Craig was furious, irritated and distressed as he pushed his way through the heavy school doors that lead outside. What was Tweek thinking? Throwing something as deranged as that at him. Why would he betray eight years of friendship like that? All Craig could see was red, his footsteps hitting against the ground with heat as he subconsciously walked, wanting to get as far away from Tweek as possible.
He left Tweek against the locker with one last shove, tearing his cold, hardened eyes from his former friend as he stalked away, leaving Tweek to cry out for him, calling out for him to stop. But Craig didn't stop, he didn't want to hear the breaking in Tweek's voice, he didn't want to see him.
And as he tightened his hands inside his pockets, his downcast stare watching the wet, slushy grounds below him, he realised this wasn't a joke, and that Tweek really did like him for some reason. He saw it in those emerald eyes when they begged him for forgiveness, he saw it during those past few weeks when he'd catch Tweek offhandedly staring at him, and at the time Craig only thought he had something on his face, but now that he'd seen the same look up close, he knew, and it made him so angry.
Tweek was slumped to the ground with his back to the locker, as he hid his face behind arms that hugged his knees to his chest. His chest that hurt, along with many other things, but his chest was the most intense. He wasn't sure how he was breathing. It felt too hard and forced as he hiccuped behind every sob that left his dry lips.
He wanted Craig. He wanted his friend to hold him, and tell him that everything's alright. That it's one of those things they'd get through together, but he knew Craig wasn't coming back, he knew it the second that first tear fell down his face, staining lines and burning like acid, whilst Craig held his stare.
The floor was cold, but nothing could compare to the frosty presence that surrounded him when had Craig left, dispassionate and lonely tearing strands from his heart. Craig was withdrawn, he wasn't coming back, and that made Tweek shiver with sorrow.  And once all of the tears had drained from his swollen eyes, once the aftershock and every tremble of the lip stopped, he sniffed, wiped his tears away with the back of his hand before standing up and looking in the direction that Craig had left.
He wanted to follow, and maybe getting his ass kicked if he did would be worth it, because once the numbing tingle filled Tweek's bones, and his eyes shook in a way they never had before, he realised he couldn't bare not being in Craig's presence. He could bare the thought of Craig hurting because of him,
But he knew he had to give Craig space, he knew Craig wanted space, and even if the loss tore into him with grief and sadness, he knew, Craig needed to be away from Tweek.
