"Yes, I'll treat you to dinner tonight." Matthew's voice was tinged with amusement. "I'll take the helicopter to Kitmore City after work. I should be able to arrive before six in the evening. Is there anything you want to eat or can't eat?"
Athena thought for a moment. "The weather is hot. Let's not eat anything that's too flavorful. It's best if it's unique. Also, it'd be nice if the environment is quieter."
Matthew said, "Alright, got it. I'll pick you up when I get to Kitmore City."
Athena replied, "Alright, I'll wait for your... news."
Matthew was smiling. "Miss Donovan, goodbye."
Athena touched her burning cheek. "Goodbye."
Seconds ticked by. There was silence on the phone. Neither of them hung up.
Finally, Matthew said, "My secretary told me that when I call a girl, I must let her hang up first. Otherwise, it will be rude."
Athena laughed out loud. "Alright, I'll hang up first. Goodbye."
After that, she hung up the phone and stood up. She paced before the floor-to-ceiling window and even ate a small cake. Then, she patted her face and sat in front of the computer. "Come on, let's try to finish today's work by six so I can go on a date." She paused and corrected, "Go out for a meal."
At six o'clock in the evening, Athena drove to the restaurant where Matthew had booked. She looked up at the sign on the wooden door. It read "Orion Signature Stone Barbecue".
"What a special name. I don't think I've ever eaten anything like this," Athena spoke to herself.
Someone came up beside her. "I've eaten here a few times. It quite nice."
Athena turned to look at the newcomer. She pursed her lips and smiled. "You made it here so quickly."
Matthew had wanted to pick Athena up after arriving at Kitmore City. However, Athena felt that since she had a car, there was no need for him to make a detour, so she drove.
"Yeah. I hope I didn't make you wait too long, Miss Donovan." Matthew looked at Athena and held his breath.
Athena was wearing light makeup. Her hair was done up in a cute bun today. She wore a pink chiffon print dress and high heels. She looked sweet and girlish, like a fruit that had just ripened and smelled of temptation.
