You and Taylor are snuggled up on the couch watching a movie when suddenly the television turns off.
"Ugh the tv turned off right at where they were going to find the killer!" You groaned in frustration.
"Luckily the power didn't go off when it's night time." Taylor said.
"What do we do now? Should we try to find some flashlights if the power doesn't come back on before dark?" You asked.
"That sounds like a good idea." Taylor said.
You found the flashlights quickly and placed them on the table, "So do you want to play cards?" Taylor asked.
"There is nothing else to do." You replied.
You and Taylor played cards for two hours, then you colored, then you played some board games and cheese until finally the lights came back on and the television started to play again.
"Yes the power is back on!" You shouted excitedly.
"Just in time for us to cook dinner." Taylor said.
