"No, she is lying! She’s the one who arranged for this person to take pictures of me and Ella secretly. Hey, why are you not saying anything? Tell them the truth—who asked you to photograph us secretly!"
Jackson, upon seeing that Lisa had betrayed him, hurriedly grabbed the photographer's collar and demanded he admit Lisa's involvement.
"Sir, what are you saying? It was you who asked me to take pictures of you and your girlfriend. I just followed your instructions," the photographer said calmly. He had been paid a good amount to say this, and there was no chance he would tell the truth.
"You’re lying! You’re lying! Lisa, it was you who asked me to get close to Ella so you could steal her fiancé. Don’t lie!" Jackson screamed at Lisa, devastated by her betrayal.
"What are you saying, Jackson? You and Ella were in a relationship—what does that have to do with me? Why would I want to steal the fiancé of my best friend, who has treated me like a sister since we were little? Even if we’re not real sisters, we’re still cousins. How could I take what belongs to my sister?" Lisa said with a pitiful expression.
"Principal, what Jackson is saying is true. I don’t have any relationship with Jackson now, and even in the past, we were just friends. But after I broke my friendship with both Jackson and Lisa, she kept trying to force the idea that Jackson was my boyfriend. Yesterday's incident happened because Lisa invited me to talk with her and Jackson, but then she suddenly left, saying her phone was missing."
At first, Ella didn’t want to get involved, but when Lisa called herself her sister, it disgusted her, so she decided to drag Lisa down with Jackson.
"No, Ella, it’s just that you both had a very good relationship in the past, but your behavior towards Jackson changed after your accident. I just didn’t want you to lose a friend, that’s why I tried to make peace between you two," Lisa hurriedly defended herself.
"No, she’s lying! I have evidence to prove it was Lisa who told me to pursue Ella. I have chats..."
While speaking, he suddenly stopped. He remembered that he and Lisa had never discussed the plan over messages—it had always been face-to-face or over calls. Lisa never left a trace.
"You—you planned this from the start, right? That’s why you never chatted about the plan—so no evidence would be left behind!"
Jackson lost it and grabbed Lisa’s neck, realizing he had been just a puppet in her game from the very beginning.
The Principal and Teacher Henry quickly rushed to rescue Lisa, but Jackson’s grip on her neck was too tight. It took effort to free Lisa from him.
Once free, Lisa’s eyes were red and she struggled to breathe. Seeing her condition, Teacher Henry and the Principal helped her up from the ground, leaving Jackson behind—he had completely lost control.
Jackson’s eyes landed on Ella, and a strange madness appeared in them. "It’s all because of you! If you hadn’t changed, I would’ve still been enjoying my time like before. Why did you have to change?"
He walked toward Ella with a murderous gaze, ready to pounce—but a powerful kick sent him flying.
When Lisa and the others first heard Jackson, they were shocked. But in the next second, excitement flashed in Lisa's eyes. "Yes, go and kill her—there shouldn’t have been an Ella from the start!" But before anyone could react, a shadow flashed before them and Jackson was sent flying.
Ella, stunned by Jackson’s repeated aggression, couldn't react in time. Suddenly, a hand pulled her into a warm embrace. The familiar warmth and fragrance brought her back to her senses. She looked up—and saw Alex.
Alex looked at her with an affectionate gaze. "Calm down. It’s all okay," he said gently, patting Ella’s head to soothe her.
Jackson, now conscious again, realized it was Alex who had attacked him. He knew he couldn’t do anything now. He stopped struggling and lay silently on the ground, completely giving up.
"I warned you to stay away from my Ya Ya. You brought this on yourself," Alex said while looking at Jackson.
Then he turned to the Principal, who was sweating profusely. "Principal, I hope you will call the police now. For everyone’s sake, I want this matter handled legally."
