I woke up with a jolt. Louis was crying.
Sleepily I followed where his cries where coming from.
"B..but I don't want to" i faintly heard him say.
I peeped in the room and saw Nina's sad face looking down to Louis a plate of vegetables in her left hand.
"What's going on?" I asked rubbing my eyes entering the room.
"He's refusing to eat anything I give to hi..." before she could finish the sentence the boy rushed to me. Hugging me like it was the last time he was going to hold me.
"Baby why are you giving Nina a hard time?" I asked lifting him as he hid his face in my neck.
"I wanted you to feed me" he innocently said.
"I dont know how you manage" Nina confessed facing the boy.
"He's a little bit too handy but i try" I replied smiling
"I'll be leaving now" announced Nina as she left.
"Louis what do you want to eat?"
"I want ice cweam" he announced with a toothy grin
"You can't have icecream for breakfast"
"You're not the boss of me" he replied looking at me fiercely
"Actually I am"
"I dont see anywhere that says that" he kept on protesting
"Your little act of bravery isn't going to get me to feed you icecream for breakfast"
"Then I'm not hungry" he said frowning
Again why was this kid so difficult
"When you're hungry you're going to eat" I replied I knew he was going to eat eventually and I wasnt going to feed him icecream at all costs.
"Now let's go give you a bath" I smiled walking out of the room with him in my arms.
*****"I want to change myself !" He yelled.
"Why?"
"I'm a big boy now you dont have to see me naked"
"But I just gave you a bath" I replied where the hell was Louis getting his mentality from he didnt want me to see him naked ? I just came from bathing him what did he mean.
"It's different" he said stomping his foot on the floor.
"I'm going to change you" I stated and all he did was angrily huff.
It's been approximately four hours now and he still hasnt talked to me. I was busy thinking about how to make him talk to me without me apologising to him but the commossion outside stopped me .
I rushed to the window and what I saw made my heart beat uncontrollably. Chloe and a man wearing a cap and sun glasses where being followed by a crowd of media.
Cameras where everywhere and when they held hands nearing the door questions where flooded everywhere.
I had never seen a celebrity chase but man this was fun and shocking considering how I was seeing it first hand through the window.
"Louis" I called when I saw Chloe and the man entering the house.
The boy was stubborn and couldnt just listen to me now he wasnt even answering me.
"Oliver!" Yelled Chloe as she walked into the living room where I was still looking out the window with my corner eye searching for Louis
Behind her stood a 6'5 tall man. And when he removed his glasses I almost lost my breathe.
Look I don't usually say this but holy cow that man looked handsome . Then his nose brought back a memory . No shit . Henry? Ohhh this explains the paparazzi that was still waiting outside.
"You remember Henry don't you?" She asked staring at me
"Ye..s" I stuttered he looked too good to be true. Those abs his shoulders that height but I still wasnt into him. Dont even ask why.
"Hi Oliver glad to see you" he flashed me a small smile. That .Was. Hot
"Hey Henry" I'd finally caught my breathe "...why are you here?" I politely asked
"I thought Chloe already spoke to you about that"
"She did?" I asked
"I told you he was here to help patch up things between you and King Pollet"
"What the hell is wrong with you!" I screamed running towards her
"I told you I dont fucking want to see him or hear about him!" I yelled grabbing her and before i could harm her Henry ended our cat fight by pulling Chloe away and the look she had in her eyes when he did that showed the spark she still had for him.
"You're going to have to patch things up with William" Henry said calmly letting go of Chloe.
"What benefit does it give!?" I asked angrily
"He's not the same man this might actually help him" he said slowly
"What the fuck does he mean?" I asked facing Chloe pointing at Henry
"I mean he's like some Ice King now , composed he rarely speaks and when he does the outcome is not pleasant . He's committed to serving and serious about the throne and all but he's not the same person he used to be"
"If you think your sad story about your King's sudden personality change is going to make me sympathetic and say 'I feel like being a good girl let's go help' you're fucking wrong!" I kept yelling
"I know you're upset he left but I think you need to hear him out first" Henry said
"So you're like his spokesperson now!?"
"I just think you should meet up and talk things through"
"Henry your cousin is four fucking years late and I dont want him even if he comes with golden skin!" I spat
"You're just too upset give yourself air and space to breathe think through before you make this decision" he suggested
"You know what fuck off! Fuck you! I'm as calm as I need to be you haven't been through what I fucking went through!"
"What have you been through?" He asked calmly.
And before I could reply it just had to happen.
"Mommy" he walked in.
"Louis" I whispered glaring at Henry's wide eyes and shock stricken face.
"This situation just got worse" he finally spoke.
"Who is he?" Louis asked
"I'm your uncle. Henry" he replied with a huge smile
"My uncle?" He asked tiny lines forming on his clear forehead .
"Your uncle" he replied lifting the boy
"You're so big" Louis commented
"You'll grow to be as big as me"
"I have to pee" Louis said wiggling out of Henry's hold
And as soon as he had left the room
"Does he know?" Henry asked
"Who?"
"William"
"Know what?"
"That he has a son"
"What makes you think Louis is his son"
"You do realise he literally looks like a tiny version of William"
"He's my son"
"He is William's son" he replied in a clipped tone
"No he's mine"
"He is William's son" he repeated and that was it u was done
"I dont need all this drama I'm fucking leaving for Seattle tomorrow If I have to" I replied facing Henry
"You're not going anywhere with that child"
"You're not the boss of me "
"Whatever you think you're not leaving" he said through gritted teeth.
"Watch me!" I screamed walking out of the room.
My heart was beating and an ugly question was loitering in my mind.
What the heck just happened?
