Sonic smiled as he closed his laptop and went upstairs to see his boyfriend who was still sleeping with his face mask on his face, the incense still on, and Shadow sleeping with cucumbers on his eyes. Sonic smiled and opened the curtains to let the sunshine inside the room. Shadow grumbled and groaned in his sleep as he slowly got up and the cucumbers fell off of his eyes, his quills being a bit messy and his face still having the beauty facial mask on. "Good morning my love, rise and shine babe" Sonic said with a smile as he picked up the cucumbers and held them so he can throw them out in the trashcan when he gets out of the room.
Shadow yawned and got out of bed and put on his slippers while walking out of the room sluggishly. "Aww, tired babe?" Sonic asked while softly giggling as he turned off the lavender incense. Shadow yawned again as he walked to the bathroom and started to peel off the facial mask, his face feeling nice and soft underneath. Shadow fully pulled off the facial mask and put it in the small lattice trashcan in the bathroom, looking at his face as he then started to rinse his face off with cold water to fully wake himself up. Then Shadow takes out a facial cream and starts to apply it on his face, moisturizing it evenly and nicely.
~30 Minutes Later~
Shadow walked out of the bathroom as he already finished his skincare routine, walking downstairs to the dining room to be greeted by Sonic holding a mug of coffee for him. "Why were you in there for so long? I heard no water in the shower, what were you doing?" Sonic asked as he felt Shadow kiss his cheek and then take the mug and looks at Sonic. "I was doing my 20-step skincare routine—" Shadow got cut off by Sonic. "20 STEPS?! FOR SKINCARE?! 30 MINUTES OF THAT?!" Sonic asked in shock. "Mhm, 30 minutes for 20 skincare products to be put on my face, and now, smooth skin for the rest of the day" Shadow said as he sipped his coffee.
Sonic was still shocked that Shadow took that long for 20 skincare products that he put on his face. "It is 9AM mister, I wanted to talk to you earlier but you were groggy, you lavender air freshener cucumber-eyed sleep-hog" Sonic said as he softly bonked his head. "Can't disrupt my facial care, don't know what to tell you" Shadow said as he took another sip of his coffee with a chuckle. "Fine fine, but I wanted to tell you something" Sonic said as he gave Shadow a breakfast sandwich he made that had scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, cheddar cheese, and light fluffy hashbrowns on the side along with a bowl of mixed berries for Shadow's breakfast.
Shadow sat down and put the mug on the table. "What did you want to tell me?" Shadow asked as he picks up the breakfast sandwich that was put on a croissant and takes a bite out of it, chewing the piece he had in his mouth. "Well, get ready to hop into my car this afternoon, because we are going to the new carnival that opened up!" Sonic said as Shadow accidentally choked on the sandwich, coughing a lot. Sonic gasped and pats his back fast so he can stop choking. After a bit, Shadow stopped coughing and started to catch his breath.
"Are you okay?!" Sonic asked in concern for him. Shadow lifted up a finger as he slowly caught his breath, breathing regularly again. "Yeah, sorry, you want to take me where?" Shadow asked as he looked at Sonic as he put his finger back down. "I wanted to go to the new carnival that opened, in Emerald Coast, today" Sonic said. "Hun, I don't do carnivals, or stuff with many people in it, movies, then that is different, but stuff where there is amusement, I feel out of place" Shadow said before looking at Sonic who had his ears pinned down.
"Oh. . . Okay. . .sorry. . . Well, time to cancel my plans with my friends. . . And we were going to have so much fun too, well, gotta go back and tell them. . ." Sonic sadly said as he still has his ears pinned down. Shadow felt bad that he made Sonic so upset, so he decided in his heart, he wanted him to be happy. "But, I will go, for you babe, I want you happy, so, we can go to the carnival" Shadow said as he hugged Sonic and held him close. "Really?" Sonic asked as his mood changed very quickly. "Yes babe, I want to see you happy, so, I will go with you" Shadow said as he got a quick hug back from Sonic.
"Oh thank you Shads! We are going to have so much fun at the carnival!" Sonic said as he wagged his tail fast. "Just so long as I don't lose you there, then I will be fine with going" Shadow said as he rubbed Sonic's head softly. Sonic smiled brightly as he gave Shadow a kiss on his nose. "You are the best!" Sonic said as he smiled and went to his own wallet to see if he had the money for the entry ticket. "How much money is it to get inside?" Shadow asked as he looked at Sonic. "It is only 15 dollars for each ticket" Sonic said as he took out his stash and started to count fifteen dollars and put the rest away.
"Alright, I will get 15 dollars plus extra for food and drinks, and some games for you" Shadow said as he went back to eating his breakfast sandwich. "Alright Shadow" Sonic said as he smiled and put the money on the table so he doesn't forget to take it. "I will make sure you are safe there" Shadow said as he got up and sipped the last of his coffee, going to Sonic and rubbing his head softly. "I promise I will be safe, but no promises about not eating out there" Sonic said with a smile. "Of course you will indulge yourself in carnival junk food" Shadow said with a chuckle. "Oh well, more carnival junk food for me!" Sonic said with a laugh"
~At 2:30PM~
Sonic was driving his car to the parking space as he fully parked and got out the car, making sure it was locked. "Are you afraid that someone will try and steal your car?" Shadow asked as he got out as well. "Oh yeah, about that, Tails invented this for me" Sonic said as he pressed a special button and his who car was surrounded by an electrical field. "This is his electro shield, he uses it for his plane, so he gave one to me so I can use it for my car, he is so nice" Sonic said as he walked with Shadow to the Emerald Coast carnival.
There, he saw all of his group, here and on time, with their lovers. "HEY!!! I AM HERE, RIGHT ON SCHEDULE!!!" Sonic said at the others. "Sonic!" Tails said as he flies to him with his tails and hugs him. "Hi bro, I missed you too" Sonic said as he hugged Tails. "Guess Sonic is punctual after all" Amy said with a smile. "Nice, now we can get in, I am so excited!" Silver said as he floated a bit in joy. "Awesome, can't wait to have fun!" Rookie said as he wagged his tail. "As a princess, I want to be treated like a person, so please, just call me Blaze everyone, a princess title was bestowed upon me yes, but it makes me uncomfortable to have you all think of me as high and mighty when we are all equally friends here, so please, don't call me princess, think of me as a friend" Blaze said as she kissed Amy's head.
"I-I hope there is some nice sweets there" Whisper said as she hugged onto Tangle since she was still rather shy. "Guess I can test my skills in some games, I hope there is one with darts" Espio said as he was getting smothered by Vector and Mighty. "Awesome, Tails told me that we were going to a carnival, can't wait to win the hammer game!" Knuckles said as he gloated. "I was forced to come, but I love my little Silvy, so, I guess it isn't so bad" Mephiles said as he crosses his arms and leans on the fence. "Oh, not him again" Infinite said as he held onto Rookie and growled lowly so no one but him can hear.
"I am gonna have fun with my Espio" Mighty said with a smile. "You mean OUR Espio" Vector said to Mighty. "Can't wait to have some funnel cake, been waiting to eat it for months" Rouge said with a smile. "Sweet, I wonder if there are games I am good at here! It will be a blast!" Tangle said as her tail made a thumbs-up sign. "Then let's go everyone, this way!" Sonic said as he went to the front of the entrance and saw the ticket booth as the others followed him and waited while making a line. "How many?" the man asked. "2 tickets please!" Sonic said as he puts his 15 dollars and Shadow's 15 dollars on the counter. The man takes the money and gives them their entry tickets in the form of wristbands.
"Give me your right wrist" the man said. Sonic gave his right and the man puts the wristband on him but not too tight and not too loose for it to fall off. "There you go, have fun at the carnival, sir, I need your right wrist too please" the man said to Shadow. Shadow held out his right wrist as the man puts on his wristband. "And there you go sir, have fun" the man said as he tended to their other friends. Sonic and Shadow walked inside the carnival as they both held hands. "Meet you at the Bounce-Pad Bumper Cars!" Sonic shouted so they all heard him and where they will be waiting until everyone was finished paying for their entry ticket.
~10 Minutes later~
Everyone was together near the Bounce Pad Bumper Cars, ready to have some fun. "Me and Shadow are going to the Golden Ring Toss, you guys can do whatever you want, we can leave when the carnival closes" Sonic said as he held Shadow's hand and smiled. The others agreed and started to part ways to go play games that sparked their interest. "Come babe" Sonic said as he tugged Shadow's arm. Shadow followed him and saw a bunch of games. "Seaside Dunkers? Chaos Super Soakers? Spring Balloon Darts? Spindash Basketball? Flicky Bean Bags?" Shadow said as he read out some of the games and attractions they had. "Yep, but we are going to the Golden Ring Toss" Sonic said as he made it to the attraction he talked about.
"Step right up, and win 5,000 tickets! Come on down!" a woman said as she looked at the men. "Hi, how much for a couple of rings to throw?" Sonic asked. "10 for 2 dollars" the woman said. Sonic took out 2 dollars and gave it to her, the woman smiled and gave Sonic 10 gold rings. "What is the objective?" Sonic asked. "The objective is to earn as many points as you can by throwing the rings in the pegs, 50 points or more gets you 1,000 tickets, but if you get lower than 50, you get 500 tickets, and if you get lower than 25, you get 100 tickets, but if you don't get any, you only get 10 tickets, good luck!" the woman said. As Sonic looked, he saw all the pegs are star posts, in different colors, making him look at a list of the point distribution for each color.
"So the green ones are 1 point, the blue ones are 2 points, the yellow ones are 5 points, and the red ones are 10 points?" Sonic asked as he read the points and color association board. "That's correct, and if you are extremely lucky, and get 100 points, you earn 5,000 tickets instantly, and better yet, you can download the tickets you win on your special wristbands, that way you can be hands-free during the duration of the carnival, and best of all, you can exchange the tickets for prizes!" the woman said. "Wow, awesome! I really wanna get playing now!" Sonic said as he gave Shadow 5 rings so they can have half of the 10 rings.
"Try your luck! Have fun!" the woman said as she pressed a button that lit up all of the star posts and most of them were green, some of them were blue, a few were yellow, and only 5 were red. "Alright Shadow, try your best" Sonic said as he threw his first ring, landing it on a red star post. "Alright! 1 red!" Sonic said as he then threw another one, which landed on a different red star post. "2 now!" Sonic said as he was excited. Shadow blinked and threw a ring at a star post, and it almost landed on a yellow, but thankfully in Shadow's favor, the ring fell into the red star post. "30 points!" the woman said as both hedgehogs focused and aimed for the red star posts.
After a bit, they racked up 90 points from throwing the rings at the red star posts. Sonic had one more gold ring left to throw. "Are you going to try and win that 5,000 tickets? Then give it a go!" The woman said. Sonic was a bit nervous so he gave the ring to Shadow. "Here you throw it, I trust you will make it Shads" Sonic said as Shadow took the ring and looked back at the star posts. "Give it your best shot sir!" The woman said as she watched. Shadow held out the ring, looked through it to where he wanted to throw it, slowly bringing up the momentum to throw it, and chucks the ring at the red star post. And by a miracle, Shadow made it into the red star post, making the woman look in utter shock. "WE HAVE JACKPOT WINNERS!!! 5,000 POINTS TO THESE YOUNG GENTLEMEN!!!" the woman said as she rang the special bell and some confetti fell on Sonic and Shadow.
The woman then takes out the wristband scanner. "Wrist please, that way I can make sure no one else steals the code, which one will hold the tickets?" the woman asked. "I will" Shadow said as he held out his wrist and the lady scans his wristband. "Alright, 5,000 tickets sent to your wristband, and here is the amazing useful part, when you wanna check your ticket count, see one of these kiosks here? Scan under the arrow and you will see how many tickets you collected! There are many kiosks around the area, so you can't miss them" the woman said. "Alright, thank you!" Sonic said as he walked away with Shadow, smiling and surprised that they won.
"That was actually fairly easy" Shadow said as he walked with Sonic. "I can't believe you got us the jackpot, most people can't get it because you need precise aim!" Sonic said as he jumped up and down happily, Shadow giving off a soft smile at seeing his lover so happy. "SONIC! I won a game!" Tails said as he ran to Sonic. "What game was it?!" Sonic asked. "Koco Curling! I had to make sure the other opponents didn't get my small Koco Puck out of the target range, and I won because my last Koco was center in the middle, like I calculated! And I won 1,500 tickets!" Tails said as Knuckles hugged him from behind.
"We just won Golden Ring Toss, and got 5,000 tickets, from one go! It was the jackpot prize" Sonic said. "5,000!? WOW!" Tails said as his jaw dropped. "Damn! That is a bunch of tickets, lucky!" Knuckles said as he puts Tails to sit on his shoulder, making Tails squeak a bit. "I KNOW!!!" Sonic said as he walked with them to see what kind of game they can play next. As they walked, they saw Fleetway and Scourge about to go into an attraction. "Oh great they are here, how many tickets can you win if you do this challenge?" Sonic asked as he saw what the attraction said. It was called the E-102 Gamma's Laser Range and the winning ticket count is for 2,500 tickets if one wins. "Shadow, we need to win this, you are good at shooting!" Sonic said as he ran to the entrance. "Knuckles, lets play too!" Tails said as Knuckles nodded and walked to them so they can enter together.
"Hello, 2 dollars to play, winner gets 2,500 tickets, wanna try your hand at shooting Badniks, then this game challenge is for you!" A man said. Sonic gives the man 8 dollars so they can get more tickets. "Thanks Sonic, we will pay the next game" Tails said as he felt Knuckles put him down. "Let's go" Shadow said as he walks inside with Sonic and the other two. "Oh there are the bad boys" Knuckles said as he crossed his arms. "Oh hey Hothead, didn't see ya there" Scourge said with a smirk. "You are one to talk" Tails said as he rolled his eyes and was near Knuckles.
"We are so going to mop the floor with you in this challenge" Sonic said. "Oh yeah? Like to see you try" Scourge said. "Me and Scourge are gonna win this, we a team" Fleetway said as he nuzzled on him and purred. "Oh yeah? We a team of 4 in this one, so you are outnumbered by two" Sonic said as he crossed his arms. "Give it up Scourge, 4 against 2, very bad odds" Knuckles said. "Even mister depressed over there?" Scourge pointed at Shadow and laughed loudly. "Watch your tongue, weakling" Shadow said as he gave him a death glare as they walked to the inside of the attraction, seeing a ride. "Welcome, 6 of you today? 6 People per ride, shoot your way to victory!" A man said as he directed all 6 of them to the ride.
Sonic, Shadow, Tails, Knuckles, Scourge, and Fleetway, glared at one another as they got on the ride, Sonic and Shadow in the front, Tails and Knuckles in the middle, and Scourge and Fleetway in the back. "Winner gets 2,500 tickets! Good luck and shoot some Badniks!" the man said as he started the ride and the lasers lit on, showing they were about to start. "HOPE YOU LOSE ASSHOLES, I AM WINNING THIS SHIT!" Scourge said to Sonic and the other 3. "OH BOOHOO BITCH! CRY ME A FUCKING RIVER! YOU LOOK LIKE FUCKING SEWAGE WATER, YOU LANKY ASS SCARRED-UP LOOKING FUCK!" Shadow said as he looked and saw the ride was coming to the Badnik targets, all of them preparing to shoot the targets to earn a bunch of points as they can.
~4 Hours Later~
Shadow was drinking beer with Scourge and Infinite, all three of them setting aside their differences since they had a bit in common than they thought. "Dude, your shooting was fucking on point, like damn did you see that score? Nice man" Scourge said to him while indulging himself in more beer. "And even those bumper cars, like geez, I wouldn't want to get into a road rage episode with you" Infinite said with a laugh. "Well, what can I say, I guess G.U.N. taught me a thing or two about how to shoot, and how to get a target we are after" Shadow said in gloating way. Sonic, Rookie, and Fleetway were talking to each other as well along with the other subs.
"Guys, Fleetway is one of us now, so, make him feel welcomed, we actually set aside some things and are planning to be friends, for some reason, he is REALLY good at the Bobbing for Chao Fruit game, he got 3,000 tickets from that, I have never seen him bob an apple out that good" Sonic said as he softly punched his arm. "I am so terrible at those games" Amy said. "I agree, I only got water in my face" Blaze said. "Those games are a test of teeth and strength combined" Tails said as he hugged on Sonic at their table.
"I am so glad we are having fun, this is so nice, we never get to hang out as one big group, and now we have 2 more in our big LGBTQ friend group" Sonic said with a smile. "I couldn't agree more, it is fun, having everyone together" Silver said. "I agree with Silver, this is nice, we should do this again sometime" Rookie said with a smile. "If I can, I will hang out with you guys in future events, if Scourge is free that is" Fleetway said as he smiled with his sharp teeth and no-longer swirly red eyes, which were now regular red irises.
"I am so in next time we plan something" Espio said. "I-I would love to come with you guys again, I-I feel happy when I do that, I just love being surrounded by happy familiar faces" Whisper said with a shy smile. "I can't wait for our future gatherings" Tails said happily. "Agreed Prower, we need time with each other, it just makes us all happy, so why not?" Silver said as he laughed a bit. "Me and Blaze would be thrilled for our next meet up" Amy said as she purred on Blaze. "Of course, especially since we all have that friend-group chemistry" Blaze said with a laugh.
"Shadow! Tell the other guys we're hungry! I love you!" Sonic said with a laugh. "Alright baby, will send the message along" Shadow said as he shook his head while chuckling to himself. "Might I say, we are so very lucky to have a lover or lovers of our own, me and Shadow, Tails with Knuckles, Silver with Mephiles, Fleetway with Scourge, Rookie with Infinite, Espio with Mighty and Vector, Amy and Blaze with Rouge, and Whisper with Tangle, man are we that lucky to have landed us lovers like that" Sonic said as they all burst out laughing since it was rather true they happened to get lucky with their own significant others.
~At 7PM~
Everyone was at the Emerald Coast Beach's dock while eating some food and sweets and drinking sodas, all of them having prizes from their own tickets they won, Sonic and Shadow winning a brand new very expensive guitar with 150,000 tickets. "Today was so much fun, right guys?" Sonic asked as the others murmured and laughed with each other in agreement. "Sweet guitar Sonic" Tails said. "Thanks, we had enough tickets to win this very amazing guitar. "What are you going to do with that?" Shadow asked. Sonic smiled and adjusted the guitar, slowly strumming the strings, catching all of their attention to the beautiful guitar's acoustics. Then Sonic began to sing while he played as the sunset was very gorgeous on his body in Shadow's gaze, not looking away from his lover's beauty and his wonderful voice along with it.

Sonic stopped strumming his guitar strings as all of them clapped for his wonderful song and guitar skills. "Oh did you know how to play guitar?" Shadow asked. "Well, me and my siblings loved music, I love guitar, Sonia loves piano, and Manic loves drums, and we would always sing and play together, those were the days, I can't wait to play music with them once again" Sonic said as the other looked in shock except for Knuckles who knew his siblings. "Yeah, but hey, thanks for liking my song" Sonic said with a smile. Shadow smiled a bit as well and held him close as they watched the sunset with the other gay couples, all 7 couples happy they are all getting along and had a great time together, hoping for more hangout ideas in the future, the sunset shining on all of them, their silhouettes showing on the sand as they sit side by side, signifying that they all support each other from now on, not just as friends, but as one big family.

"I promise I will be safe, but no promises about not eating out there" Sonic said with a smile. "Of course you will indulge yourself in carnival junk food" Shadow said with a chuckle. "Oh well, more carnival junk food for me!" Sonic said with a laugh"
~At 2:30PM~
Sonic was driving his car to the parking space as he fully parked and got out the car, making sure it was locked. "Are you afraid that someone will try and steal your car?" Shadow asked as he got out as well. "Oh yeah, about that, Tails invented this for me" Sonic said as he pressed a special button and his who car was surrounded by an electrical field. "This is his electro shield, he uses it for his plane, so he gave one to me so I can use it for my car, he is so nice" Sonic said as he walked with Shadow to the Emerald Coast carnival.
There, he saw all of his group, here and on time, with their lovers. "HEY!!! I AM HERE, RIGHT ON SCHEDULE!!!" Sonic said at the others. "Sonic!" Tails said as he flies to him with his tails and hugs him. "Hi bro, I missed you too" Sonic said as he hugged Tails. "Guess Sonic is punctual after all" Amy said with a smile. "Nice, now we can get in, I am so excited!" Silver said as he floated a bit in joy. "Awesome, can't wait to have fun!" Rookie said as he wagged his tail. "As a princess, I want to be treated like a person, so please, just call me Blaze everyone, a princess title was bestowed upon me yes, but it makes me uncomfortable to have you all think of me as high and mighty when we are all equally friends here, so please, don't call me princess, think of me as a friend" Blaze said as she kissed Amy's head.
"I-I hope there is some nice sweets there" Whisper said as she hugged onto Tangle since she was still rather shy. "Guess I can test my skills in some games, I hope there is one with darts" Espio said as he was getting smothered by Vector and Mighty. "Awesome, Tails told me that we were going to a carnival, can't wait to win the hammer game!" Knuckles said as he gloated. "I was forced to come, but I love my little Silvy, so, I guess it isn't so bad" Mephiles said as he crosses his arms and leans on the fence. "Oh, not him again" Infinite said as he held onto Rookie and growled lowly so no one but him can hear.
"I am gonna have fun with my Espio" Mighty said with a smile. "You mean OUR Espio" Vector said to Mighty. "Can't wait to have some funnel cake, been waiting to eat it for months" Rouge said with a smile. "Sweet, I wonder if there are games I am good at here! It will be a blast!" Tangle said as her tail made a thumbs-up sign. "Then let's go everyone, this way!" Sonic said as he went to the front of the entrance and saw the ticket booth as the others followed him and waited while making a line. "How many?" the man asked. "2 tickets please!" Sonic said as he puts his 15 dollars and Shadow's 15 dollars on the counter. The man takes the money and gives them their entry tickets in the form of wristbands.
"Give me your right wrist" the man said. Sonic gave his right and the man puts the wristband on him but not too tight and not too loose for it to fall off. "There you go, have fun at the carnival, sir, I need your right wrist too please" the man said to Shadow. Shadow held out his right wrist as the man puts on his wristband. "And there you go sir, have fun" the man said as he tended to their other friends. Sonic and Shadow walked inside the carnival as they both held hands. "Meet you at the Bounce-Pad Bumper Cars!" Sonic shouted so they all heard him and where they will be waiting until everyone was finished paying for their entry ticket.
~10 Minutes later~
Everyone was together near the Bounce Pad Bumper Cars, ready to have some fun. "Me and Shadow are going to the Golden Ring Toss, you guys can do whatever you want, we can leave when the carnival closes" Sonic said as he held Shadow's hand and smiled. The others agreed and started to part ways to go play games that sparked their interest. "Come babe" Sonic said as he tugged Shadow's arm. Shadow followed him and saw a bunch of games. "Seaside Dunkers? Chaos Super Soakers? Spring Balloon Darts? Spindash Basketball? Flicky Bean Bags?" Shadow said as he read out some of the games and attractions they had. "Yep, but we are going to the Golden Ring Toss" Sonic said as he made it to the attraction he talked about.
"Step right up, and win 5,000 tickets! Come on down!" a woman said as she looked at the men. "Hi, how much for a couple of rings to throw?" Sonic asked. "10 for 2 dollars" the woman said. Sonic took out 2 dollars and gave it to her, the woman smiled and gave Sonic 10 gold rings. "What is the objective?" Sonic asked. "The objective is to earn as many points as you can by throwing the rings in the pegs, 50 points or more gets you 1,000 tickets, but if you get lower than 50, you get 500 tickets, and if you get lower than 25, you get 100 tickets, but if you don't get any, you only get 10 tickets, good luck!" the woman said. As Sonic looked, he saw all the pegs are star posts, in different colors, making him look at a list of the point distribution for each color.
"So the green ones are 1 point, the blue ones are 2 points, the yellow ones are 5 points, and the red ones are 10 points?" Sonic asked as he read the points and color association board. "That's correct, and if you are extremely lucky, and get 100 points, you earn 5,000 tickets instantly, and better yet, you can download the tickets you win on your special wristbands, that way you can be hands-free during the duration of the carnival, and best of all, you can exchange the tickets for prizes!" the woman said. "Wow, awesome! I really wanna get playing now!" Sonic said as he gave Shadow 5 rings so they can have half of the 10 rings.
"Try your luck! Have fun!" the woman said as she pressed a button that lit up all of the star posts and most of them were green, some of them were blue, a few were yellow, and only 5 were red. "Alright Shadow, try your best" Sonic said as he threw his first ring, landing it on a red star post. "Alright! 1 red!" Sonic said as he then threw another one, which landed on a different red star post. "2 now!" Sonic said as he was excited. Shadow blinked and threw a ring at a star post, and it almost landed on a yellow, but thankfully in Shadow's favor, the ring fell into the red star post. "30 points!" the woman said as both hedgehogs focused and aimed for the red star posts.
After a bit, they racked up 90 points from throwing the rings at the red star posts. Sonic had one more gold ring left to throw. "Are you going to try and win that 5,000 tickets? Then give it a go!" The woman said. Sonic was a bit nervous so he gave the ring to Shadow. "Here you throw it, I trust you will make it Shads" Sonic said as Shadow took the ring and looked back at the star posts. "Give it your best shot sir!" The woman said as she watched. Shadow held out the ring, looked through it to where he wanted to throw it, slowly bringing up the momentum to throw it, and chucks the ring at the red star post. And by a miracle, Shadow made it into the red star post, making the woman look in utter shock. "WE HAVE JACKPOT WINNERS!!! 5,000 POINTS TO THESE YOUNG GENTLEMEN!!!" the woman said as she rang the special bell and some confetti fell on Sonic and Shadow.
The woman then takes out the wristband scanner. "Wrist please, that way I can make sure no one else steals the code, which one will hold the tickets?" the woman asked. "I will" Shadow said as he held out his wrist and the lady scans his wristband. "Alright, 5,000 tickets sent to your wristband, and here is the amazing useful part, when you wanna check your ticket count, see one of these kiosks here? Scan under the arrow and you will see how many tickets you collected! There are many kiosks around the area, so you can't miss them" the woman said. "Alright, thank you!" Sonic said as he walked away with Shadow, smiling and surprised that they won.
"That was actually fairly easy" Shadow said as he walked with Sonic. "I can't believe you got us the jackpot, most people can't get it because you need precise aim!" Sonic said as he jumped up and down happily, Shadow giving off a soft smile at seeing his lover so happy. "SONIC! I won a game!" Tails said as he ran to Sonic. "What game was it?!" Sonic asked. "Koco Curling! I had to make sure the other opponents didn't get my small Koco Puck out of the target range, and I won because my last Koco was center in the middle, like I calculated! And I won 1,500 tickets!" Tails said as Knuckles hugged him from behind.
"We just won Golden Ring Toss, and got 5,000 tickets, from one go! It was the jackpot prize" Sonic said. "5,000!? WOW!" Tails said as his jaw dropped. "Damn! That is a bunch of tickets, lucky!" Knuckles said as he puts Tails to sit on his shoulder, making Tails squeak a bit. "I KNOW!!!" Sonic said as he walked with them to see what kind of game they can play next. As they walked, they saw Fleetway and Scourge about to go into an attraction. "Oh great they are here, how many tickets can you win if you do this challenge?" Sonic asked as he saw what the attraction said. It was called the E-102 Gamma's Laser Range and the winning ticket count is for 2,500 tickets if one wins. "Shadow, we need to win this, you are good at shooting!" Sonic said as he ran to the entrance. "Knuckles, lets play too!" Tails said as Knuckles nodded and walked to them so they can enter together.
"Hello, 2 dollars to play, winner gets 2,500 tickets, wanna try your hand at shooting Badniks, then this game challenge is for you!" A man said. Sonic gives the man 8 dollars so they can get more tickets. "Thanks Sonic, we will pay the next game" Tails said as he felt Knuckles put him down. "Let's go" Shadow said as he walks inside with Sonic and the other two. "Oh there are the bad boys" Knuckles said as he crossed his arms. "Oh hey Hothead, didn't see ya there" Scourge said with a smirk. "You are one to talk" Tails said as he rolled his eyes and was near Knuckles.
"We are so going to mop the floor with you in this challenge" Sonic said. "Oh yeah? Like to see you try" Scourge said. "Me and Scourge are gonna win this, we a team" Fleetway said as he nuzzled on him and purred. "Oh yeah? We a team of 4 in this one, so you are outnumbered by two" Sonic said as he crossed his arms. "Give it up Scourge, 4 against 2, very bad odds" Knuckles said. "Even mister depressed over there?" Scourge pointed at Shadow and laughed loudly. "Watch your tongue, weakling" Shadow said as he gave him a death glare as they walked to the inside of the attraction, seeing a ride. "Welcome, 6 of you today? 6 People per ride, shoot your way to victory!" A man said as he directed all 6 of them to the ride.
Sonic, Shadow, Tails, Knuckles, Scourge, and Fleetway, glared at one another as they got on the ride, Sonic and Shadow in the front, Tails and Knuckles in the middle, and Scourge and Fleetway in the back. "Winner gets 2,500 tickets! Good luck and shoot some Badniks!" the man said as he started the ride and the lasers lit on, showing they were about to start. "HOPE YOU LOSE ASSHOLES, I AM WINNING THIS SHIT!" Scourge said to Sonic and the other 3. "OH BOOHOO BITCH! CRY ME A FUCKING RIVER! YOU LOOK LIKE FUCKING SEWAGE WATER, YOU LANKY ASS SCARRED-UP LOOKING FUCK!" Shadow said as he looked and saw the ride was coming to the Badnik targets, all of them preparing to shoot the targets to earn a bunch of points as they can.
~4 Hours Later~
Shadow was drinking beer with Scourge and Infinite, all three of them setting aside their differences since they had a bit in common than they thought. "Dude, your shooting was fucking on point, like damn did you see that score? Nice man" Scourge said to him while indulging himself in more beer. "And even those bumper cars, like geez, I wouldn't want to get into a road rage episode with you" Infinite said with a laugh. "Well, what can I say, I guess G.U.N. taught me a thing or two about how to shoot, and how to get a target we are after" Shadow said in gloating way. Sonic, Rookie, and Fleetway were talking to each other as well along with the other subs.
"Guys, Fleetway is one of us now, so, make him feel welcomed, we actually set aside some things and are planning to be friends, for some reason, he is REALLY good at the Bobbing for Chao Fruit game, he got 3,000 tickets from that, I have never seen him bob an apple out that good" Sonic said as he softly punched his arm. "I am so terrible at those games" Amy said. "I agree, I only got water in my face" Blaze said. "Those games are a test of teeth and strength combined" Tails said as he hugged on Sonic at their table.
"I am so glad we are having fun, this is so nice, we never get to hang out as one big group, and now we have 2 more in our big LGBTQ friend group" Sonic said with a smile. "I couldn't agree more, it is fun, having everyone together" Silver said. "I agree with Silver, this is nice, we should do this again sometime" Rookie said with a smile. "If I can, I will hang out with you guys in future events, if Scourge is free that is" Fleetway said as he smiled with his sharp teeth and no-longer swirly red eyes, which were now regular red irises.
"I am so in next time we plan something" Espio said. "I-I would love to come with you guys again, I-I feel happy when I do that, I just love being surrounded by happy familiar faces" Whisper said with a shy smile. "I can't wait for our future gatherings" Tails said happily. "Agreed Prower, we need time with each other, it just makes us all happy, so why not?" Silver said as he laughed a bit. "Me and Blaze would be thrilled for our next meet up" Amy said as she purred on Blaze. "Of course, especially since we all have that friend-group chemistry" Blaze said with a laugh.
"Shadow! Tell the other guys we're hungry! I love you!" Sonic said with a laugh. "Alright baby, will send the message along" Shadow said as he shook his head while chuckling to himself. "Might I say, we are so very lucky to have a lover or lovers of our own, me and Shadow, Tails with Knuckles, Silver with Mephiles, Fleetway with Scourge, Rookie with Infinite, Espio with Mighty and Vector, Amy and Blaze with Rouge, and Whisper with Tangle, man are we that lucky to have landed us lovers like that" Sonic said as they all burst out laughing since it was rather true they happened to get lucky with their own significant others.
~At 7PM~
Everyone was at the Emerald Coast Beach's dock while eating some food and sweets and drinking sodas, all of them having prizes from their own tickets they won, Sonic and Shadow winning a brand new very expensive guitar with 150,000 tickets. "Today was so much fun, right guys?" Sonic asked as the others murmured and laughed with each other in agreement. "Sweet guitar Sonic" Tails said. "Thanks, we had enough tickets to win this very amazing guitar. "What are you going to do with that?" Shadow asked. Sonic smiled and adjusted the guitar, slowly strumming the strings, catching all of their attention to the beautiful guitar's acoustics. Then Sonic began to sing while he played as the sunset was very gorgeous on his body in Shadow's gaze, not looking away from his lover's beauty and his wonderful voice along with it.

Sonic stopped strumming his guitar strings as all of them clapped for his wonderful song and guitar skills. "Oh did you know how to play guitar?" Shadow asked. "Well, me and my siblings loved music, I love guitar, Sonia loves piano, and Manic loves drums, and we would always sing and play together, those were the days, I can't wait to play music with them once again" Sonic said as the other looked in shock except for Knuckles who knew his siblings. "Yeah, but hey, thanks for liking my song" Sonic said with a smile. Shadow smiled a bit as well and held him close as they watched the sunset with the other gay couples, all 7 couples happy they are all getting along and had a great time together, hoping for more hangout ideas in the future, the sunset shining on all of them, their silhouettes showing on the sand as they sit side by side, signifying that they all support each other from now on, not just as friends, but as one big family.
