Targaryen Twins--Daenerys Targaryen - Chapter 6: Chapter 6

Daenerys and I land just outside the walls of Kings landing she examines the walls Cersei hasn't brought her army to the walls so I'm guessing they are waiting I side for us or maybe Tryion was right.
I look over to Daenerys and I hope she agrees with me "Let me lead"
She looks over and she thinks over my words before slightly nodding I command Viserion to fly and he takes off fly near the walls and I'm not sure if it will work but I line up with the gate "Darcarys Viserion"
He sprays fire against the gate and I'm happy to see the gate has been destroyed I steer Viserion to turn and I can see the Dothraki start to charge in. I'm not scared for the people only the solider since Daenerys has ordered only soldiers that follow Cersei to die.
I'm snapped out of my thoughts when I see a large arrow fly past me I groan as I try my hardest to dodge the flying arrows I turn to the crossbows and see a fire engulf some of them by Rheagal and Drogon. I steer Viserion closer and command him to spray fire along the rest of the large machines I'm thankful that they are all gone and it's funny how Cersei spent coin and her people's time just for them to be destroyed so easily.
I see Daenerys and Drogon land on the walls and then I hear the bells start to ring I look down and see all the people running around and the Dothraki killing any soldier they see. The bells mean they are surrendering so Tyrion was right but I don't think it will spare his sister I look back over to Daenerys and she takes off from the wall and lands on the ground and is instantly surrounded by unsullied.
I follow her actions and walk through the burnt gate the city looks almost empty but I know that everyone has gone indoors to avoid the Queen's army of Dothraki. I catch up to Daenerys and the guards let me through and I turn to her "You have another accomplishment to add to your list"
She smirks "And soon we will add another accomplishment to your list too"
I raise an eyebrow at her words what could she mean by that maybe she means being her hand but now this war is over I think Tryion would be her best choice but if she is going to kill Cersei he might not want to. I wait for her to elaborate but she doesn't I go to ask her but we stop at the doors and the unsullied open them.
Daenerys looks at the walls of the castle in awe and I'm happy I'm here to witness her taking what's hers what was ripped away from her before she was even born. I barely remember the castle from my brief time here but it has changed we all step into the throne room and Cersei is sitting on her throne with the mountain and Jamie next to her.
The queen steps forward "Surrender or die"
The words are simple but are firm Cersei's next words decide whether she lives or dies "I will not surrender"
I raise a eyebrow at her words and Jamie looks to her shocked I'm guessing she told him she was going to surrender "Then you shall die"
The unsullied get into a fighting stance and the mountain does the same the queens and Cersei are staring each other down as it happens. The air grows tense as we wait for the queen's next words I look to the queen "what should we do?"
"Capture them"
I let out a breath that's more easy said than done the mountain is massive and Jamie is one of the best swordsmen in the realms. The unsullied move forward but Jamie and Cersei make no move the mountain does though and I'm thankful I have poison on my blades it won't kill him but it will slow him.
I pull out my sword and walk forward I feel Daenerys hand on my arm but I shrug it off the unsullied are in front of me but I push forward and stand in front of the massive man. I should be more scared of the man as I should be more scared of approaching a dragon but awe of the dragons made me approach them and now anger is making me approach this man without fear.
He swings his sword which I swiftly dodge he is stronger so I will not catch his sword on mine I need to dodge them. I see the unsullied move to near the throne and Jamie and Cersei make no move. The mountains sword swings from my head but I duck out of the way and jab my sword in his stomach the valyrain steel cutting into it.
I pull it back just in time to dodge another swing towards my neck he puts him hand to the small bleeding wound and I watch him "Elia Martell do you remember her?"
He swings out of anger but I step out of the way the swing was sloppy he is growing tired once I step of the way I twirl around slashing across his side "Ageon and Rhaenys Targaryen"
He turns to me I can't see his face but I can hear his heavy breathing he swings again and his second connects with the floor I kick his wrist and the sword goes flying across the floor. He stands up straight and stares at me he slowly starts to sway on his feet and then he drops to his knees "You raped Elia then killed her and her children you deserve the worst of deaths but I will not be the one to give it to you"
And with that, he falls to the ground unconscious I see Daenerys watching me and then look behind me to see Cersei and Jamie being escorted out of the room I'm assuming to the dungeons. A couple of unsullied come and drag the mountain away and I look back to Daenerys she approaches slowly until she is on top of the stairs.
She places a hand on the chair arm and turns and settles into the chair I can't help the wide smile that grows on my face I let the silence continue so she can enjoy the fact that everything she fought for to achieve this has paid off.
She looks over to me and smiles "Daenerys Stormborn of House Targaryen, Queen of the Andals and the First Men, Protector of the Seven Kingdoms, the Mother of Dragons, the Khaleesi of the Great Grass Sea, the Unburnt, the Breaker of Chains, Conqueror of lions"
I smile as I say the words no more rightful no more heir she is not the Queen of the seven kingdoms. She raises an eyebrow "Conqueror of lions?"
"It seems fitting"

Daenerys stands at the top of the stairs of the castle as her people stand at the bottom the council have arrived here and are standing close by.
Daenerys steps forward and starts to speak to the crowd "Woman, men and children have suffered for far to long in the grip of a tyrant a usurper... I'm here to give you what you need what you desvere better homes and Food so you can live a comfortable life...You suffered far too long beneath the wheel...Will you break the wheel with me?"
It takes a second but the crowd erupts into cheers 'Stormborn' 'Daenerys' 'True queen' Daenerys looks away from the crowd too Grey worm "You walked beside me since the plaze of pride you are the bravest of men, the most loyal of soldiers I name you commander of all my forces the queens master of war"
Grey worm smiles and nods and steps back into place Daenerys steps back out and listens to the cheering of the crowd with a smile on her face. She turns and walks inside her small council following I'm sure that she will want to assign people to positions in her small council.
We walk into the meeting room and everyone sits down with Daenerys at the head of the table "I want to thank you all for being allies and trusted friends for believing in me and staying loyal and a reward for that I would like to offer you all a place on my small council"
"I believe that's a fine reward and I'll accept your offer but I also believe I deserve be the one who gives the punishment to the mountain"
Oberyen says I'm sure he will be the one to be on the small council Daenerys looks to me and I nod "Yes you shall and I believe you would be best as master of laws"
He gives her a small smile and a nod I think Oberyen would do the job well Olenna speaks up "In sure you want me as master of coin?"
"Yes with all our coin combined, it will be able to feed the families in kings landing I heard Margery has an interest in feeding the poor"
"Yes and I'm sure she will be happy to oblige"
Daenerys nods "Well now with everything sorted I want you all to send ravens to your homes of that the war has been won and we are all united under a new queen"
Everyone nods and I speak up "What of the north?"
"We will travel to the north in a few days just after everything has settled and is in order"
I nod at her and look down to the table "Any other concerns?"
I think everyone has one thing on their mind but don't speak up I think they believe their queen will sort out what happens to Cersei everyone stays quiet "Then you are all dismissed"
Everton leaves but I stay "Ser Jorah?"
He stops before walking out and turns back to the queen "Yes your grace"
"I would like to offer you the position of commander of the queensguard"
He smiles "I will gladly accept"
"Thank you for your service all these years I'm happy you were by my side through it all"
"There is no need to thank me I chose to stand by you because I believed in you and your cause"
I smirk and look down to hide it this man is in love with her I can tell by the small twinkle in his eye. when I look back up I see Ser Jorah leave and Daenerys look at me "And what will be your reward"
I bring my hand to my chin in feigned thought "I want a castle...and ten thousand men and a dragon by my side"
She smiles and sits next to me she places a hand on mine "Not a queen?"
I laugh lightly and brush a thumb over her hand drawing small circles "I thought a queen would be a bit too much to ask for"
"A queen would have been the easiest to give you out if all your choices"
I look down to our inter winded hands and then back to the purple eyes, I adore "Is that right?"
"You know that is the truth"
I smile because as much as she is mine I am hers even with the unfortunate revelation that has fallen upon us. I pull her forward and join our lips she happily obliges and wraps her arms around my neck our lips move slowly and passionately and I bring a hand to the side of her face.
We don't separate until we need air to breathe we pull back and she leans her forehead on mine "I love you Lia snow"
I smile at her words as much as I tried to avoid it I can't help but feel the same "I love you too Daenerys stormborn"

Daenerys has prepared a feast she has spoken to each of the people on the small council about leaving to go north the gate is already being fixed and that was most of the damage to the city. Daenerys sits at the head of the table speaking and laughing with Jorah I speak to the dorninsh couple I wish my family could be here to celebrate with us.
I've had no dreams so I'm sure that the white walkers are still trying to get through but if all goes well today we can leave tomorrow if not then I will have to convince the queen to leave tomorrow.
"Are you thinking about your family?"
I turn to Olenna "Yes I'm scared for their safety"
"Then do something, the Queen listens to you tell her to go north, I've already sent word to Highgarden to send some warriors north with the queen's permission of course"
I nod at her and stand up I see Daenerys watching me in doing so I give her a small reassuring smile and walk down the corridors. I have a certain place in mind I walk down the dark stairs I grab a torch off of the wall I squint my eyes and can see the silhouette of a figure.
I stand in front of the bars "Hello Cersei"
She turns around and she looks like she's been crying "Why does the bastard twin want to speak with me?"
I smile "That is rather funny coming from you the person who mothered three bastards"
"So you came here to mock me"
I shake my head "You took my fathers head you had my sister's companion slaughtered you kept Sansa here to be abused and mocked by you disgusting child...You deserve death"
She backs up "Wait...I am with child"
I had no intention of killing her all I wanted was for her to admit her wrongs my eyes widen "Jamies I presume?"
"Yes, where is he? Is he okay?"
"He's in the same situation as you"
The woman I saw sitting on the phone throne only hours ago is not the same woman I see here she looks broken and weak. I can only think she wants to do anything possible to save her possible child but I stay on guard because this could be a trap to fall into her lie and manipulation "How can I believe that?"
"I don't need to prove myself to you"
Now the woman in front of the throne room is back she gives me a firm glare I don't think she deserves any pity but if she is with child then they are innocent in this "Goodbye Cersei"
I walk back out of the dungeons in thought I moving to believe her I don't believe she would have surrendered the city if she wasn't pregnant but she also didn't surrender herself when given the choice the queen could have killed her was she going to risk her child.
I make my way to my assigned room and sit down I have barely anything to wear but a silk dressing gown. I put it on and sit at the small table and pull out my note pad I'm working on something for the queen's children that I think she might like it removes the risk of her falling from the dragons.

I hear a knock on my door a while later "Come in!"
I turn from my seat and smile when I see Daenerys walk in "I've been trying to find where you run off to"
"I'm sorry I want to be alone for a little bit"
"You worry for your family?"
I must not be as mysterious as I thought because everyone seems to be able to read my thoughts "Yes"
She walks over and slides into my lap "Then we will leave tomorrow"
My eyes widen Olenna says she listens to me but I didn't even have to ask "Thank you Daenerys"
She leans closer and whispers against my lips "Anything for you"
I don't connect our lips but I lean back her eyebrows furrow and I smile at her confusion "I have an idea"
"An idea?"
I move my papers around and show her the design "What is this?"
"One hundred and seventy-five years ago the Targaryens were at their peak in dragons nobody would have been able to beat them it was them who was their own downfall the dance of dragons..." I pull the paper close "... Their dragons wore these to help the riders it takes away the risk of falling off...It's quite scary when your flying through the air and trying to dodge anything that comes your way and barely being able to hold onto anything"
She smiles at me "You want this to made for us"
"Yes...It will save us having a sore ass all day"
She let's out a laugh and once it does down she looks at me with fond eyes "You know a lot about the Targaryens I want you to reach me all of it every story that you can think of"
I nod the dance of the dragons would have been my favourite tale if Rhaenrya had stayed on the throne and if Helaena wasn't driven to madness, my thoughts stop for a moment.
Helaena Targaryen she had dreams of the future just as I did this only confirms my suspicions a bit more "What is it?"
"Helaena Targaryen had dreams of the future dragon dreams is what they are called"
"And that's what you have"
I nod and look down I've already come to terms of us being of the same blood but it's still not confirmed and I won't be able to until I have visited the godswood.
"Tomorrow we go to Winterfell I will send a raven to await our arrival"
She brings her finger to my chin and pushes my face back up to look at her "I know that you are finding it hard to-"
"No, I've accepted it and I still want to be with you...I just want to know the truth"
She smiles at me "We will figure it out together"
I take a second to look over her features she is the most beautiful woman in the seven kingdoms and I'm glad to of met her.
