The news of James and Valerie splitting was known the very next day... the reason why came out only seconds after.
"She's definitely a slut."
"Fucking stupid bitch, doesn't know how not to get caught."
"Wow... I knew she was a whore but to fuck some geek? She must be desperate for touch."
"Hungry bitch."
Everyone hated her. She didn't show up for school anymore and soon enough she transferred out. I couldn't stop myself from laughing when someone brought up that they saw her with a baby bump.
Bitch had it coming.
James and I started officially dating. The school knew about it the minute we started and it was I who was being loved up on. I wore his sports jackets, he had his arm around me, he kissed me and called me 'babe'. I was officially known as his girlfriend...
And I cut down anyone who was a threat.
Like normal boys, James made out with some girls and fucked a few. When I found out who they were, I made their lives living hell.
"I heard Delilah Anderson let's guys fuck her in the ass."
"Hailey Miller apparently sucked off Mr. Pine for a grade."
"Karina Beer is a lesbian!"
They were shunned and shit talked... just like a whore should be. Sometimes I'd even let my guy friends have a few rounds with them, I mean... who else would want to touch them?
James and I were happy though. We had sex often and I made sure to do whatever he wanted. Sometimes it was painful but nothing unbearable. We went on dates and I met his mom and dad. They were really sweet.
He met my family for dinner once and it ended up, awkward. My older brothers weren't a fan of him and my father tried talking me out of my relationship:
I was washing my face when my dad knocked on my door. He does this three knock method so I would know it's him, "Yes dad?"
"Can I talk to you princess?" He asked.
"Sure, let me dry my face real quick!" I yelled back, hurrying to my room. My dad was sitting on my bed in his snowman pajamas. He was balding already, but he was still my loving father. I ran to sit next to him, "What did you want to talk about?"
"Do you really like that boy? James, I mean," he asked.
I nodded, "He's amazing dad. Super smart and is on the football team. I know you and my brothers love sports, so it's great that you all have that in common. He is also planning to major in business one day and totally has the brain to make his own company! Don't get me started on his looks, he's so handsome too!"
"I know princess," he kissed my forehead, then said, "but you didn't say he was a nice guy."
I was baffled. Confused, I narrowed my eyes, "What are you trying to say dad?"
He twiddled his thumbs, sighing, "You are my heart and soul... the reason I get up every morning. Princess... I want you to be with a man that loves you right."
"He does."
"Does he?" He asked, making me mad, "Princess... you're mother and I see all the changes you've done. You no longer read, write, or collect snow globes. You've changed your hair, your makeup, your clothes and... and I know you're eating different.... I'm afraid princess that you'll lose yourself... that you're changing yourself for him." Taking my hands into his, he smiles at me... but it's pitiful, "Be with a man who makes you feel beautiful... that makes you smile and love yourself. Be with someone who is your best friend, who you can be yourself around. Someone who would never judge you, never try to change you, and never look down on you. Princess... you are a brilliant, beautiful, and kind girl.... I don't want those traits to dom because of a boy who can't see who you are."
I was enraged.
I wanted to yell at him, hit him, curse him out... how fucking dare he criticize James? James is way smarter than him, stronger than him, and MUCH better looking. I've always loved my father and I've always taken his advice, but I couldn't believe the bullshit he was spewing.
So I just smiled and said, "He treats me great dad.... I couldn't have anything better."
