"Later at noon, Athena showed up to pick up the grandparents. Tommy and Mose were just as shocked and asked her if she was interested in acting. They even offered her a big role right then and there.
Athena smiled and politely declined. "Thanks, but I'm too busy for filming a movie."
Tommy, curious, asked what she was busy with, and Athena replied, straight-faced, "I'm working on scientific research—something that could change the world."
That pretty much shut down any more questions. Tommy didn't dare dig deeper, worried he might be stepping on something too important for the future of science and technology.
Since Athena's alter ego, "Samira," had never gone public or shared any personal details with the media, Tommy and Mose had no clue she was a famous screenwriter. Mose just admired her natural beauty and calm demeanor. Athena had this quiet confidence, like even if chaos broke loose around her, she wouldn't flinch.
