                    Jennie's POV
Darius's smirk never wavered, but I could see the flicker of curiosity in his eyes. He leaned forward, placing his glass on the table with a soft clink. "Information is a dangerous currency," he said smoothly. "Especially when it falls into the wrong hands."
Lisa matched his smirk, tilting her head slightly. "Good thing we're not the wrong hands."
Darius let out a low chuckle. "You've got confidence, I'll give you that. But confidence alone doesn't earn trust."
I crossed my legs, keeping my posture relaxed. "Trust is earned through action, not words."
Darius studied us, the tension in the room thickening. I could feel Lisa's body tensing slightly beside me, ready to react at a moment's notice.
Finally, he nodded. "Fair enough. Let's see what you can offer." He gestured to one of his men, who left the room and returned moments later with a sleek black case. Darius opened it, revealing an array of weapons-high-tech, state-of-the-art, and deadly.
Lisa let out a low whistle. "Impressive."
Darius smirked. "We only deal with the best. Now, tell me-who exactly are you looking for information on?"
I exchanged a quick glance with Lisa before responding. "We hear there's a shift in power happening. We want to know who's pulling the strings."
Darius raised an eyebrow. "And why would that interest you?"
Lisa leaned in, lowering her voice. "Because we don't like playing blind."
There was a long pause before Darius finally exhaled. "Alright. But first, let's see if you're as good as you say." He snapped his fingers, and two of his guards stepped forward. "A simple test of skill. If you win, we talk."
Lisa grinned. "Now you're speaking my language."
Jisoo's POV
From behind the bar, I had a perfect vantage point of everything happening. My grip tightened around the glass I was wiping as I watched two men square up against Lisa and Jennie.
Rosé had drifted closer to the edge of the lounge, subtly positioning herself in case things went south. Seulgi was on the other side of the room, keeping her eyes locked on the exits.
The music pounded through the club, drowning out any sounds of hesitation. Darius leaned back in his chair, watching with an amused expression. "Try not to kill them," he said, his tone almost lazy.
Lisa rolled her shoulders, cracking her neck. "No promises."
The first man lunged at Lisa, throwing a heavy punch. She ducked, moving fluidly, and countered with a sharp uppercut to his jaw. The crack echoed through the lounge as he stumbled back.
Jennie, on the other hand, dodged her opponent's wild swing, grabbing his arm and twisting it behind his back. He grunted in pain, but she wasn't done. She slammed him against the table, holding him in place effortlessly.
Darius raised an eyebrow. "Not bad."
Lisa smirked, grabbing the collar of her dazed opponent and shoving him to the ground. "Was that the warm-up?"
Darius laughed, slow claps echoing through the lounge. "Alright, you've earned my attention."
Jennie released her hold, letting her opponent slump to the floor. "Then start talking."
Darius leaned forward, his smile fading. "The Revenants are planning something bigger than just territory. They've made alliances-dangerous ones. And they have their eyes set on something much more valuable than just control."
Rosé, who had inched closer, spoke up. "What do they want?"
Darius exhaled. "They're not just trying to rule the city. They're trying to dismantle the entire balance of power. They want to wipe out every mafia family that stands in their way-including yours."
Silence fell over the room.
Lisa's smirk disappeared, and Jennie's jaw tightened. I felt a chill run down my spine.
Darius leaned back, pouring himself another drink. "Now, you tell me-are you still interested in playing this game?"
Jennie's eyes burned with determination as she answered without hesitation.
"We're not playing. We're winning."
