"That sounds good and stylish." Arthur was the first to speak. His eyes were bright. "I went to a more upscale private restaurant once. It was very expensive, but the food was not as good as Mom's. I think Mom can totally give it a try."
Maria said hesitantly, "I-I think Mom should go the high-end route too."

Claire looked at Athena and said, "Athena, I am opening the restaurant to earn money. Private restaurants have high requirements for culinary skills, right? Do you think I am good enough?"
Athena smiled and said, "The so-called private restaurants are simply selling homemade food.
"Since they are food made at home, the host decides everything, of course. That includes what to cook how to cook, how many tables to cook for, and how many guests to receive in a day. I think this way of doing business is very much in line with Mom's ideal."
Athena paused slightly and picked up the pear her family brought back from the country. "Besides, isn't our oldest brother growing vegetables and raising chickens in the country? If you open a private restaurant, you can buy ingredients from him. Not only can you reduce the cost, but you can also ensure the freshness and deliciousness of the ingredients. Isn't that killing two birds with one stone?"

"30 dollars apiece?" Claire, Arthur, and Maria gasped slightly. "Isn't that too expensive?"
Claire pointed out, "Although the gingerbread toast is made by me and should be more expensive with the foie gras added, isn't 30 dollars per serving too expensive when it's just bread?"

"We'll only know after we look into it." Athena was not in a hurry to make a decision. "How about this? I'll bring everyone to some signature private restaurants in Kitmore City to eat tomorrow. We'll inspect their decor, food, prices, services, and so on. Then, we'll judge if we can do it.
