DOMINO'S POV:
She was hurt, I didn't need a tooth sayer to tell me that. And worse I couldn't even soothe the pain she was going through.
Walking closer but her biting words stopped my feet from moving an inch further.
“Can you please understand me? I'm trying so hard to make you understand but it seems like Emily have told you lots of lies that you gobbled up without even listening to me.”
" You should be apologizing on your knees! You fucking hurt me and you shouldn't think that I would ever be able to forgive and let go of everything you did to me. That's impossible.”
Her voice were cracking and lower than usual, she opened her mouth to say something but she got overwhelmed with tears and bent down sobbing silently..
I'm a fucking bad man to hurt her, I thought I was doing the right thing but I didn't know that I was making the biggest mistake of my life.
“I'm sorry Lena, but we need to leave now. I won't hurt you or say anything until you are ready to listen to me."
“I'm ready to listen, start talking and don't leave anything out.
Don't fucking lie or I would make sure you lose your breath in the next three days. Bet if I can. I have nothing to lose, my sister is a betrayal, Emily is plotting with you to kill me,” She replied, putting up a fake smile as her eyes were unblinking and stoic.
" Yes I did plan to kill you, everything was in place. But the hotel scene was out of place,you weren't supposed to be there.
I was trying to calm my head down for some hours, I can't remember how I got drunk but I enjoyed that night with you.
So I brought up the issue of the surrogate to hold you down and get down all the secrets you have about your father. I didn't have any idea that you weren't his daughter.

" Shut the fuck up. Why do you have to blow my cover every goddamn time?”
I snapped my head back, pulling Lena into my chest protectively leaving her slight or no chance of pulling away despite her intense struggle and hits.
"What are you doing? Are you trying to strangle me to death? You can just use a gun and save me of the extra pain and tortue. Give me that last respect and favour."
She haven't seen Emily who was swelling up with rage and hate. Her eyes were glaring at me with an intense and insane hate I have only seen in her once.
When she killed Alicia. I breathed in trying to calm my nerves to avoid scaring Lena who hated me more than I hated myself.
“Lena let me handle this. You aren't in the right sense of thinking and you might take drastic measures that would endanger you forever..
I can't afford to lose you now I have finally had another meaning to life.
Emily is fucking making it look like I started all this to trap and kill you. I fucking thought you were with him and I thought it would give me a leverage.”
"Emily can't be lying to me. She won't get anything out of lying to me, I think you are the one lying to me right now and I can't believe that you would stoop this low in trying to get back my trust with lies.
And those words got me enraged. How could she think I would still want to lie to her when she haven't known me as a liar.
“Fine! I can't believe you would believe me this blindly. But I have my reason of doing what I did and I didn't regret it but you would," Emily said to Lena who snapped her head up to her direction.
Chuckling like this was some sort of funny and dark humor shows.
And she walked up to me, crouching with a gun pointed to my head.
“You have really grown some nerves. Like a lot of nerves to think that I would be scared of a gun pointed to my head by you?”
“You don't underestimate a broken woman. Never make that mistake or you would have a thousand and one reason to remember,” Emily said, laughing as she pulled the trigger at Lena.
I tried covering her but I was fucking too late, Lena fell back with her body convulsing and I held her closely to my chest in the bid to hold back the pain.
"You caused all this, you caused this and I would make sure you regret everything you did,” Lena said, and she fell back with her eyes shutting immediately.
I had fucking failed her.
Emily looked shocked like she was trying to comprehend her what was happening.
“ I like how this is playing out. It's getting better than I had thought it would.”
I snapped my head with Emily following suit towards the direction of the voice. Claire.
" Miss me?” Claire asked,laughing as she jumped down from the tree.
She walked towards me with a deadly smirk on her face, like always. Always the terror that we had undermine.
“Why did you shot a woman that did absolutely nothing to you?” Emily asked, looking at her a shocked and angered expression on her face.
I had stayed too quiet unlike my usual self, time to be myself.
I rose faster before they would have a glimpse of what happened. And another spree of gunshots rang, I wasn't hurt.
Which meant it was either Emily or Claire.
“You haven't even learnt anything for you to think I would let you get the upper hand in all this.You have lost."
