As Yuki looked at his seemingly long list and mapped out where to head first on the mall's map, Uraraka leaned onto the railing. Looking down where they, mostly Uraraka, decided to leave Midoriya stranded.
"I'm going to head back and ask Deku if he wants to join us." She told Yuki.
"Why? I thought you were on the run from him?" Yuki teased ruffling her hair.
"I-I'm not!" she blushed.
Yuki laughed before turning her and pushing her lightly. "Then go get the broccoli, I'll be in that store over there."
Uraraka wanted to protest but Yuki was already heading into a store waving his hand to her.
Yuki looked around the sports clothing shop. He only had three pairs of workout clothes and mostly made it through the week by throwing them in the wash when getting home. He doubted there would be a laundry machine out in the middle of the forest.
It wasn't even 20 minutes he was there when the shopping mall closed temporarily. Apparently there had been an incident involving the League of Villains and Midoriya.
"You must have a target on your back if we can't leave you alone for 5 minutes." Yuki told Midoriya.
Both playfully and worried for his friend before he was taken to the police station for interrogation.
Yuki did eventually get all he needed for the week's training trip.
He was still to continue training with Hitoshi until the day before departure.
"Is it just me? Or are you getting bigger?" Hitoshi asked as he poked Yuki's bicep.
Yuki looked down at his arms. "I don't know. But you've most definitely put on muscle."
"Really?" It was Hitoshi's turn to look down.
"Aizawa-sensei must be a miracle worker." Yuki smirked painfully.
The purple haired boy raised an eyebrow, "How so?"
Yuki proceeded to open and close his slightly calloused hands. "I've always had trouble gaining weight, let alone muscle." he told him.
"I thought it was just because of your quirk." Hitoshi admitted.
Yuki shook his head.
"No. It's been happening before I even had a quirk."
He let out a chuckle, "I remember the doctors thought I was being starved when in reality I was having 4 to 5 servings per meal. They almost took me away from Pap--"
Hitoshi looked over to Yuki. The fond smile he had now gone.
"Took you from wh--"
"Nevermind!" Yuki smiled returned. "Let's start climbing these trees before Aizawa notices we're slacking."
Hitoshi frowned before agreeing.
It was one of those peaceful days Yuki liked to lay on his couch and simply stare up at the ceiling.
It wasn't too hot with the summer breeze gently making its way into his house.
Ventilating the quiet halls and rooms.
The distant buzz of his phone at the dining table was so easy to ignore...if he could.
Yuki sprinted towards the dining room and snapped his phone open.
"Satori Yuki, Healing Hero: Caladrius speaking, how may I help you?"
"Huh?! Yuki-kun? Do you always answer the phone like that?" It was Uraraka.
Letting out a sigh of relief he took a seat at the dining table.
"Yeah...I used to get calls from Doctors or people I was usually treating." he explained slowly,
"What's going on?"
Not knowing how to answer that, Uraraka just made note of it, "Do you wanna come to the pool with us?"
Yuki quirked an eyebrow. "The pool?"
"Yeah the school's pool! All the girls are gonna be there, I think the boys are going to tag along later."
"Aizawa allowed it?"
"Yeah! For training purposes!" Uraraka cheerfully declared. But Yuki could feel it was a ruse.
"Sure. I'll come along. Are you on your way to school?"
"No, I called and thought we could go together!"
A pregnant pause.
"A FRIENDS! I MEANT AS FRIENDS!!!" she shrieked. Leading Yuki to hold the phone away from his ear, laughing.
"Hai, Hai~ As friends!" Yuki teased.
"Yuki-kun!"
"Are you gonna pick me up or do you wanna meet somewhere?" Yuki asked standing and making his way to his bedroom for his.
"Well I'm ready to go. You need to get ready right?"
"Yeah."
"Then I'll just meet you at your place."
"Okay then,"
"Oh! We're here early." Yuki noticed. It was only the girls from class who were there.
"Yeah. I got a text from Deku. He said the boys would be joining shortly for insurance training." Uraraka told him.
"Huh. I guess I'm just going to sit on the edge then."
Uraraka noticed once again that Yuki was wearing a long sleeve and a school swim suit that went down past his calves. Now that she was noticing his choice of clothing she couldn't once recall seeing his forearms or legs...
"Are you not going to swim?" she asked. She was growing terribly curious.
"I can't swim." Yuki lied.
I was only able to swim at gyms by paying them extra to rent out the area for an hour...
Uraraka tilted her head, wondering why he'd agreed.
"I came along because you asked. And also because there wasn't much to do at my place." Yuki clarified bashfully.
Yuki noticed how Uraraka was staring at him suspiciously. Offering her as much of an innocent of a smile he could muster she, luckily, dropped the topic.
Yuki spent the first 10 minutes dipping his feet in the water as the rest of his classmates began to trickle in.
"Yuki-kun! You must make sure to stretch before getting in--"
"Iida-kun! I know! I'm basically a doctor by now." Yuki whined.
It was weird to him how he was the second youngest of the friend group. Tsuyu being the youngest. It'd caught him off guard when he found out Todoroki was older than him by a couple days. He was basically a babysitter when it came to them (not Tsuyu. She's perfectly normal.)
"You must still--"
"Iida-kun, I'm not getting in. See I'm wearing a shirt. I can't swim so I'll just be sitting over there in the shade." Yuki pointed out.
"...to our paradise!"
Iida turned towards the tunnel, letting Yuki off the hook.
"You're late!"
It was the #1 Perv and Kaminari.
"Hey, hey, hey! Why are you guys here?"
"Since we're doing endurance training at the pool, I messaged everyone to see if they wanted to come." Midoriya told them.
Yuki decided his feet had soaked enough and made his way to the shade where he would simply watch over his class.
Unlike the boys who had permission for insurance training (except Yuki) the girls had gotten permission for sunbathing.
"Yuki-kun! Wanna join us? You can sit on the edge if you want!" Yaoyorozu called out to the healer.
Yuki felt a pair of eyes drill the side of his head. Knowing full well it was most likely the two boys who's plans to be prev's foiled.
"Sure!" Yuki agreed.
"You lucky bastard!"
"I should just push you in the pool if you can't swim!"
Yuki walked over to the other side of the pool where he sat on the edge and played along with the girls.
"So you can't swim, Yuki-kun?" Tsuyu asked passing the ball.
"N-no..." he tossed it over to Hagakure.
"Everyone, do you want to see which of the boys can swim 50meters the fastest?" Iida's voice reached the other side of the pool, successfully catching everyone's attention.
"Yeah!"
"Sounds fun!"
"Let's do it!"
"Iida-san," the girls and Yuki were now with the rest of the class. "We will help, too."
"Thanks!"
"What about Quirks? Can we use them?" Ojiro asked.
"We're at school, so there shouldn't be a problem."
Yuki quickly made his way back to the shade.
He was wearing dark clothes that covered the majority of his skin and he wasn't about to have a heat stroke. It'll tarnish not only his pride but reputation as an honorary medic.
The first five lined up for the 50 meter swim.
I kinda wanna swim now...I should have brought under armour instead.
"Then, on your marks...get set..." Yaoyorozu blew the whistle.
"Explosive Speed Turbo!"
Yuki laughed at Bakugo's take on 'swimming' 50 meters.
"How was that, you extras?!"
"What do you mean, 'How was that'?!"
"You didn't even swim!"
Sero and Kirishima pointed accusingly at the explosive boy.
"It's freestyle!"
Yuki only laughed some more.
The second round of boys followed.
This time, Sero used his tape and promptly flew over the water.
Aoyama, using his laser before ultimately crashing into Sero and falling in.
And Todoroki sliding over the water using his ice.
"You're supposed to be swimming!"
The third round.
Iida stood on the floaties used to divide the pool and with his engines pushed himself forward.
"You too, Iida?!"
Yuki only laughed at the stupid yet smart ways of 'swimming' 50 meters.
The round with each winner was up.
Bakugo, Todoroki, and Midoriya.
"Then, the 50-m freestyle final will begin now!" Iida announced.
Yuki wanted to see this so he emerged from the shade and stood closer to the end of the pool.
"Go, Bakugo!"
"Don't kill the other guys!"
"Todoroki, don't lose!"
"Do your best, Deku!"
"Everyone, fighting!"
"On your marks..."
Small sparks appeared on Bakugo's hand.
Ice covered Todoroki's right arm.
Midoriya was covered by the energy of his quirk.
"Get set..."
The face of determination on each one of them.
At the sound of the whistle they jumped off and landed splat into the pool.
"Wh-what?"
"Their quirks were erased?"
Shit.
"It's 5 p.m. Your pool use time has now ended." Aizawa's hair was floating and his eyes glowed red.
"Hurry up and go home."
"Come on, Aizawa-sensei!" Kaminari tried.
"We just got to the good part!" Sero exclaimed.
The all too familiar glint of red shined.
"Did you say something?"
"Nothing, sir!"
"Satori, come find me before you leave."
"Yes, sir!" Yuki replied.
Uraraka walked over to him as they were all collecting their belongings.
"Did you do something, Yuki-kun?" She asked.
"No. It's probably just another assignment."
"Assignment? Is he still giving you homework?!" Yaoyorozu asked, disbelieving.
"No! It's nothing like that. Well it's partially graded but it's mostly used for training." Yuki quickly explained.
"That's right! You're training with Aizawa!" Midoriya recalled.
"Yeah... it's most likely another training schedule."
As ordered, Yuki made his way to the teachers office where Aizawa looked like he was also getting ready to leave.
"You wanted to see me?"
"Yeah. Here." Aizawa held out a pile of papers much too thick for it to be another exercise plan.
"What are these?" Yuki asked, grabbing them.
"Files for each of your classmates stats."
"Huh?"
"I'm testing out your ability to analyze. Come up with a lists of weaknesses and what can be improved."
"I-is... is this for the training camp...?"
Aizawa nodded.
"I already have things planned out but it wouldn't hurt to get a doctor's perspective on--"
"I-I'm n-n-not really a Doctor!" Yuki stuttered, embarrassed.
"You might as well be." Aizawa sighed. "Hand them in on departure day."
Yuki knew what Aizawa was asking for. But as listed down things for every one of his classmates it felt like he was getting stabbed emotionally.
"These are too good..." Yuki sadly looked at the lists.
"If he takes these into consideration (no doubt he will) they'll all suffer..."
Yuki knew all too well what type of training Aizawa was planning and going to do.
He might not have seen each individual's plan, but he had an idea. With his own training to go off as proof, it seemed any training Aizawa was planning for them to get better was indeed going to get them better.
No matter the pain.
And he was going to have to go through double the pain with remedial classes AND training.
"I feel for my fellow classmates," Yuki sighed.
"But this is for their own good..." he told himself as he continued to write.
"I'm going to head back and ask Deku if he wants to join us." She told Yuki.
"Why? I thought you were on the run from him?" Yuki teased ruffling her hair.
