Maeve stumbled away from the balcony in floods of tears, falling back against Derek, stood frozen in shock, grabbing his hand as they sprinted back into the building. Guests watched the couple in confusion as they ran through the ballroom, rushing to meet Archie at the double doors, a bloody handprint smearing against the glass.
Maeve's hand traced her lips as she stared forward in horror, following the trail of blood staining the gravel to the body laying down by the steps.
"Jamie!" Maeve cried out at the sight of Jamie laying on the ground, Derek let go of her hand to help Archie with Jamie.
"Jamie!" Derek exclaimed, trying to keep his best friend awake as he knelt down beside him, shakily moving away his now bloody suit jacket.
Maeve went to run forward, her heels slipping on the gravel as a hand pulled her back, twisting her around, "Times ticking, Maeve."
As realisation hit, a glare landed on Maeve's face like no other, murderously turning to her aunt, Kate smirking deviously "Kill the beta, before i have to hurt another one of your loved ones, the vets son, maybe? He seems valuable."
Tearing her gaze away from Jamie, Maeve curled her hand into a fist, smacking it against Kate's cheek. Kate's hand flew to her cheek, letting out a hiss of pain.
Kate chuckled as she stumbled back, weakly looking back to her niece, "I guess i deserved that."
"You deserve to rot in hell with the rest of this messed up family," Maeve spat, smirking at the cut on Kate's cheek from her ring, turning to walk away.
"I don't th-" Kate grabbed onto Maeve's arm, digging into the skin as she pulled her back.
"Don't touch me-" Maeve shouted, pulling her arm away, shoving Kate back, blinded by anger.
Maeve tried her best to stay calm, to keep who she was completely hidden, but with her best friend practically dying in front of her, Maeve was surprised she hadn't exposed herself already.
Archie rushed over at the shouting, wrapping his arm over Maeve's shoulder, glaring at the hunter, "Hey, get your hands off of her!"
"Come on," Archie muttered softly, guiding Maeve over to Jamie, letting her go as she ran to her friend.
Kate glared at the friends inn curiosity, turning on her heels to make her way further into the main gardens, staying out of sight.
"Jamie?" Maeve burst back into tears instantly, the only way for panic to leave her body whilst she thrived in anger, holding onto his hand as he glanced up at her "Hey, buddy, you're going to be okay."
"I can't- i can't feel anything," Jamie whispered, his voice croaky, fearfully staring at his friends.
As the only one of the friends who knew nothing of the supernatural, Jamie thought a complete nutcase had just singled him out, not suspecting another reason, but really, he wasn't too far off.
"That's the shock," Archie informed him, jumping up to go and find help, "You're gonna be fine, Jamie!"
"Help!" Maeve cried, looking around for anyone, only to be met with the sounds of laughter and music from inside.
Jamie smirked as his eyes landed on Derek, Derek's hand on his arm, black veins running up his own, "You crying on me, Hale?"
Derek shook his head, blinking back his tears as he shouted back to the building Archie ran into, turning to take more of Jamie's pain, "Somebody help!"
"Please!" Maeve's voice grew weak, suddenly noticing the blood flowing around them, "Help!"
Inside of the party, Noah Stilinski had finally wrangled his son away from the food, keeping a close eye on the hyper child as he finished up his conversation with the mayor, turning around to find someone he never expected to see again.
Stiles let out a bored whine, tugging on his dads jacket, Noah ignored him, staring forward with wide eyes, "Elizabeth?"
Elizabeth set down her wine glass at the familiar shout, glancing over at the gardens worriedly, "Diana?"
As Elizabeth went to rush away, Noah jogged after her, calling over, "Elizabeth!"
Elizabeth pushed her own feelings aside, looking over her shoulder to Noah fearfully, hearing Maeve's shout again, "Somethings wrong."
Noah nodded, looking down at Stiles sternly before rushing out of the double doors, "Wait here."
"I'm so sorry, this is all my fault," Maeve could barely get her words out, taking over from Derek to take Jamie's pain, "God, I'm so sorry Jamie."
"You didn't shoot me," Jamie smiled up at her weakly, Maeve laughed, smiling sadly back at him.
"Diana!" Elizabeth's shout alone was enough to break Maeve from any strength she had left, blinking away her tears to see her mom.
Elizabeth gasped at the blood as she helped her daughter stand, protectively pulling her into a tight hug.
"Help him," Archie pleaded the sheriff, Noah pulled his phone out of his jacket instantly, dialling the station, "Please."
"It was Kate." Maeve whispered into her mothers shoulder, Elizabeth wiped her daughters tears, squeezing her daughters hand comfortingly.
"I'm going to find your uncle, stay here," Elizabeth told her nervously, hesitant to walk away.
Noah noticed as he glanced up at the mother and daughter, motioning for her to go "She'll be fine with me."
"Thank you," Elizabeth sighed, pushing past the crowds as she rushed back into the building.
As Archie returned to Maeve's side, Derek pushed himself up from the gravel, wiping his hands on his shirt as he turned to walk away. Derek's silence had gone unnoticed with the situation at hand, but watching him walk away, his friends knew something was wrong.
"Derek! Where are you going?" Maeve frowned in confusion, shouting as Derek walked further into the gardens, "Derek!"
"Let him go," Archie sighed, wrapping his arm over Maeve's shoulders, the blonde leaning her head back against him.
"His names Jamie," Maeve told Noah, comfortingly brushing her hand through Jamie's hair.
"Alright, Jamie, helps on the way," The sheriff told Jamie, pulling down his collar to take Jamie's pulse "You gotta keep your eyes open for me, son."
Jamie's dad broke through the crowd, his face instantly paled, sprinting forward "James!"
"The shot isn't fatal, keep the blood loss down and he'll be fine," Noah informed the father, applying pressure to the wound on his shoulder.
"What the hell happened?" Robert questioned through the shock, looking up to check his sons friends, "Are you both alright?"
"I don't know, i just found him out here like this," Archie lied looking over to the main house, Maeve took a deep breath, guiltily avoiding Roberts gaze "Paramedics are here."
"Can we meet you at the hospital?" Archie questioned hopefully, squeezing Maeve's shoulder gently, the omega looking up with a weak smile.
"Of course," Robert nodded, turning to the paramedics as they rushed around Jamie, lifting him onto a stretcher faster than the two teens expected, hurrying him out of the mayors home.
Maeve stayed still, unable to tear her eyes away from the blood soaking into the gravel, Archie wondering off to try and find Derek, "Diana? You alright, kiddo?"
"I prefer Maeve," Maeve mumbled quietly, barley noticing her hands shaking at her sides.
Noah sighed, placing his hand on her shoulder, gently turning her away from the blood, "Maeve?"
"Yeah?" Maeve's voice broke as she forced away her tears, taking a breath as they stood up.
"Your friend is going to be okay." Noah told her confidently, knowing she needed it, leading her away from the now crime scene.
Chris came bounding through the doors, Elizabeth rushing after him, looking around fo this niece fearfully, "Diana!"
Chris finally noticed his niece by the sheriff, blinking in surprise at Noah, before running forward, pulling her into his arms letting out a breath of relief, "Diana."
Out in the back of the gardens, Derek followed after the hunter, anger pumping through his veins.
Derek slowly approached Kate, making sure to keep his distance as he reached her, "What is it going to take for you to leave Maeve alone?"
"You don't know anything, Derek." Kate tucked her gun back into her trousers, walking up to Derek with a smirk.
"I know enough," Derek argued, glaring at the hunter.
"Whatever Maeve has told you is just a desperate cry for attention," Kate rolled her eyes, looking Derek up and down, twisting her view on the hunt, "But you, does she know what you are?"
"No." Derek growled, taking a breath to keep him calm.
"You're treading on thin ice Derek." Kate hummed, running her hand along Derek's arm, laughing mockingly as Derek shoved her back.
"Leave Maeve alone," Derek told her slowly.
"I'm not scared of you, wolf," Kate laughed, blinking away the memory of the times Maeve's anger was questionable.
"Its not me you should be scared of," Derek pointed out knowingly, "Its Maeve."
Derek could easily threaten Kate, but this was Maeve's battle, and she was determined to finish it one way or another. And Derek knew regardless of the circumstance, Maeve had more information on Kate than Kate did the Hales.
"Oh please, she's a child. Completely useless." Kate scoffed, watching Derek suspiciously as he walked away.
Derek glared at her once more, quickly making his way back to the building, "To you."
"Peter!" Peter raised a brow at Maeve, motioning to her bloody dress in confusion, Maeve sighed pulling Chris' suit jacket tighter around her "Where's Derek?'
"He's not with you? Figured the both of you had disappeared to a dark corner," Peter replied with a smirk, Maeve scoffed, glaring at him.
"My best friend was shot," Maeve pointed out, Peter frowned for a moment, but his usual bigheaded attitude came back.
"So?" Peter stared at her dumbly, shrugging his shoulders.
"Find him, and tell him to meet me at the hospital," Maeve grumbled, glaring at a onlooker staring at her, whispering to the group of middle age women at her side.
"Of course, your majesty." Peter joked, Maeve forcefully hit his shoulder, playfully glaring at him.
"I may be an omega, but i'll gladly kick your ass," Maeve threatened, knowingly smiling at Peter's fallen smile "Again."
Still feeling like an omega was partly due to being part of a hunting family, but being around the Hales felt like she had a pack, she's a werewolf because she's bonded to Derek, as with his pack, even if she hadn't realised that yet.
"Maeve, you're not an omega," Talia made her presence known, smiling weakly at the teen, "You have a pack."
"Maeve, just sit down, you're making me dizzy." Archie told her with a sigh, running his hands down his face as he leant back on the uncomfortable waiting room chairs.
The friends had been at the hospital for hours, Jamie had been rushed into surgery and they hadn't heard anything since.
Maeve stopped pacing with a huff, glancing over at Archie apologetically "Sorry, Arch."
"Der?" Maeve felt herself rushing down the hallway at the sight of her boyfriend, throwing her arms around him as she took a breath of relief "Where did you go? What happened?"
"Nothing, I'm fine," Derek replied with a mumble, Maeve looked up from his chest, frowning at his scowl.
"Derek," Maeve began disapprovingly, rolling her eyes as Derek hugged her tighter, stopping her from talking.
"Are you alright?" Derek kissed the top of Maeve's head, Maeve nodded, quickly pulling away to turn around at the door to Jamie's room opening.
"They're bringing him out of surgery, everything's going to be fine with some physical therapy," Robert told the friends with a slanted smile, exhaustion and fear obvious, "You guys should go home for the night, it will be a while before he wakes up. Visiting starts after lunch."
The trio thanked him, watching as he walked back to be with his son, unable to see Jamie from their view. Archie and Maeve moved to grab their belongings, whilst Derek turned away and walked out of the hallway.
"Derek!" Maeve groaned, shaking her head with a sigh as the door shut.
Archie shared her annoyance, hoping his best friends behaviour wouldn't last long, "Ignore him, he doesn't like showing people he's upset."
Maeve froze as she picked up her uncles blazer, her breath hitching as she stared to panic at the thought of leaving, going back home to the reality that she had to face.
"I can't do this anymore, Arch, Jamie got shot because of me," Maeve nervously turned back to Archie, "I need out."
"Don't leave," Archie rushed over, comfortingly holding onto her arms, "Don't run. She wants to scare you, she's trying to make you fear her."
"I am scared," Maeve admitted, taking another heavy breath, "I'm terrified, thats what she wants."
"What did your aunt mean earlier?" Archie questioned, stepping inside the elevator, Maeve was quick to click the buttons.
"I'm supposed to be on a hunt," Maeve told him, leaning her head back against the wall, "Getting information to kill the Hales, to kill Derek. Instead, I've been feeding her all the wrong information and sabotaging their hunts."
"I got scared, i thought i could handle it all, i thought i could trick Kate and hide who i am but I can't," Maeve's voice wobbled, pushing back her tears, "I thought i could love Derek and protect him, protect everyone i care about, but i can't even do that right."
"You have protected everyone, thats all you've been doing," Archie reminded her, "Jamie just got caught in the crossfire, Maeve."
Maeve shook her head, sadly looking down to the ground, "No matter how you say it, I'm the one that got Jamie shot."
"Kate did that to hurt you," Archie pieced together, turning with a sigh as the doors opened, "To make you choose."
"What choice do i have, Archie?"
Maeve hadn't slept all night, she was paranoid, guilty and on the verge of a panic attack every time she thought about the past twenty-four hours. Derek noticed the moment he sat at his desk, despite thinking Maeve looked perfect at every moment, Derek could see she was struggling by the sight of her.
Wrapped up in Derek's basketball jumper, Maeve was practically balled up on her seat, dark circles under eyes were covered by the book she hid herself behind. Maeve didn't have a care that she didn't brush her hair this morning, though her mother nearly fainted at the sight.
Elizabeth had somehow acquired an apartment downtown in a matter of hours, when it comes to her mother Maeve had learned not to question it.
With a supply teacher at the front of the room, the class was in chaos, Derek took this opportunity to grab his things, quickly making his way across the room, wrapping his arms around Maeve.
"Come on," Derek helped Maeve up from her seat, hugging her tightly as he led her out of the room.
Maeve was silent as they made their way out onto the school field, sitting themselves down behind a row of trees. Derek leant against the tree, Maeve sat between his legs as she picked the grass beside them, avoiding his gaze.
"I'm sorry," Derek sighed, "Kate was onto us and I figured I should leave you alone for a while so she didn't get too suspicious."
Maeve frowned worriedly, staring up at him "You spoke to Kate?"
A part of Maeve was happy she had another person to protect her, whilst the other half was screaming at Derek for bing so stupid.
Derek nodded, "I tried to get her to back off."
"Derek, I love you," Maeve rambled, unaware of what she'd just said "But please, don't ever do that again, Kate could've hurt you or god, even worse -"
Maeve stopped her impending ramble, raising a brow at Derek as he stared at her lovingly "What? Did I say something?"
"You love me?" Derek couldn't hide his smile, laughing as Maeve looked down with a blush.
A part of being mates they didn't expect was to feel love the way they do, it hadn't just come about, it had always felt like it was just there, growing as they got closer.
"Technically squeaking, I've loved you since I was since- You know, the whole soulmate thing?" Maeve reminded him, rolling her eyes as he stared at her expectantly "Well, uh, you're my best friend. You're the one person in the whole world these past months I couldn't live without. I guess its second nature for my to love you, its our instinct, but I know that this love is totally human-"
Derek listened to her ramble adoringly, kissing her before she could say anymore, quickly pulling away to say "I could tell you all the reasons why I love you, but I don't think anything can beat your ramble of declaration of your love for me."
Maeve laughed, "I have an affinity for love stories. Plus writing that essay about Romeo and Juliet is now definitely etched in the side of my brain."
Derek sighed, "I can't take that story seriously anymore. It seems to-"
Maeve motioned to the both of them, "Coincidental?"
Maeve ran down the steps of the basement, rushing through the doors to meet Kate, her aunt turning with a glare "Where have you been?"
Maeve was running low on patience, she was incredibly pissed off and was very close to loosing her control, the beta slammed the files down on the table "Doing what you wanted, that's all I've been doing!"
Since becoming a werewolf Maeve hadn't been deathly afraid of Kate, scared to say anything out fo line, but still, the fear around her aunt still was there, and at times like these, it grew.
Kate scoffed, rolling her eyes "Yeah, well not well enough!"
Maeve clenched her fist behind her back, blood puddling around her claws digging into her palm "I'll do better, look, those files are from the vault. I can get more, I can find whatever you need."
Kate slammed her hands on the desk in frustration, "Get on with it, then!"
"You're stronger than this, you're a hunter," Kate noticed the tear stains on Maeve's cheeks, faking sympathy as she wiped them away "Do better."
Yes Maeve had spent her past night crying her eyes out, but todays tears were happy tears, from Derek making her cry with laughter. But that was something Kate didn't need to know.
"He's your weakness, you like him. Do you love him?" Kate began, teasingly smirking at her niece "He seemed pretty fond of you earlier, too bad I distracted him. Maybe he likes older women? He didn't seem to complain."
Kate's grip tightened around Maeve's shoulder, reaching up to grab her neck, but Maeve reached into her pocket, grabbing Kate's gun, pointing it at her head "Good enough for you?"
"Go ahead, pull the trigger," Kate taunted, stepping towards the gun, "Like i pulled the trigger on Jamie."
Maeve felt so much anger in that single moment she was so close to pulling the trigger, her finger hovering over it, but quickly pushed it aside. Maeve was better than that, she knew she was better than that, she wasn't going to let Kate break her even more.
Maeve hesitated, gaining control as she slammed the gun back down onto the table, turning to walk away, her hands shaking, "I'm not wasting my morals on someone like you."
"Maeve?" Kate called after her, waiting for Maeve to stand in the right position, her niece turning with a glare as Kate stormed forward, shoving Maeve into a cell, "You want to act like the enemy, i'll treat you like one."
The heavy metal door slammed back against Maeve, the replica of a jail cell trapping her in. Maeve instantly lost control, thankful for Kate's disappearing footsteps, claws appearing and eyes glowing.
Leaning forward against the door, tears fell, the beta feeling weak on her feat as she shouted "Kate? Kate!"
Maeve stood a step back, curling up in the corner of the cell, her claws scratching against the stone floor as she sat down "Kate, why are you doing this!"
Maeve cried as she shrunk further down in the corner, freezing as the lock clicked, flinching as the door slid open.
Chris stared down at her in disbelief, rushing into the cell, Maeve scrambled to her feet, running into his arms, her fear fading at the sight of her uncle. Chris felt terrible, about everything, protecting Maeve in a family like his was difficult, and he was beginning to wonder how long it would last.
"Hey, it's okay," Chris held Maeve tightly in his arms, leading her out of the backdoor of the basement, "I've got you sweetheart."
Across town Elizabeth made her way through the quiet police station, going unnoticed by any of the cops, easily making her way towards the sheriff's office.Elizabeth straightened out her tweed jacket, taking a deep breath as she knocked on the door, slowly pushing it open.
Noah glanced up from his paperwork, blinking in surprise at the sight of Elizabeth and not one of his deputies "Liz?"
"Noah," Elizabeth smiled confidently, walking across the room in her heels, glancing around as she sat back on one of the chairs "I met you for the first time in this office, you weren't a sheriff back then though."
Noah sighed, crossing his arms over his chest as he learn back in his chair "What can i help you with, Elizabeth?"
"Oh, nothing," Elizabeth replied cheerily, shrugging her shoulders "Just properly offering my greetings, now I'm back in town."
Elizabeth smirked, reaching forward for the photo frame on the desk with a gasp "Is this your son? He doesn't look like you."
"He looks like my wife," Noah argued, rolling his eyes at Elizabeth's typical behaviour.
"Hmm." Elizabeth frowned, putting the photo back, noticing Noah's sudden serious expression.
"Your daughter-" Noah began, Elizabeth quickly cutting him off.
"She's not yours." Elizabeth answered bluntly, her gaze staying strong as her eyes met his.
Noah nodded slowly, "How old is she?"
"Eighteen," Elizabeth replied hesitantly, staring back down at the photo frame on his desk with a frown.
"You're sure she's not mine?" Noah asked softly, his voice quiet.
Elizabeth let out a breath, sitting up straight "What difference would it make, Noah?"
"Maybe i want to know if the girl that looks exactly like me, is my daughter, Elizabeth!" Noah exclaimed, starting at her in disbelief.
"She's not," Elizabeth told him harshly, avoiding his gaze, already knowing his next question.
"Who's her father?" Noah asked, unsure if he really wanted to know the answer.
"I don't know," Elizabeth played it off, brushing her hair over her shoulder "Some random musician i met on the rebound."
Noah sighed, looking down with a nod. He knew Elizabeth like the back of his hand, but god, at times she was complicated.
"I best be going. Have a nice evening," Elizabeth stood up quickly, glancing back at Noah with a confident smile "Sheriff."
"Miss Stilinski," Noah fought back, a glare on his face, "I know you kept the name in the divorce, Elizabeth."
"You don't look too mad about it," Elizabeth smirked at him before turning away, the door slamming behind her.
Noah's glare dropped at the words, sighing as he stared at the family photo on his desk, thinking back to the old picture that sat in the same frame eighteen years ago.
When her uncle said he had a plan, Maeve didn't expect him to be stood at her side in front of the Hale house, well, mansion. Maeve never really looked into the details of the house, but now nervously stood outside, Maeve reckoned she could go into detail about every brick.
Maeve smiled nervously up at her uncle, holding her duffle bag at her side tightly. Chris smiled back comfortingly, resting his hand on his shoulder, glancing down at his watch, knowing it wasn't a good time arriving at this time of night.
Talia smiled as the teen as she opened the door, frowning at Chris beside her, despite it being the middle of the night, Talia looked wide awake "Maeve, everything alright?"
"Its not safe for her anymore." Talia nodded at Chris knowingly, taking a breath before smiling back at Maeve.
Talia opened the door wide for Maeve, "Why don't you come in? Everyone's asleep but we can talk in the morning."
A werewolf was the last person Chris would trust, but Maeve had completely changed his perspective, whether he liked it or not.
Maeve nodded slightly, turning around to hug her uncle "Thank you."
Chris smiled, running his hand through her hair, nudging her gently towards the door, "You'll be safe here."
Maeve winced as she tried to quietly shut Derek's bedroom door, only to sigh in defeat at the loud squeak, moving to step on a creaky floorboard.
Derek blinked, staring forward groggily as he barley lifted his head from his pillow, "Maeve?"
"Hey," Maeve greeted, kicking off her shoes before laying down next to him, dropping her bag down onto the floor "What happened in here?"
Derek's room was a tip, and that was putting it nicely. His normally averagely tidy room looked like a tornado had blown through it.
Derek's face was too buried in his pillow, but Maeve managed to understand his words "Peter thought I stole his jacket. I didn't."
"What are you doing here?" Derek questioned sleepily, wrapping his arms around Maeve, "Not that it's bad to see you."
"My uncle and your mother nicely agreed that I stay with you?" Derek sat up at her words, staring at her in disbelief.
Derek glanced over at the clock, noticing it was almost three am, "They what?"
Maeve hummed, wrapping the blanket around her "You don't mind having a roommate until my aunt decides to stop locking me in the basement?"
"Maeve-" Derek began protectively, his hand immedietly holding hers.
"I'm fine. Promise," Maeve reassured him, letting her hair fall from her messy bun, "Go back to sleep, we have a test first thing."
Derek yawned, his eyes widened in surprise, "We do?"
Maeve laughed quietly, knowing everyone else in the house was asleep, "How did you ever survive without me?"
"I didn't." Derek smiled to himself, laying back down, "Having someone do all your homework is so much better,"
Maeve gasped, grabbing the pillow from under his head, playfully hitting him with it, "Maybe i should go find Milo, I'm sure he'd appreciate me-"
Derek cut her off by leaning forward, smashing his lips against hers, Maeve holding onto his sides to keep her balance.
"Milo doesn't kiss like that," Derek pointed out, taking back his pillow, Maeve rolled her eyes.
Maeve's smile grew at her poor attempt of a joke, "Know from experience, Derek?"
"Hilarious, Maeve, hilarious," Derek scowled, turning away as Maeve continued to laugh, groaning "Maeve!"
"Sorry," Maeve lied back down beside him, trying to keep her laughter back, but burst out laughing as Derek turned back to face her.
"You're the best kiss I've ever had," Maeve tried to make him feel better, only to feel Derek's arm tense around her.
"Who've you been kissing?" Derek questioned grumpily, Maeve shrugged winking up at him, "Do you enjoy making me jealous?"
It wasn't a secret that Maeve has had a previous relationship, but she wasn't going to go run around screaming it from the rooftops with a boyfriend like Derek, who gets angsty at someone staring at Maeve.
"You're the hot jealous type," Maeve pointed out, cuddling into Derek's side.
"Really?" Derek chuckled, gently kissing Maeve before leaning back, attempting to go to sleep but Maeve's gasp fully woke him up.
"Oh Derek," Maeve squealed, picking up the tattered teddy bear from behind the pillow, "You still have a teddy! It's so cute!"
"Stop that," Derek ignored Maeve's giggled, grabbing the bear from her hand, throwing it across the room, rolling over to face the other direction, "Goodnight Diana."
"I know you're scowling," Maeve sang quietly, smiling as Derek turned back to face her, leaning forward to kiss him goodnight.
Derek's hand snaked around her waist as the kiss depended, pulling her body towards him. Pulling apart for a breath, Derek lifted himself up to hover over her, resting his arms beside her head, Maeve kissed him back wrapping her arms around his shoulders.
Trailing her hand down his chest, Maeve's hand slipped under Derek's shirt, trailing her hand against his abs. Tugging at the end of shirt, Derek let her pull it up over his head, tossing it aside. Derek began to unbutton Maeve's Cardigan, leaving her in a cropped vest as she shoved it away.
"We don't have to-" Derek began, breaking the kiss, taking a deep breath as Maeve reached his jogging bottoms.
"Its okay," Maeve smiled, mumbling against his lips as she kissed him back, whispering quietly, "I want to."
