"Baby girl, you are the point where I lose my control," he whispers in her ear and bites her earlobe.
"Ahh, my dress, please I have to change," she says to him innocently. He looks at her with a glint of naughtiness and smiles.
"Yeah, sure wife." Before she turns back, he tears her dress into two pieces and attacks her lips like wild animal. They arrived home and placed Sia in her bed, then proceeded to their own room. smiled and said, "That doesn't matter to anymore."
Her hands delved into his dark forest of hair, while his hands roamed all over her body as if he were exploring his favorite toy.
She pushed him away, breathing heavily, and locked eyes with him. "M...y d...ress," she stammered. He smirked and said, "I'll buy you countless dresses, baby girl. I can't control myself anymore. I want to see you in your birthday suit. Just grant me this wish, let me take care of you, please." She blushed and shivered at his words, and he took it as a positive reply.
He hugged her, trying to calm her rapid heartbeat. The lovely moment was interrupted by the phone ringing continuously. He looked at the caller; it was his mother. "Hello, Mom," he answered, listening to his mother's panicked voice. "Dev, come back with Pari soon. Sia has fainted."
"What happened to her?" The call was abruptly disconnected. Worried, Pari looked at him and asked what had happened. He narrated the situation to her, and she broke down, pleading, "Please, Dev Ji, take me to my daughter." He nodded and hugged her tightly.
They both rushed to his parents' home as quickly as possible.
"Mom, what happened to Sia?" he asked, his voice filled with concern. His mother hesitated before saying, "Dev, come with me. Pari, go to Sia."
In the room, Dev asked again, "Mom, would you please tell me what happened to Sia?" His mother replied, "Dev, our baby Sia is really weak and needs mother's milk." "What?" he asked, bewildered. "You heard me correctly, beta. Discuss with Pari what to do next."
They left his parents' home with Sia. Pari was curious about what had happened to Sia; she even tried to ask Dev, but one look from him was enough to keep her silent.
They arrived home and placed Sia in her bed, then proceeded to their own room.
She went towards the wardrobe to change her clothes while he stood near the window, staring at the calm moon.
A few minutes later, he felt a hand on his shoulder and turned to see his baby girl.
"Kya hua? Aap udas ho?" ("What happened? Are you sad?")
He looked at her concerned face and said, "I know I have always been hard on you, from marrying you forcefully to treating you badly, but my intentions were never wrong," his voice breaking and eyes filled with regret.
She smiled and said, "That doesn't matter to me anymore. Let's give each other a chance; we both deserve it."
He grabbed her hands tightly and said, "Pari."
"Ji."
"Today, this proud man begs you. Can you save my daughter? She needs you."
Tears fell from his eyes as he dropped to his knees.
She was shocked to see this arrogant man crying and begging her. She never imagined this in her wildest dreams.
She cupped his face and said, "What are you saying, Dev?"
"Pari, our Sia is really weak and she needs mother's milk," he said hesitantly.
She hugged him and said, "She is my daughter, and I am her mother, so it's my responsibility to feed her. Why were you begging? Am I that bad a mother, Dev Ji?"
He hugged her tightly. "You are the best mother Sia could ever have, baby girl."
"I know I'm the best mother. Now stand up and let me give you a head massage; your nerves are tight." He nodded, and they both settled down on the bed, with his head resting on her lap.
The way Dev begged broke her heart into a thousand pieces. He was a man of pride who never begged, but today he proved that for his family, this king could even beg when needed.
She really wanted to give their relationship a chance; they both deserved it.
Sia had always been close to her, but she had never fed her with her milk. She had always wanted to, but feared what Dev would think. But now, she would feed her without fear. She was a little scared of the process, having heard it was painful, but for her princess, she was willing to go to any extent.
The next morning, they both sat in front of the gynecologist, understanding the process. The gynecologist provided her with medication for the breastfeeding procedure and explained the pros and cons.
They reached home, and Pari was nervous and embarrassed because the gynecologist recommended her not to wear a bra, letting her breasts stay free and airy.
He understood her turmoil and comforted her.
"Pari, no need to be embarrassed. You are my wife, and the sacrifice you are making is something not many women would consider because they are obsessed with looks and all." She melted at his words and hugged him.
"Thank you for giving us a chance, Ji."
He made her lie on the bed, hugged her from behind, and rested his hands on her stomach.
In the middle of the night, Dev's sleep was broken by the sound of low sobs. He woke up to see Pari crying.
"Baby girl, what happened? Why are you crying?" he asked, hugging her and caressing her back to comfort her.
"It's paining a lot," she said, clutching his shirt.
"Should I massage it as the doctor suggested?" he asked with a concerned look.
She looked at him in shock but remembered her words about wanting to give their marriage a chance and being husband and wife who cared for each other.
She shyly nodded her head positively. He smiled, kissed her forehead, and went to the washroom to bring the oil for the massage.
He returned and saw her expressions, showing how much pain she was in. He lifted her up in a bridal style and took her to the bed. He sat down and made her sit in front of him, with his front touching her back.
