While Eunice was struggling to break free, Zoe delivered a resounding slap, her hand connecting with Eunice's face. Eunice was stunned. 'I wanted to get revenge on Zoe, but now I'm the one getting hit,' she thought to herself.
Eunice screamed on the spot, her voice shrill. "Zoe, why are you doing this to me? How much of a grudge do we have that you have to hurt me like this?"
"None of this has anything to do with me. You set it all up yourself," Zoe sneered.
Eunice was momentarily speechless. After all, she was the one who had orchestrated the whole thing. She hadn't expected Zoe to know in advance. It seemed like Zoe had deliberately set her up.
"Zoe, don't think that just because you're acting tough now, I can't do anything to you. I'm going to tell Mom and Dad and let them know what kind of person you are." Eunice tried to turn around.
Eunice had expected Zoe to be afraid, but Zoe just sneered again. "Go ahead. The more details you give, the better."
Eunice couldn't figure Zoe out. "Are you really not afraid?"
"Of course I'm not afraid. Everything that happened yesterday was your own doing. You set up the cameras, and you brought in those people. It has nothing to do with me," Zoe said. "And—"
Zoe's smile was eerie, and Eunice couldn't help but ask, "And what?"
"And I was drunk last night and spent the whole night with Shawn. If Mom and Dad ask, do you think they'll believe you or me?" Zoe said.
Eunice was stunned on the spot. 'What? Zoe was with Shawn the entire night? Why, how could this be?,' she thought to herself. Eunice shouted, "I don't believe you! You must be lying!"
"Is that so? Take a look at this." Zoe pulled out the photo she had taken of Shawn cooking. Just that one photo was enough to tell the whole story.
When Eunice saw the photo, she was furious. "You, you shameless bitch. You must have seduced Mr. Ludwig. He would never be interested in someone like you."
"Actions speak louder than words. I am better than you," Zoe stated matter-of-factly.
Eunice, with her fragile heart, couldn't take the blow anymore and ran back to her room, crying. She pounded her fists on the bed, but it still didn't feel like enough.
Last night, if Eunice hadn't woken up early and stopped the situation in time, she would have been raped by those men. Rage washed over Eunice's entire body.

Eunice hurriedly said, "I helped you last time, and now I'm in a bit of trouble, so you have to help me."
"What is it?" the person on the other end asked.
Eunice clenched her phone, took a deep breath, and then laid out her request in detail. "I need you to kill someone for me. Find a top-notch mercenary internationally and make sure the job is done perfectly. And above all, don't leak any information about me," Eunice said.
There was a brief silence on the other end.
Eunice grew anxious. "What? You promised me last time. Are you going to go back on your word?"
"Girl, it's not good to be so impatient. I've noted the task you mentioned. I'll get back to you with the results later," the person said before hanging up.
Eunice waited anxiously for a few minutes, and then a strange message suddenly arrived on her phone. She picked up her phone and opened the text message.
[Greetings. I am the mercenary Caesar. I will arrive in Clusia in the near future to complete the assassination task for you. The assassination fee is 1.5 million. Please send the remittance and target information to my international email address after you see this message.]
