The class watched as Deku and Uraraka successfully entered the building through a window. Taking great care to be observant of their surroundings.
In a different room, it was noticeable that Iida was trying to talk to the blonde bomb.
"It doesn't look like they're really working together." Yuki observed crossing his arms and frowning.
The way Bakugo was now running through the building as though he were a predator hunting for its prey wasn't settling well with Yuki.
There's clearly something else pushing Bakugo to act this hostile towards Deku.
Glancing over to the screen where his two friends were peeking carefully around each corner, Yuki quickly held his breath as both teams finally crossed each other.
Bakugo quickly reacted with a quick right attack as Deku pushed Uraraka out of the way onto the floor.
"A surprise attack from the start?"
"Bakugo, that's cheating! A surprise attack isn't manly at all!"
Contrary to that. If this were a real life situation, it's basically life and death if the villains don't want to get caught.
"A surprise attack is a strategy, too." All Might noted on his clipboard. "They're in the middle of a real battle right now."
"Midori-kun avoided it!" A pink haired chick cheered.
"There goes Bakugo!"
We all saw as the two boys rushed towards each other. Deku catching Bakugo's right arm before he attacked and flipping him over to his back.
Is his go-to move a right swing? Yuki wondered only having seen the blonde done that so far.
A conversation seemed to be happening. Deku did most of it, before something angered Bakugo who shouted a reply.
"What was Bakugo saying?" the redhead asked. The entire class wanted to know as well what they were discussing. "Can't tell with just the cameras in a fixed position and no sound."
"He's talking to his partner over the small wireless radio. You can bring that plus the building's floor plan, and this capture tape!" All Might replied, now holding up a small roll of said tape.
"Once you wrap this around your opponent, it shows that you've captured them."
"The time limit is 15 minutes, and the heroes don't know where the nuclear weapon is located, right?"
"Yes!"
"The heroes are clearly at a disadvantage here!"
"Heroes should be able to turn the tables on whatever predicament they're in. Besides, didn't Aizawa- sensei tell you, too? You know--"
Yuki quickly covered his ears upon seeing All Might's grin widen. "Plus Ultra!"
Not that Yuki wasn't a fan of All Might, don't get him wrong. Yuki just had a taste of reality too early in his childhood. Even heroes were still human. They can make mistakes. And sometimes those mistakes can hurt others, unknowing to them.
His eyes quickly jolted back towards the screen.
"Monsieur, Bakugo is--"
Using an explosion as an accelerator, Bakugo swung his left leg, clearly aiming for a blow on the head. Deku reacted quick enough to block it.
"They must've known each other for quite some time." Yuki noted as he watched Deku dodge Bakugo's seemingly impatient right swing again. Catching Bakugo by surprise.
"That guy's amazing!"
"He's not even using his quirk fighting against the guy who finished first in the entrance exam!"
Bakugo aimed his hands behind him, Deku quickly running and making turns to buy some time.
Angrily shouting at the empty halls, no doubt, Deku heard him as his expression was on of apologetic and concentration.
"He seems really angry. It's scary!" someone exclaimed.
His facial expressions are obviously anger and irritation but his eyes--
Bakugo was blasting through doors in search of Deku. As scary as Bakugo was making himself out to be, "He looks... almost hurt."
"What?" his teammate, speaking for the first time to him asked.
"Ah! Sorry, it's just me talking to myself." Yuki smiled waving off the comment he accidentally voiced.
They say the eyes are the door to the soul. Some people are better at pointing out stronger emotions wanting to be expressed but can't. Others can tell a lie from the seas of truth. Having grown up in abusive households and being exposed to people with ill-intentions, he had seemingly grown an extra sense.
Yuki watched as Deku was finally able to catch a breath from running.
"Where are you...?" Yuki tilted his head still unsure of what Bakugo was shouting.
"Is that what he's saying." the shy Koda asked.
"I think so... I should start practicing reading lips when I get home." Yuki shrugged.
Checking in on Uraraka. It looked like she was able to find the weapon. Iida seemed to be having a conversation with himself judging from his body movements.
"She has a chance for--" Yuki quickly shut his mouth as Iida discovered Uraraka being in the same room. "A sneak attack" Yuki sighed, finishing his sentence in disappointment.
"He found him." Koda whispered, staring at a different screen where Deku had yet to notice Bakugo standing behind him a little ways away.
Bakugo's grenade shaped glove glowed, releasing a red glow to which Yuki assumed it released a sound loud enough for Deku to quickly turn around.
Another short conversation ensued and Bakugo was now pointing his gauntlet at Deku.
"Young Bakugo, stop! Are you trying to kill him?" All Might shouted, holding up a mic.
Unable to attempt to read his lips, Yuki's eyes widened as he pulled a safety pin from his right gauntlet. Releasing a blast.
It flowed almost like a fire hose at full blast but with the destruction of Bakugo's quirk. The explosion covered Deku and flowed out the building. Debris now littering the street.
"Holy mother of god," Yuki whispered as the building and the room the class was observing in shook.
"This is supposed to be a class?"
"Shonen!" All Might shouted, desperate to get a response. "Young Midoriya!"
As the smoke and dust began to settle down a bit, the cameras were able to catch a glimpse of Deku, now laying on his back before slowly sitting up in fear and surprise.
Bakugo emerged from the smoke with a wide grin, plastered across his face. Looking down at Deku almost if not borderline psychopathically.
Yuki's hands began to twitch. "Dammit," he whispered, clasping his hands together, not removing his eyes from the screen.
On a different screen, Uraraka was now attempting to get a hold of the weapon only to have Iida remove it from her landing, sending her tumbling hard onto the floor.
Bakugo was taunting Deku, that's for certain. Yuki stood getting ready to run out of the observation room at a moment's notice. This wasn't missed by All Might who had taken a glance at Yuki the second Bakugo released the safety pin. If anything, Yuki wanted to have one foot out the door already.
"Sir, you should stop them!" a classmate shouted.
"That Bakugo's really crazy! He's gonna kill him!"
"No..." All Might replied.
Clenching his jaw, Yuki desperately wanted to wait until the time was over. However, his body was shaking in want to stop the fight himself if All Might didn't act before it all went down hill.
"Young Bakugo, the next time you use that, I'll stop the fight and your team will lose!" All Might announced.
Yuki shot All Might with a look of disbelievement. Seriously? He's about to lose his sanity if this keeps up.
"To attack on such a large scale inside, is inviting the destruction of the stronghold you should be protecting. That is a foolish plan for both heroes and villains! You will lose points for it."
All Might knew Bakugo was still sane. Yuki also knew he still had some control over his actions. It was that exact thing he feared. The fact that Bakugo had at least an idea of what he was currently doing, Yuki feared what would happen to Deku.
Bakugo let out a scream of frustration. It wasn't heard but Bakugo couldn't exactly hide it when he threw his arms back and propelled himself towards Deku who wasn't fully paying attention.
Deku tried to throw a punch but Bakugo released another explosion to push himself over Deku, efficiently landing a hit on Deku.
"What was that just now?"
"He doesn't look like the type to think, but he's more subtle than I expected." a half block of ice commented.
This caught the attention of others, "What do you mean?"
"He changed his course in a blast that doubled as a smoke screen and then did it again immediately." the block of ice continued.
"Getting a clean hit while fighting against inertia requires fine lateral adjustments to the power of explosions." the chick with the pony tail explained.
"He's too talented... too talented...ugh."
Yuki's head was beginning to hurt. From the commenting to what was being played out on screen all the way to how his body was practically ready for the flight and fight response. Yes, that's right. Flight and Fight, because he was damned if he ran out to heal the injured and let Bakugo leave without getting a punch in.
Bakugo was going in for another right swing landing a blow to Dekus elbow. Grabbing a hold, causing explosions from his left, accelerating the swing to Bakugo's hold before slamming Deku's body on the floor.
"This is lynching!"
"He can capture him in this exercise just by wrapping the tape around him!"
He sure is amazing. But he's also a terrifying force to be dealt with. He has great qualities, it's just his manner of presenting them that makes it seem-
"--not very heroic."
"Those are not the actions of a hero."
"I thought Midoriya was pretty amazing, too, but in terms of combat power, Bakugo is definitely a ball of natural instincts."
"He's running away?"
Yuki was next to the door. Ready to run out at any given moment. He had a foot out the door, waiting for a signal from All Might or the timer. At the rate this was going and how Yuki saw the situation, his bet was on the timer.
He has fractured bones, no doubt.
"That's not something a man should do, but he has no choice." the redhead spoke.
"But something is strange... Why?"
Another heated argument started before both ran towards each other. Fist ready to swing a punch and a hand ready to explode.
"I said this looks bad, sir!"
In a split second, Deku changed his arm position to that of an underhook, sending the force of punch up into the ceiling as he took Bakugo's blast on his left side.
"Crazy piece of shit--" Yuki grinned amazed and frustrated.
With pieces of building, Uraraka was able to latch onto the weapon.
Quickly running out of the control/observation room, Yuki sprinted towards the building.
Upon arriving to the scene Yuki frowned and practically push Bakugo out of the way.
"Deku-kun!" Yuki shouted as he gently flipped the green haired boy onto his back and immediately started healing his right arm as he took out some disinfectant spray and applied it to the left.
Bakugo only stood there. With an angered expression, reflecting on the situation which just occurred.
"You!" Yuki shouted, snapping Bakugo out of his angered daze.
Red meeting grey. "You knew exactly what you were doing!"
Yuki stood up, having healed enough for the recovery girl to work with.
Bakugo could only stare at his classmate whom he had first seen at a cafe walk over to him before feeling his head snap to the right followed by a strong painful sensation.
"Learn what to prioritize in different situations before you let your emotions take the reins!"
That would be one of the few days anyone would see Satori Yuki in such a calm yet threatening way.
