In the interrogation room, yoongi slammed his fists on the table, his composure breaking.
"Justice was buried beneath wealth and power. The truth was hidden behind money. We barely sought justice in our own way. What did we do wrong?"
yoongi like Taehyung was a father who was helpless at his daughter's ending.
"The only thing I regret," yoongi spat through his tears, "is not killing Haejoon with my own hands!"
His raw fury tore open the dark, bloody underbelly of power for all to see, exposing its horrors to the public.
His cries spread through the room like a virus. It silenced everyone, leaving the interrogation to continue with solemnity.
jungkook couldn't bear to listen any longer, so he turned and floated back to Taehyung's cell .
Taehyung hadn't moved since yoongi left, still sitting in the same hunched position.
jungkook enveloped him with his ethereal form, trying to hold him.

"kookie , rinnie" he murmured. "I avenged you. I'll be joining you soon."
Taehyung had killed two people. Even though Aera and Haejoon crimes against Rinnie had come to light, the law would not absolve him of his actions.

In the calm of his cell , he opened the chain around his neck, the locket was a tiny box.
taehyung pulled a small pill out of it, swallowing without any hesitation, in his last moment, his hand caressed the tiny picture in the box his family of three smiling,.
his lips twitch to smile , however his soul left his physical body before he can smile for one last time...
Taehyung was freed from the earthly realm with his soul in peace to join his family in afterlife, he was a good husband and an extraordinary father.
jungkook saw taehyung ending his own life, unable to see he closed his eyes and let his soul fade..
when jungkook open his eyes again he saw his taehyung and rinnie was waiting for him with their arms wide open to hug him..
jungkook ran towards them , and this time he was got engulfed in the warm embrace of his family .
in the end he reached where he truly belonged...
