I was all dressed up immediately and I picked up my dress as I twirled around in front of the mirror admiring how lovely I look.
I'm sure this wasn't how I looked like without all the makeups, jewelries and dress.
I looked like a sweet dream and I wished to be able to look this way at all times and cost.
Waiting for what seemed like an eternity for Aiden, I decided to go out myself.
Stepping out of the room as I looked down both directions hoping I would find a single soul to lead me to the ball room.
Seeing noone I had to breath in deeply before walking down towards where I could hear noises from.
And then I saw Lucas walk out of the room, he stopped abruptly immediately he saw me and I swallowed in.
“What the hell are you doing here? How did you get in here? How let you in? And why are you dressed up like the.." he stopped, noticing I haven't answered a single bit of his question.
“And who gave you the rights to ask me all thryokevyou deserve to hear a single word from me. And the last thing I would be doing was to explain to a horrible monster like you anything that's going on in my life right now." I snapped, my heart pounding faster with hate and disgust crepting up my skin.
I wanted to get as far as possible away from him, I rolled my eyes as I began to walk away with my head raised high with proud.
I didn't know Aiden was related to that fool, but it gave me more joy knowing I would get back at him. He must be his beogher, considering the fact that they looked young
“Stop right there. You need to leave here now,I don't know what you are doing here but you need to leave before any one sees you here.
I would come and see you later, but leave now." Lucas growled, looking over his shoulders like I was some sort of criminal who would want to steal from the house.
“What is wrong with you? I can't leave here because I'm going to stay here till I die. I slept here last night and I will for more nights to come." I snapped back, swatting off his hand from my back.
If only the venom in my eyes could kill, then it would have considering the deadly look I was giving him.
I scoffed as I continued my walk down the stairs, soon I was out with her sitting down.
She was smiling under she raised her head, our eyes meeting and her lips deflecting to a scowl.
“Will you tell me now or you want me to strangle you to death? Why are you in my uncle's house? You should be taking your leave, besides you and I know you are a whore and you might try to seduce him as soon as you set your disgusting sight on him." Lucas spat, his words burning deep into my soul.
“I hope you know that whatever I do isn't your problem. I hope you do, so kindly get the hell out of my path." I replied, he was acting childish as usual by standing before me.
“Actually it's his problem, and you need to heed to whatever he says." She replied, and I rolled my eyes.
She must think that I was still the same weak Emily, not knowing this Emily have gotten a shield.
“Oh please. Spare me all that." I replied, and I noticed Aiden walking up towards the room so I put on my act like I haven't been feisty.
“How dare you? You must have forgotten how it ached on your cheeks when I slapped you. I would serve another one to refresh your memory." She replied, rasing her hand and I screamed bending low like I was utterly terrified of her.
But I didn't feel her hand and I raised my head slightly, and Aiden was holding her hand with his eyes glaring fire.
She gasped and immediately went down on her knees, she must have think I was a maid or something insignificant here.
“You were lucky that you haven't laid your filthy hand on her, I swear I would make you regret every damm thing by snapping off your head immediately without a hindrance." Aiden growled, and he pushed her away.
Walking close to me as he hekde and led me to a seay, Lucas would shocked to see how things were playing out.
My days of been tossed around was finally over, I had power that I would put to the right use as soon as I was announced as his.
“Are you okay? Were you hit?" He asked, to avoid creating more scene. He nodded as he turned around the soft look leaving a look that looks of his that could kill.
“Emily what would you want? Her head or hand? The choice is yours." Aiden asked, and I looked up with shock. The lady eye turned red immediately with fear and confusion.
I can't let him kill his won subjects, beside it would be more worthy to let her see that I became higher than her, while sending her on crazy errands.
“Spare her. Let's leave." I replied, my response erupted gasps throughout the room.
No one expected that from me, but that was my super power— forgiveness.
Smiling as the speaker announced my entrance and I walked towards Aiden with a smile.
“And this is my mine now, my wife and my right hand lady." He said, titling my head as we kissed to convince the crowd.
And they cheered behind us, I searched around the room with my eyes until I spooted him looking b
ack at us with a stunned expression on his face.
Haven't expected me to end up with his uncle, now this is revenge. Hot, but well due revenge.
