Me, Myself and Belle
“Where the hell are you taking me?” Jason whispered behind me.
We were reaching the destination but I didn’t want him to know where just yet. Jason kept complaining for the next two minutes. I needed someone to come with me today. I needed an extra hand, I needed a little help. I was nodding to myself as I was walking towards Nick’s Private Clinic. Jason paused as he read the big letters.
“Private Clinic?” He asked with his very confused face. I nodded again. I wished it was Belle’s brother that I had to go to but he was the only one who knew about me and Yuri and our situation. I had no choice but to get to him. The next few minutes, Jason didn’t utter another word. That idiot can shut up, I guess.
“I’m here to meet Dr.Nicholas” I told the receptionist.
“Do you have an appointment?” She asked. Just as I was about to tell her no, I heard Dr.Nicholas’ voice behind me. Sometimes it’s nice that he never hangs around his office. “Yuri?” I turned around to face him with Jason still beside me.
“You brought a friend today” He smiled as he led us into his office. I took a better look at his qualifications that were hung on his wall, more like trophies. It wasn’t the first time I’ve been here but today it somehow feels different.
“I came here for a favor” I began without wasting any more time. His attention was drawn to me, and so was Jason. None of them knew why I was here. I swallowed hard before I spoke again. Maybe this was a bad idea, but I was going out of my mind because I couldn’t decide how I would do this. Maybe that’s why I have this aching headache right now. I need this to end. After all I’ve done, I just want it to end.
“Sure, are the switches not working for you, Yuri?” Dr. Nick asked curiously.
“I am Sasha. I see Yuri came to you to control the switches, didn’t she?” I asked him. I didn’t know it was bothering Yuri so much that she had to seek help. The same help that she told to fuck off ages ago. This was exactly the kind of reason why I need to do, what I am about to do.
“Sasha, sorry my mistake. Yes, Yuri did come and ask for help so I gave her some tips, I hope it’s working for you both.”
I nodded.
“So, what can I do for you?” Dr. Nick leaned back on his chair as he asked.
I took a deep breath in and spilled out the words that magically formed up a sentence, one sentence I thought I’d never have to say.
“I want you to eliminate me for good”

Yuri held her breath and waited a couple of minutes before knocking on her guest room door. When she was asked to come in, she walked inside to face Belle. A Heartbroken Angry Belle.
“What do you want?” Belle glared at Yuri as she wiped off her tears. Yuri just stood there with her arms folded and stared at her. It’s not like she had asked Belle to move out. Belle was moving out all on her won. Yuri watched Belle pack her clothes, one by one.
“I came to apologize” Yuri murmured.
“Apologize? And You? You wouldn’t apologize even if you murdered someone” Belle snapped back. She was angry, Yuri knew but Belle didn’t know half of the things that was happening in Yuri’s or Sasha’s life.
“Why are you being a bitch when I’m not?” Anger rose up in Yuri’s body.
Belle chuckles as she sat down on her bed. She looked up to face Yuri.
“Now that’s a question I’ve wanted to ask you since the day I met you. The answer is Karma.” Belle snapped again. She looked tired and she looked like she had just given up. Yuri took a few steps forward and sat on the other side of the bed.
“Look, I know you hate me. You have every reason to, that’s why I want to apologize to you. I am sorry for being the bitch that I was, even before Sasha happened. I’ve changed now Belle, for good” Yuri cleared the air.
“How have you changed?” Belle managed to ask.
“A lot happened after you left. I am on good terms with Sasha, I wouldn’t do anything to hurt her or anyone else. I’ve realized how selfish and manipulative I’ve been” Yuri accepted.
“Bitch”
“Excuse me?”
“Selfish and Manipulative Bitch. That’s how you’ve been” Belle corrected her. Yuri didn’t reply back, simply because she knew Belle was right. But she wanted to make amends; she wanted to prove to Sasha that she has actually changed.
“Why are you being nice to me, Yuri?” Belle asked out of curiosity.
“There’s a reason why”
“Please explain then” Belle gives Yuri a chance to explain herself. How was she going to tell Belle about her sexuality, especially after she controlled Belle with hers? But this was how Yuri was going to prove her sincerity.
“Imagine one day I found a hit list and I laugh at you because your name was on it. And then I realize at the bottom of the list, there’s my name too”
“What do you mean?”
“I recently discovered that I like girls too” Yuri said upfront. She heard Belle gasp as she stared at Yuri with her eyes wide open trying to control her stunned reaction.
“So this is the reason why?” Belle placed the palm of her hands over her mouth in shock.
“The reason why what?”
“The reason, she can’t go out with me again” Belle murmured quietly. Belle tried to wrap her mind about the situation.
“That and the fact that I’ve fallen in love with her” Yuri confessed quickly.
“With who? What?” Belle got up from the bed unsure of what Yuri had just said. One of them will end up having a broken heart. And right now that one was Belle.
“I’ve fallen in love with Sasha, Belle”
*BLANK*
“You’re kidding me right?” Belle pushed me as I try reasoning with her. Tears flowed down her cheeks and her eyes were filled with nothing but hatred towards me. “I deserve it” I thought sadly.
“Tell me this is a joke” Belle screamed again.
“Let’s sit and talk” I suggested trying to calm her down.
“I don’t think this is a conversation worth sitting and having” Belle scolded. I’ve hurt her I know and the worst part of all is that I’ve never intended it. Belle was the first girl I loved, and she’ll always hold a special place in my heart. But looking at her today broke my heart. She glared at me.
“I’m so sorry” I blurted out.
“Sorry for hurting me or sorry for making your host fall in love with you?”
“Sorry for everything.”
“I waited for you, I thought I could live with it but you make it impossible for me”
“Because it is impossible. I would’ve tried to give us a chance but too much has happened, Belle. And I don’t think we can ever make it work”
“Once again you proved that you care about Yuri more. You always favor her; you always care for her, even when she was a bitch towards you”
“She’s my host”
“Bullshit!”
“She’s my host, Belle. I can’t not obey her; I can never escape from her”
“You would never escape even if you had a chance, Sasha. None of us really has a chance at a happy ending here. Yuri will destroy you, you will destroy her and you both will destroy me. If you think for a second that you’re not hurting someone, then you’re wrong because everyone will get hurt in the end and it’ll be all your fault”
“Belle . . .”
“Don’t ever Belle me again. I’m done with you. You were the first one I ever truly loved. But it’s my fault really; I loved you even when you come with so much baggage. Now I pay the price of loving someone like you. It’s all my fault”
“Belle . . .”
“Don’t. Just leave me the hell alone, Sasha”
“Belle . . .” I cried out for the third time as she closed the door behind her and left the house. I’ve lost Belle again. I stood in the room alone with Belle’s screams still echoing around. I could let her words get out from my head. I knew I needed to act upon it, I knew I had to save them from misery.
The only way I could do that was if I vanished, right? right?
