Sonic was walking with his boyfriend in the park, enjoying the sun and the nice gentle breeze. Shadow was wearing his chaos emerald-shaped shades while Sonic was wearing a gay flag on him as a cape, feeling happy he can be himself with his lover. "Thanks for buying me this gay flag, I feel so happy I have a boyfriend like you" Sonic said with a smile. "Hey, I love you even if you were Bisexual, my love for you will stay the same hun" Shadow said as he gave a kiss to Sonic on his head while they walked together, holding their hands.
Shadow looked and saw a chilidog stand coming up as they walked. "Want a chilidog sweetie? I bet you are hungry" Shadow asked Sonic. "Yes please, can I get one with extra jalapeño and cheese" Sonic asked as he held Shadow's hand lovingly. "Absolutely, can't have you on an empty stomach now can we?" Shadow said as they both made it to the chilidog stand. "Hello, what would you like?" the chilidog vendor asked. "I would like 1 chilidog with extra jalapeño and cheese on it, that's all" Shadow said to the man. "One chilidog with the extra jalapeño and cheese coming right up, that will be 2 dollars" the man said as he held out his hand for the cash.
Shadow took out 2 dollars and gave it to the man who started to bun the hot dog, pour the chili, and add the jalapeños and shredded cheese, putting it in a paper hot dog tray, and giving it to Shadow. "There you go, enjoy good man" the man said as he smiled. "Thank you so much" Shadow said as he walked away with Sonic. Sonic was drooling due to the smell and the look of the chilidog, being eager to chow it down. "Easy Sonic, I don't want you dirtying your new flag, take it off and once you are done, you may put it back on babe" Shadow said as he looks at a nearby bench and goes to it.
"Sit here and take off the flag, after that, you may eat your chilidog" Shadow said. Sonic nodded and took off the gay flag around his shoulders and held out his hand for the chilidog. "Here you go" Shadow said as he handed the chilidog to him which Sonic then started to eat it. "Sweet chilidog, I love you!" Sonic said as he ate his chilidog fast. Shadow chuckled and suddenly got a call from Rouge, making him look at his phone. "Sorry babe, gotta take this call, you know how it is babe, I will be right back once I am done" Shadow said as he picked up the call and walked away to a nearby tree and started talking to Rouge.
Sonic kept eating his chilidog but didn't notice a group of 5 bad guys watching him and were disgusted with both of the hedgehogs. "Man, I am sick of THOSE people, you know what I am saying?" one of the guys said to the other 4. "Yeah, it makes my skin crawl seeing those bitches out here and thinking it is fucking normal, what do you think we should do Seth?" another man asked but he was talking to their boss. "We take that flag and we are going to talk to that little shit, he will go to hell and he will be looked at like trash forever! We can't let this stand! Take that flag and burn it!" Seth said as he crushed his can of soda in his hand, the whole soda exploding out onto his hand and the concrete floor, the 4 members nodding in agreement with their boss.
Sonic kept eating his chilidog happily and was almost finished as Shadow chatted with Rouge on the phone. The guys started to walk over to where the hedgehog was as Sonic was almost finished with his chilidog. "Hey you!" Seth said to the hedgehog, making Sonic look up as he finished his chilidog. "Yes? May I help you?" Sonic asked as he wiped his mouth clean with a napkin. "We don't take kindly to your types around here, does your mother or father or family members know you are sinful?" Seth said as he got near the hedgehog. "Look buddy, I am not here to start trouble, I didn't even do anything wrong toward you" Sonic said as he slowly got up and was about to grab his flag but Seth's 2 of the 4 lackeys grabbed the flag before he did.
"Oh this thing? Yeah, super fucking sinful let me fucking tell you something you little gay! If you don't want to get beat up, I suggest you back the fuck away! Wouldn't wanna get stabbed now do we?!" Seth said as he takes out a cigarette and one of the other lackeys provides a lighter, lighting the cigarette for the boss. Sonic pinned his ears down, not wanting to get hurt but at the same time, his flag was taken away from him by a homophobic group. "Yeah, keep yourself RIGHT there you little gay! Go to fucking hell! Give me that flag!" he yelled at the 4 guys. They did as told and gave him the gay flag as they saw Sonic shedding a tear.
"I-I did nothing to you. . ." Sonic said as he sheds a tear for all of them to see. "BEING FUCKING GAY IS WHAT YOU DID, FUCKING PRICK! YOUR KIND HAS A WHOLE LOT OF PEOPLE CHANGING THEMSELVES, AND THEY ARE ALL GOING THE WRONG WAY OF LIFE, AND YOU ARE ONE OF THEM, FUCKING LITTLE GAY BITCH!!!" Seth said as he pushed Sonic very hard onto the concrete floor. Shadow suddenly heard a hard thump behind him, making him look at his phone. "I'll call you back Rouge" Shadow said as he hung up and turned around but wasn't prepared for what he would see next, looking in horror as his boyfriend was being pinned down by the group leader.
"LET GO OF ME!!! SHADOW HELP PLEASE!!!" Sonic cried as he saw the leader take out a pocket knife and was about to stab him with it. Suddenly, Shadow ran to the guy and kicked him straight in the face, making him fall back with his nose all bloody from the hard impact Shadow gave, his cigarette falling out of his mouth. Sonic gasped along with the 4 lackeys, seeing Seth holding his nose and getting up with the flag in his other hand still. "Leave, and never, for fuck sake, touch my boyfriend again, hurt one hair on his gorgeous head, or so fucking help me, I will fucking murder your homophobic bitch ass where you stand" Shadow said angrily as he clenched his fists as he stomped on the cigarette to show he was serious. Sonic began to shed more tears, seeing Shadow protecting him and making sure no that one got close to hurting him.
Seth spits out blood before giving the flag to the lackeys. "Wanna fight bitch? You almost broke my fucking nose, time to fucking break your rib cage and join your gay boyfriend in a one-way ticket to hellish pain!" Seth said as he got near Shadow and tried to stab him, but Shadow grabbed his right arm and used his elbow to break it, causing Seth to scream out in agony as he backed up and held his arm. "Wanna go again assaulter? I can assault you just as deadly, without even fucking trying, try me you bitch ass motherfucker!" Shadow said as he got near Seth and kicked his stomach, breaking a rib in the process, making Seth scream out in agony again. The group couldn't believe their eyes as they saw their boss getting beaten up really bad.
Sonic sheds more tears as he saw Shadow beating Seth up to a bloody pulp before his eyes. Shadow punched Seth in the face over and over until he surrendered. Seth screamed very loud as he was feeling himself getting bruised. "I SURRENDER!!!" Seth said as he couldn't take any more punches. Shadow stopped and got up, not letting his guard down as Seth got up and tried to stab Shadow again but, what he didn't know was that this would be a cruel mistake. Shadow growled as he grabbed his hand, crushing it in his grasp, and breaking his wrist as well in the process, Seth screaming extremely loud as he backed up and saw his arms broken, swollen, and bruised from Shadow attacking him without fail.
"I said, leave" Shadow said as he growls and was protecting Sonic. "Wait until I get the authorities involved—" Seth was cut off by Shadow pulling out a badge and ID. "Oh, I am part of the Guardian Unit of Nations, I bet you heard of it, very big military and very much known by the abbreviation, G.U.N." Shadow said as he saw Seth turn pale. "T-This is a joke! You aren't a worker of G.U.N.!" Seth said as Shadow smirked. "Oh really? I can get your info right now, let's see" Shadow said as he takes out his phone and smirks more. "Ah yes, Seth "Leslie" Shrew, Age 24, Height 135cm, Weight 95lb, and has a job in the Glass Window business, oh, and what's this? Married to 21 year old Clara the Mouse, and father of three? Reading this just makes you seem more sad, and yet you have the mind to think you can pick on people like us" Shadow said.
Seth looked even more pale when he got his information in just a few seconds. "I wonder what would happen if your wife heard you were beaten up by a gay guy protecting his boyfriend who did nothing wrong to you before this all happened, but you saw him and myself as tender meat sacks. I bet the children will think their daddy abandoned them, I mostly feel sorry that your wife married a douchebag like you, poor kids are going to come to the realization that their daddy is a bad man, look at what the butterfly effect can lead to, soooo many possibilities, are you sure you want prison? Because I can be fucking sure you will get it—" Shadow was cut off by Seth. "Please, have mercy on me! Clara and my kids need me!" Seth begged.
"Then you shouldn't have fucking hurt my boyfriend and steal from him, which is a crime in itself, I am bringing justice for him! Now give me back the flag, or so help me, I will call for fucking back up and you won't see your family again!" Shadow said sternly as the four men quickly gave Shadow the flag, not wanting to get beat up as well. "Now here is what you are going to do, you are going to get up, leave, and never return, and so help me, if you just as try to switch up the story saying we assaulted you, I will see your ass in court and officially put your ass in prison! Am I made fucking clear?!" Shadow yelled at Seth who quickly got up and was frightened for the life of him. "Y-Yes loud and clear" Seth said as he looked at Shadow.
"THEN SCRAM MOTHERFUCKERS!" Shadow said as he took out a gun and scared all 5 men to retreat and never wanting to get in his way again. Shadow puts the gun away, changes his gloves, and helps Sonic get up. "Are you alright Sonikku? Are you hurt?" Shadow asked as he looked at him. "N-No, thankfully" Sonic said as he felt Shadow hug him close. "I am so sorry I couldn't protect you earlier, this is all my fault" Shadow said as held him. "Y-You had to take that call, it is your job" Sonic said as he felt Shadow kissing his head. "I promise I won't let this happen again, I don't want you hurt" Shadow said as Sonic softly kisses his nose.
"Thank you for caring so much, I am so glad I have a wonderful lover like you, you protected me from those men who took my flag, and managed to get it back, thank you" Sonic said as he kissed Shadow on the lips, Shadow kissing back and holding him close as he ties the flag onto his lover, breaking the kiss and smiling at him. "Glad no blood got on it, it suits you so well my love" Shadow said as he holds his hand and walks with him. "Thanks Shads, you are such an amazing hedgehog for me" Sonic said as he was not sad anymore. "I fight for those I love, and you are the biggest love I can give" Shadow said as they both leave the park and go home, not encountering those bad men ever since and enjoying the rest of their afternoon together, Shadow being a true hero that day when Sonic needed him the most.
