Everyone was stunned, most had no idea what was going on.
Up on the fourth floor by the window, Meredith and Perla's group were watching the unfolding drama with keen interest.
Arielle seemed to be in a heated altercation with several tall guys.
Their faces were absolutely furious.
Two of them had food stains all over their clothes.
Meredith's heart leapt into her throat as she thought, 'No doubt about it, Arielle must have dumped her tray right on their heads.'
In her mind, she was screaming, 'Come on, beat that bitch to a pulp! Break her bones! If you can't cripple her, at least make sure she can't get up. Crush her under your feet...'
Perla and her friends were glued to the scene below, it all felt eerily familiar.
Perla thought bitterly, 'Arielle dumped leftovers on me before. I still haven't gotten my revenge for that.'
"Come on, hit her! Beat her to a pulp!" Perla clenched her tiny fists, cheering the boys on from afar.
The assaulted boys finally realized that a stunningly beautiful girl had just hit them.
Dazed for a second, they quickly snapped back to reality.
"We're men! How could we let a woman beat us?" they fumed. "So what if she's pretty? There's no way we're going easy on her!"
The lead guy spat out a string of curses. "Fuck you! You dare hit me? You're dead!"
He lunged forward, swinging his fist.
Arielle swiftly caught the boy's hand mid-air and shoved him back with force.
Arielle's icy glare pierced through the group, her sharp eyes glinting with deadly chill.
"Shut the hell up," her cold voice cut through the air. "If you want to fight, take it outside. Don't ruin my meal."
"What the hell?" The crowd was stunned once again.
They thought. 'She hit them just because they disturbed her meal?
'What a damn freak! Does she expect everyone to clear out whenever she wants to eat?'
"Whatever the reason, you had no right to hit us!" one of the assaulted boys shouted angrily.
Under her chilling glare, one of them whispered, "That's Arielle Bradford from Class 1."
The other four stared in shock, they hadn't expected this was Arielle.
The guy who was about to hit her froze, not daring to move.
They knew that she took down the Peterborough Four and sent them straight to the police station.
Arielle shot the boy a cold, sideways glare.
She asked, "Did I just hit a human? With the way you act, you don't even qualify as one. If you want to go wild, get out, this isn't your turf for bullying."
From their spot on the fourth floor, Perla and her friends watched the shouting match downstairs and couldn't help but scoff.
She thought, 'These guys are pathetic. Too scared to even hit a girl?'
'Five against one, this should've been an easy win.'
Perla and Mya looked disappointed.
Mike, who was sitting at their table, couldn't take his eyes off Arielle standing defiantly at the center. "Who is she?"
Perla raised an eyebrow at his words.
Her gaze swept over Mike's face, she caught the unmistakable glint in his eyes as he looked down at Arielle, his brows drawn tightly together.
Mya smirked. "Mike, what's that look? Got a thing for her?"
Mike looked puzzled and said, "With a one-in-a-million look like that, who wouldn't like her? She's way prettier than Patricia."
"Mike, your taste is really that bad?" Samantha sneered from the side. "You'd actually go for that kind of girl? So cringe."
Seeing her friend so hung up on her, Perla rolled her eyes and sneered.
She said, "Do you even know who she is? That's Arielle Bradford, Meredith's sister! The very one who's been bullying Meredith all along. And you still have feelings for her?"
Mike's face registered shock. "That's Meredith's sister? I... never would've guessed."
"That's Meredith's sister??"
A pang of disappointment hit him as he thought, 'Looks can be so deceiving...'
Mya sneered again. "It's not too late to realize it now. You know all about her. You're on our side, so show some backbone, don't go falling for just any trash that comes along."
