Ella shrieked, "What's the hold-up? Haven't you bastards been dying to get your hands on this little bitch? Go on, give her a good time."
As soon as Ella finished speaking, the five men surrounding her wasted no time closing in on Jane, who was slumped helplessly on the sofa.
Ella eagerly pulled out her phone and aimed it forward, ready to capture Jane's humiliating moment. Ella thought to herself, 'From now on, as long as I've got these compromising videos of Jane, I can do whatever I want with her.
'Forget about Jane ever daring to compete with me for Richard again. Even driving her out of Jovinia in disgrace—making sure she can never set foot in this city again—would be as easy as snapping my fingers.'
Jane gasped weakly, her voice trembling, "Stay... stay back... don't..." As the masked men drew closer with each step, she could see the sickening greed in their eyes.
She felt her stomach churn at the disgusting hunger on their faces. She was desperate to escape. But her body was so weak she couldn't even muster the strength to resist. Worse still, a strange, unwelcome heat began to stir within her.
Just as Ella had described, the private room was lined with acoustic foam panels on all sides, making it utterly soundproof. No matter how loudly Jane screamed for help, not a single sound would escape those walls.
'No... I can't go on like this.' Jane thought, panic rising in her chest. 'Snap out of it. You have to stay sharp.' She bit down hard on her lower lip, forcing herself to stay composed.
But that burning, restless heat surging through her veins was impossible for Jane to ignore—an unbearable fire threatening to consume her, no matter how hard she tried to resist.
Just as Jane felt that warm, drugging haze pulling her toward the abyss, her consciousness teetering on the edge. Her sharp eyes suddenly caught sight of a palm-sized crystal ashtray on the coffee table.
Without a second thought, Jane bit down hard on the tip of her tongue, drawing blood. The metallic tang instantly flooded her mouth. The sharp pain jolted her into momentary clarity.
Seizing this fleeting clarity, Jane violently shoved aside the nearest man, lunged for the glass coffee table, and snatched up the crystal ashtray. With a sharp crack, she shattered the crystal ashtray against the edge of the coffee table.
Shards of glass exploded outward, glittering dangerously in the air. Some razor-sharp fragments embedded deep into her knees and palms, drawing blood instantly.
Without a moment's hesitation, Jane grabbed the jagged half of the broken ashtray. She pressed its sharp, shattered edge against her own throat. "Stay back! One more step and I'll kill myself right here in front of you."
Her eyes burned with unyielding fury as she glared at everyone in the room. The men Ella had hired froze in shock, completely unnerved by Jane's suicidal determination.
These guys were only in it because Ella was offering a hefty sum—and the chance to mess around with a gorgeous woman like Jane for free was just too good to pass up.
After all, even if they showed up on camera, their faces would be hidden behind masks. Easy money, a good time, and zero consequences—no man would jump at an offer like that. But none of us signed up for murder.
One of the men stammered, "Hey, miss, just... just calm down, alright?"
Another chimed in nervously, "Yeah, we're just here to show you a good time. No need to do anything drastic."
Seeing the men intimidated by Jane, Ella, who had just been about to start filming, instantly snapped. "What are you useless idiots standing around for? Stop yapping and get moving.
"What are you so afraid of? You really think she'd actually hurt herself? She's just bluffing. "Chris!" Ella shouted. "You got paid the most—go teach that slut a lesson. Otherwise, don't expect a single cent from me."
Chris was very annoyed. When they got in here, Jane had already seen his face. Either way, there was no backing out now. If he let Jane scare him off and she got away, he'd be the one in deep trouble later.
"Fuck this. You crazy bitch, you'd better cooperate, or when I get my hands on you, you'll wish you'd never been born." With that, Chris lunged forward, ready to wrestle the ashtray from Jane's grip by force.
"Stay back. You really think I won't fucking do it?"
