A confident and assertive voice came from Arthur's phone. "I agree. We must seize this opportunity and buy that villa. I'll be back in March next year. With my qualifications, finding a high-paying job won't be difficult. I'll be able to help with part of the repayment. You don't need to feel too much pressure."

"If anyone is worried, they can stay in the old house temporarily and see how things go for those of us who move in first."
