Rashi gently rocked her 6-month-old baby girl Siya from side to side, trying to calm her down
Rashi :-Please, baby... don't cry now... please," she whispered softly, her voice laced with exhaustion. "Look, your mom is very tired... she also needs a rest."
Siya's cries continued to pierce the air, and Rashi's eyes welled up with tears. She had been trying to soothe her baby for what felt like an eternity, but nothing seemed to be working.
Rashi Please try to sleep, Siya... I also want to sleep," Rashi pleaded, her voice cracking with desperation. She glanced at the clock on the wall, wondering how much longer she could keep going.
Just then, Siya's cries reached a fever pitch, and Rashi knew she needed reinforcements.
Rashi :-Seems like I have to call your father," she said, resigned.
Rashi walked over to the table, picked up the phone, and dialed Aman's number. As she waited for him to answer, she felt a wave of relief wash over her.
Aman's voice came on the line, warm and reassuring. "
Aman:-So someone is missing me, huh?" he teased.
Rashi's voice broke as she tried to explain. "
Rashi:-Aman... please come home... I need you," she sobbed.
Aman's tone immediately turned serious. "
Aman:-Hey, love, what happened? Tell me."
Rashi took a deep breath, trying to compose herself. "Please... just come home. I need you here."
Aman's response was immediate.
Aman:-Okay, okay, love. Don't cry. I'm coming."
As Rashi waited for Aman to arrive, she felt a sense of relief washed over her. She knew that once he was home, everything would be okay.
Meanwhile, Aman was dealing with the fallout of leaving his meeting abruptly. His assistant tried to protest, but Aman was firm.
"But, sir, this meeting is crucial for our project," his assistant said.
Aman's response was curt. "Don't forget who's the CEO of this company. I have more urgent matters to attend to."
With that, Aman hurriedly left his office and rushed home to his waiting family. As he pulled into the driveway, he felt a sense of relief wash over him. He was exactly where he needed to be - with his loved ones.
