inside Kongpob towards him, today, he'll bring an end to this hide and seek. He can't control himself anymore, if he doesn't speak this out he's damn sure that he'll lose his sanity one day.
"You're not going to do anything with your friend sulking at you?" Aim nudged Kongpob who was writing down some notes.
Kongpob looked up from his books and glanced at Oak who scoffed at him, "Why should I?"
Oak's eyes widened, feeling offended while Prae wanted to laugh out loud at the reply.
"Come on! You could have at least given him one cookie from that!" Aim narrowed his gaze.
"Nope! I didn't waste my energy making my mom agree to make those cookies for me to give it to him." Kongpob pointed his pencil at Oak who was faking tears at the moment.
"See!? He only needs his sugar daddy now!" Oak cried out.
Kongpob's eyes widened, "He's not my sugar daddy."
He was thankful that they were not in class at the moment, he can't think about what his classmates might think hearing his idiot of a friend shout like that. They were sitting on a bench near the basketball court and the next group of students there were seated at the bench far away from them.
"Yeah, not yet," Prae pointed out.
"Prae!" Kongpob's cheeks flushed at what his friends were saying.
"Come on! I just hope this won't end in a bad way." Aim sighs.
Kongpob could only take a deep breath, "I'm not expecting my feelings to be reciprocated. I-I'll just continue to love him till this feeling fades away.
Prae placed a hand on her friend's shoulder, "And what makes you think it'll fade away?"
Kongpob stared down at his hands. "I-I just feel so."
"Kong, we don't want to see you hurt." Oak voiced out.
"Even I don't want to be hurt, Oak." Kongpob chuckled, he shook his head and asked the others to just leave the topic aside as he continued writing his notes.
The three of them shared a glance at eachother, feeling worried for their friend. They had noticed the change in their friend ever since the new teacher came. And at first, it stayed between them, thinking it might be just an infatuation for Kongpob. But they later observed how Kongpob always spoke about Arthit, about how he's his neighbour and how they spend time together.
Kongpob always found a link to talk about Arthit, and it came out unconsciously. And when Prae pointed it out one-day Kongpob was hesitant at first but with his friends compelling him, he told that he had fallen in love with the maths teacher.
The three of them didn't want Kongpob to keep any hopes, because the relationship between a teacher and a student wasn't practical. But if ever they see their friend have a chance with Mr Rojnapath, they'll gladly accept it. For them, their friend's happiness is important.
Kongpob glanced at his friends over his lashes, he sighed softly seeing their worried faces. He's just going to ignore whatever doubts that's clouding in his mind. He'll just focus on his happy moments with Arthit tonight, he'll get to be with his crush and his favourite little 'stubborn boy' for the night and what more can he ask for? Whatever comes ahead for him, he's going to receive it wholeheartedly. He had already prepared his heart for it.
But he's not sure whether his preparations were worth it. Because he doubted that he'll not feel broken if one day he sees Arthit bring his lover of an age suitable for him and marry that person and Kongpob had to witness it.
He doesn't know if he would be able to handle that. Just the thought of it tears his inner being. Gulping on the chokes that rise up his throat, Kongpob tried to focus on his work.
There's no use in dwelling upon something that is certified to happen.
He'll have to talk to his dad about the little celebration at Arthit's house and get permission to have dinner there. Yeah, that's what he's going to do, spend as much time possible with his P'Arthit till time allows him to.
Arthit opened his door with a wide smile on his face. He beamed as he saw the person who he expected waiting for him at the doorstep.
"Come in Kongpob." Arthit moved aside to let Kongpob in.
The younger male smiled, nodding his head he walked inside. Fresh aroma of delicious food reaching his nostrils, leaving him no choice other than to inhale it.
"Wow! Today's dinner is really special." Kongpob teased as he walked forward. Arthit laughed.
"Well my baby is turning two today, of course, it's special!" Arthit replied.
Kongpob yelped when a small being jumped into his arms from the top of the sofa. Kongpob giggled when the cat in his arms snuggled under his chin.
"Happy birthday, Pluto." Kongpob kissed the sphynx's head, snuggling him closer to his chest.
"I have brought you a gift!" Kongpob said excitedly as he placed Pluto down and kneeled.
"You didn't have to Kong," Arthit smiled seeing the excitement on the latter's face.
"I wanted to, P'Arthit. Pluto is special for me too, now." Kongpob smiled wide at Arthit as he took out a small box from his pocket.
Arthit watched as Pluto sat in front of Kongpob obediently waiting for his gift. He was amused when he saw Kongpob take out a collar from the box.
Kongpob excitedly secured the collar around Pluto's neck. He giggled when Pluto licked him after he finished securing his gift.
"He loves your gift," Arthit smiled, feeling overwhelmed at the scene.
His eyes darted towards Pluto's neck. It was a thin silver collar, nothing fancy. No one would even recognize that Pluto is wearing a collar since his skin colour blended with the silver accessory on his neck. But what touched Arthit's heart was the small sun charm hanging from Pluto's collar.
"I made sure that it will be loose for him, I don't want him choking because of it," Kongpob said as he played with the cat.
Arthit chuckled, Kongpob was one of the most caring persons he had met. He always cared about others, even his friends. He always thought about others' feelings before his.
"You be here with Pluto, I'll set up the table for dinner."
Kongpob didn't even spare a glance at the elder as he nodded his head, he was busy playing with Pluto.
Arthit could only smile at the scene, he made his way towards the kitchen.
When he was done with setting the table, he walked out towards the patio at the back of his house. He had seen Kongpob running behind Pluto outside earlier.
"It's windy, I think it's going to rain soon," Arthit said as he felt chills as the cold breeze brushed against him.
"I think so too," Kongpob joined Arthit with Pluto in his arms.
Arthit nodded, "Let's have dinner. Before it gets late let's take you back home after dinner."
Kongpob pouted but either way, he nodded his head.
They walked inside and Arthit made sure to close the glass door securely. He placed Pluto's food bowl near the cat's bed as usual. He watched with a smile as Pluto ran towards the bowl and started having his dinner. Arthit chuckled as he caressed his cat's head.
He stood up and proceeded to wash his hands before joining Kongpob at the dining table.
"Come on, dig in." Arthit directed Kongpob who sat opposite to him awkwardly.
Kongpob nodded his head. He took his cutleries and started to eat. He had never tasted the food that Arthit made, he only heard from the latter that he could cook.
"How is it?" Arthit asked expectantly.
Kongpob raised his eyebrows in surprise, "Wow! It really tastes delicious!"
Arthit chuckled, "I'm glad." He watched with a smile at Kongpob having the dinner he cooked, it was pleasing to see the younger's expressions as he ate.
Soon they fell into a comfortable silence, enjoying their meal. Sometimes forgetting their meal in the middle as they talked on various subjects.
Kongpob watched Arthit talk about his family, there was this nostalgic smile on his place as he told about his parents' house.
It always bugged Kongpob's mind about what might have happened for Arthit to leave his parents' house and stay here. And he also wanted to know why Arthit resigned from his previous position. But he never asked him, he was scared.
Yet at this moment he wanted to ask the latter, he wanted to know the story behind it.
"P'Arthit, can I ask you a personal question?" Kongpob bit his lips, the curiosity taking over his system.
Arthit glanced up from his plate at the boy sitting opposite to him. "Of course Kong. What is it?"
"Why did you quit being a CEO?"
Arthit sighed, he placed his cutleries on his plate, folding his arms on the table he stared at Kongpob who fidgeted under the gaze, trying to hold their stare.
"How did you know that I was a CEO?" Arthit raised an eyebrow.
"Dad once told me. I didn't ask you this because I thought you wouldn't be comfortable with it." Kongpob replied without hiding his thoughts.
"And what makes you think that I'll be comfortable now?" Arthit's gaze hardened making Kongpob gulp.
Kongpob doesn't know what he should do, he had the urge to dig a hole and bury himself in it. He shouldn't have taken the freedom Arthit gave to him in a bigger sense.
"I-I can't help my curiosity, I-I wanted to know what made you leave such a big job and work as a teacher." Kongpob looked down at his food, fidgetting with his utensil over the pasta.
Arthit bit the inside of his cheek from stopping himself from smiling. He felt sad for the boy, it's hard seeing the boy on the verge of tears.
"As you know I'm the eldest son, I have a younger brother too." Arthit begun, he had noted in his mind that he'll open up to Kongpob one day about this.
Kongpob raised his distressed face when he heard Arthit speak. He sniffled softly, patiently waiting for Arthit to continue.
"I became the CEO when I was 24, and got married a year later." Arthit watched Kongpob's eyes widen at the information he got.
"You-you are married?" Kongpob almost choked on his words. Feeling a grip in his chest.
"Was," Arthit corrected immediately.
"Huh?"
Arthit wanted to laugh watching soo many emotions flash on Kongpob's face. The latter looked cute with that flushed cheeks and a small pout on his lips. Soo bad he wanted to kiss those lips.
"Was, Kong. I and she got divorced two years ago." Arthit leaned back on his chair, his relationship with his ex-wife was unhealthy. He didn't like to remember those years.
"Wh-what happened?" Kongpob bit his lips.
Arthit glanced at Pluto who was sleeping soundly at his small bed in the living room after having his dinner.
"She was here for the money, never loved me. But I tried to hold our relationship, my parents were happy for me and I didn't want to ruin it. But things didn't settle well, she always asked for money and went on trips. And well, one day I caught her cheating on me." Arthit sighed.
"I-I'm sorry," Kongpob didn't know what else to say. Is it bad that he's feeling happy about Arthit's divorce?
Arthit chuckled, "Please, divorcing her was one of the best decisions I made." And that made Kongpob smile.
"But it wasn't easy for me to move on, I loved her a lot. But I knew I was hurting myself and betraying my family if I continued this relationship. She was an employee in our company too, so I couldn't possibly avoid her even after the divorce. I needed space, I wanted to leave the stress of being a CEO and those sympathetic looks I get. I could have fired my ex-wife from her job but that isn't fair. I don't jumble my private life with work."
"I-I decided to resign. I passed my position to my brother, Aaron. Even though he refused I convinced him, my parents are happy for me. They gave me full support for my decision. With your father's help, I attended the interview at your school. And well, I got selected. Teaching had always been my passion, so it helped. I moved out of my place and came here. I needed a new environment. And I'm really happy that I made this decision." Arthit smiled.
Kongpob nodded, understanding what Arthit went through. He can't imagine if it was him in Arthit's place. Giving all your love to someone and that person breaking the trust we had in them is painful, really painful. And he's happy that Arthit took a wise decision.
Arthit was such a gentleman. Even if he could take revenge on his ex-wife, he didn't and that showed the value of the man in front of him. As Arthit said, he could have fired her from her job so that he wouldn't see her anymore. But Arthit knew the hard work one had to put into getting a job, it wasn't easy. So he decided to change his mind's environment by taking critical decisions.
Kongpob is really proud to have met a person like Arthit. He can't help but fall in love with the latter all over again.
"I got Pluto in those two years after I divorced. And he had been there for me, my best companion." Arthit added.
Kongpob chuckled, nodding his agreement. He could see that. Pluto is really Arthit's baby. The elder really pampers the cat a lot. Not that he feels jealous. Nothing at all.
"I just feel there won't be anyone else in my life. Who is going to love this shitty guy," Arthit sighed. He peaked through his lashes to see what Kongpob's reaction was.
"Maybe love is not meant to me. What all relationships I had, always ended in a bad way. Everyone came for money, not for who I'm." Arthit added when he saw Kongpob stiffen. He's not lying, whoever he tried to build a relationship with it always ended in a bad way. He didn't want to get married but when his parents brought a proposal he agreed, he could give it a try.
His parents never judged anyone based on the income they earned. And he was happy to be born in a family like that.
"You'll find someone P, don't worry." Kongpob pushed down the various thoughts that came into his mind as he spoke.
Arthit let out a laugh, "Never Kong. That's not going to happen. Even if someone comes how would I know if they're here for my money? It's hard to find someone sincere Kong. The world is not like what you see."
Kongpob felt his heart shattering as he listened to the words of the elder. His heart was screaming for him to shout out how much he loves the elder male and he never loved him for the money he owned. But the rational side of his brain was telling him to not embarrass himself.
"Don't speak about yourself like that P, you're the best partner anyone could have. You're an amazing personality P." Kongpob tried to erase Arthit thoughts, it hurts him seeing how the latter talks about himself.
Kongpob was startled when the thunder struck. He looked out of the window to see the lightings, it was slowly starting to rain.
"You'll be the only one who would say that, Kong. But I had made up my mind, there won't be any other person in my life. I have closed the lock to my heart." Arthit smiled a smile that didn't reach his eyes.
Arthit smirked internally seeing Kongpob's eyes water. He could see the other's eyes shining in the light, those lips were being bitten down to control his tears. Arthit could see how much he meant to the younger male, if Kongpob loved him truly this is the reaction he expected to get. No one would have the heart to see their loved ones being disappointed in themselves, that would be the most painful thing to see.
"No, you can't do that. What if someone loves you sincerely? Won't you accept them?" Kongpob asked desperately. His heart was beating fast, even though he didn't expect Arthit to love him back but there was a hope inside him that one day it'll happen. So hearing Arthit speak like this was making him tensed.
"Only if that person comes right? That won't happen anyway." Arthit shrugged his shoulders, enjoying the way Kongpob was behaving.
"That will happen!" Kongpob retorted making Arthit startle.
"No," Arthit denied.
Kongpob was fuming, "Yes!"
"No," Arthit smiled. It was pouring heavily outside and the sound of raindrops hitting on the roof was interfering with their conversation.
"Yes! Then who do you hold me for!?" Kongpob snapped, throwing his rational senses away in the sea.
"What about you? You're just a kid, there's nothing y-" Arthit raised his eyebrow.
"I love you P'Arthit!" Kongpob shouted back, getting up from his seat.
"And I'm not a kid! I love you so much P'Arthit! I know this might be wrong but I fell in love with you! And I didn't love you because you're rich! I didn't love you because I saw how much you're successful in life! I loved you because-because it's you! I loved Arthit, not his status!" Kongpob's shoulders heaved as he breathed heavily. He felt like he was going to faint with the amount of energy he took.
Arthit smiled wide, seeing the flushed face he wanted to pull the latter in his arms.
"Kong-"
Arthit's words were cut off when his phone on the table started ringing. He glanced at Kongpob who had tears in his eyes, he took his phone and walked away to talk privately.
"Hello," Arthit answered the call.
"Aw, Arthit! Is Kong with you?" A concerned voice asked from the other end.
Arthit smiled, "Yes Mr Suttilak, he's here. We're having dinner."
Kerkkrai let out a sigh, "Thank god. I'm really sorry Arthit, we won't be able to reach home tonight. It's raining heavily hearing and the traffick is really long. I and Rin are planning to stay at a hotel tonight and return home early morning. Will you look after Kong?"
"Of course sir, you don't have to worry about it. I'll take care of Kong." Arthit replied.
Kerkkrai smiled, "Thank you Arthit. Let him sleepover at your place if it's okay with you. Sorry for troubling you."
Arthit shook his head, "It's my pleasure sir, don't worry about your son."
Kerkkrai chuckled, "Okay then. And Arthit..."
"Yes sir?"
"Take care of my son, please don't hurt his feelings. Don't make him expect more, I hope you know what I mean." Kerkkrai's voice was serious.
Arthit's eyes widened, he gulped. "Ye-yes, sir. I understand."
"Whatever your decision is, please don't break him. If its negative just don't tell him directly, think about it and tell to me. I'll deal with my son."
Arthit bit his lips, "You don't have to worry about it sir, I won't hurt him. And thank you, thank you for accepting us."
Arthit heard a small laugh from the other end, "I'm his father Arthit, I know what makes him happy and I'm sure you're the best decision he had taken. But that doesn't mean I would stay still if you ever hurt him."
Arthit chuckled, "Of course sir."
"Okay then, good night Arthit."
"Good night sir."
Arthit hung up the call, a smile on his face. He turned around only to find Kongpob sitting on the couch with his hands on his face, the younger's shoulders were shaking and he was jumping slightly whenever the thunder struck.
Arthit chuckled, he walked over to Kongpob and took a seat beside him.
"Kong," Arthit placed a hand on the younger's shoulder.
Kongpob pushed him away, "Please P'Arthit, I'm sorry for what I did. I know you might be feeling disgusted by me! I-I just couldn't help it! Don't think of it as a child's fantasy, I love you for real P. I love you with my whole heart."
Arthit smiled, "Kong, look at me."
Kongpob shook his head, sobbing into his palms.
"Baby, look at me." Arthit's honey-coated voice made Kongpob shiver. The younger turned his face to look up at Arthit, his breath hitched when he found the latter's face close to his.
"Took you time to say it out," Arthit smirked.
"Huh?" Kongpob gaped.
Arthit cupped Kongpob's cheeks, "Did you think I didn't notice? I read the love in your eyes whenever you're with me Kong, I know that you've fallen and you're not the only one. I fell hard Kongpob, trust me I did."
"Did you?" Kongpob sniffled, his lips forming into a pout.
Arthit chuckled at the cuteness, "I did, I did. Too deep that I want to lock you from the world and only have you for himself."
Kongpob pouted, "Then why this drama?"
"I wanted to know how far you could go, I wanted to know whether you're sure with your feelings. This is not an easy path Kong, I hope you know that." Arthit remarked worriedly.
"Will you be by my side? And never leave my hand?" Kongpob asked innocently.
Arthit felt like melting into a puddle at the pure love radiating from those shiny eyes. "I promise you Kong, I'll never leave your hand."
Kongpob smiled wide through his tears, "Then that's all I need, P'Arthit."
The got startled when Arthit suddenly pulled him closer and embraced him. He smiled endlessly throughout the hug, feeling safe and warm in the embrace. The heavy rain outside and the sound of thunder not scaring him anymore.
"Your dad called me," Arthit spoke after a few minutes of silence.
Kongpob pulled away from the hug, "Why did he call you?"
Arthit smiled, "He and your mom won't be able to come home since it's raining heavily and the traffic is not helping. They told me to look after you. They'll come back home early morning."
"Oh, ok." Kongpob nodded his head.
"Let's have dinner then, the food might be cold already." Arthit stood and pulled Kongpob up.
Kongpob giggled, he looked down at their intertwined fingers. Smiling wide, he felt as if a huge weight from his shoulders has been lifted.
This was the best feeling ever, never in a million years did he think his feelings would be reciprocated. He knows it'll be hard for them, people will judge but he didn't care about it. All he needs is Arthit to be with him.
"What will you do if our parents won't agree P'Arthit?" Kongpob turned around to face Arthit.
They were lying on Arthit's bed, ready to go to sleep. It's was still heavily pouring outside and Arthit had called his dad to enquire about his whereabouts too.
"They'll don't worry." Arthit leaned on his elbow as he stared at his lover.
Kongpob tried to hold in his smile as he turned his gaze towards the glass ceiling.
Kongpob loved Arthit's bedroom, he was surprised when he first entered the room and found out that half of the ceiling above the bed was made of glass. They could see the sky and droplets of rain falling on the ceiling. It looked beautiful.
Arthit was wearing his pyjamas and so did Kong. Kongpob wanted to go back home to close all the doors and lock them so Arthit had accompanied him since it was raining, Kongpob took his set of pyjamas too before they came back to Arthit's house.
"I'll let them know that you're mine, baby." Arthit kissed Kongpob's forehead making the other blush.
"And what if they say no?" Kongpob teased back.
Arthit shrugged, "I'll kidnap you, take you far far away. A world with only you and me."
Kongpob snapped his gaze at the elder, he punched Arthit's shoulder playfully, "Stop it P'Arthit."
Arthit laughed, pulling Kongpob closer in his arms.
"Just wait Kong, I'll claim you as mine. Just wait. I promise you that." Arthit whispered against his lover's ears.
Kongpob looked up from Arthit's chest, raising his palm he placed it on the elder's cheek, caressing them.
"I'll wait for that day P'Arthit, and I'll say 'yes' without a bat of an eyelid." Kongpob smiled, pure love spring out of his gaze towards Arthit.
