The first thing Wei Changfeng did when he returned home was to rush to the hospital and Qi Le’an went to look after the two children first.
Snowball was half a year old. Although the family’s enthusiasm for the newborn baby showed no signs of abating, life had been back on track. Apart from Wei Xin’an, Sheng Chang’an and Wei Papa returned to work. The parents of the Sheng Family were not in Beijing for the time being, so Wei Xin’an and Wei Mama were remained behind alone.
When Wei Mama fainted, Wei Xin’an still kept calm and called emergency services to send her to the hospital. However, when the doctor said there was a shadow in Wei Mama’s head after the examination, Wei Xin’an finally fell apart.
She could calmly arrange hospitalization for Wei Mama and she could hire the best doctors to treat her illness, but what she did more was to hold her son and cry at dead of night.
When Wei Changfeng rushed to the hospital, Sis Wei didn’t get a wink of sleep for two nights. Her exquisite makeup had long disappeared and she looked listless and depressed.
Wei Changfeng stepped forward and hugged his sister.
“I’m back… It’s okay… Sis.”
Sheng Chang’an’s meeting in Europe was extremely important. He had arranged for the fastest flight back home, but he could only come back the day after tomorrow.
When she saw her brother, Wei Xin’an’s eyes were moist and she gave a strained laugh, “Where’s Le’an?”
“He will send An Cheng and Little Orange home first,” Wei Changfeng held his sister and said, “How’s Mom?”
Wei Xin’an took a deep breath and said, “Her spirit is much better than the last two days…”
“Sis, go back and rest first,” Wei Changfeng said decisively, “I will take care of Mom here.”
Wei Xin’an shook her head. In this situation, how could she sleep?
Wei Changfeng sighed and Wei Xin’an said, “Come in and see Mom.”
In front of his sister and mother, Wei Changfeng showed how firm a man should be. As Wei Xin’an said, Wei Mama’s mental state was much better, and she also had no problem going to the bathroom herself.
She saw Wei Changfeng and was delighted, “Changfeng, you’re here! Where is Le’an?”

Wei Xin’an also smiled.
Wei Changfeng shrugged and said, “The doctor said that you have to be observed for a few more days and stay in the hospital.”
Wei Mama didn’t care, “I think I’m much better! I can go out and hug my grandson now!”
Wei Xin’an said, “Then I will bring Snowball over here this afternoon.”
“No!” Wei Mama hurriedly stopped her, “There are many germs in the hospital. Don’t let the child come over! Besides, don’t bring the two of your children over. If they get sick, then…”
Wei Changfeng smiled faintly and didn’t say anything.
As they were talking, Qi Le’an knocked on the door and held the lunch box in his hand.
Wei Mama smiled at first sight and said, “Le’an, you’re back! I have watched the live broadcast of the ceremony! You’re a credit to our family!”

Wei Xin’an stayed with Wei Mama to have the meal while Wei Changfeng and Qi Le’an went to the doctor’s office. Wei Mama lived in the same hospital where Wei Changfeng had been because of the car accident. They had first-class medical facilities, and they were also good at protecting patients’ privacy, and there was even no problem with their service attitudes.
The doctor explained to the two of them again, “Mrs. Wei was in a coma because the tumor pressed the nerves. This is a common symptom of a brain tumor. Look at this position being pressed by it, it is likely to affect her eyesight.”
Wei Changfeng nodded and asked, “What about the pathological result?”
The doctor added, “It will come out as soon as tomorrow afternoon. We will inform your family members in the first place.”

“Help me send Sis back… You guys have a sleep.”

Wei Changfeng shook his head and said, “You can rest too. I’ll stay with my mom here. Come to me when you wake up.”

When they went back to the ward, Wei Mama had just finished her meal while Sis Wei was about to go to wash the lunch box. Qi Le’an took it and said, “I’ll do it.”
Sis Wei didn’t stand on ceremony with him and looked at Qi Le’an with a forced smile. Qi Le’an took the lunch box to the bathroom while Wei Changfeng was saying something to his sister.
By the time he came out, Wei Xin’an agreed to go home and rest.
The two of them went downstairs and got in the car in silence. Qi Le’an tried to comfort Sis Wei, but seeing the undisguised fatigue on Wei Xin’an’s face, he couldn’t say anything. In the end, Sis Wei spoke first. She smiled and said, “You have accompanied me home twice.”
Qi Le’an knew she was talking about the last time when Wei Changfeng was unconscious and was admitted to hospital. He smiled and said, “It’ll also be fine this time.”
Sis Wei’s eyes were a little wet.
When they went back home, An Cheng and Little Orange were playing with toys obediently in the living room while the nanny coaxed Snowball to sleep. The two children saw the adults come back and stood up.
Sis Wei went to wash her hands, then she hugged the two children and looked at her son again.
Qi Le’an asked, “Aren’t you sleepy?” An Cheng was still fine but Little Orange’s eyes were already washed-out.
“I’m waiting for Papa…” The Little Orange muttered.
Qi Le’an’s heart softened. He picked up the little girl and held the boy’s hand, “Let’s go upstairs to sleep.”
An Cheng asked, “Where is Fynn?”
Qi Le’an said in reply, “He is staying with Grandma at the hospital. We’ll be there when we wake up tomorrow.”
An Cheng nodded obediently.
Qi Le’an took the two children upstairs to sleep. The fatigue of the long-distance flight made the children fall asleep in ten minutes. When Qi Le’an went downstairs, Sis Wei was sitting on the sofa with a cup of coffee in her hands. There was no servant in the living room and Little Snowball was lying in the cot.
Qi Le’an sighed, took the coffee from Sis Wei’s hand and said, “Do you want some milk? It can help sleep.
Sis Wei shook her head while Qi Le’an sat down beside her. Snowball slept with his eyes closed, and the baby looked so beautiful.
Sis Wei started to cry.
Qi Le’an quietly stayed by the side, took out the tissue and handed it to Wei Xin’an. Sis Wei cried for more than ten minutes before she calmed down.
“Go up and rest,” Qi Le’an said, “I’ll call the nanny to look after Snowball.”
This time, Wei Xin’an didn’t refuse.
Qi Le’an came to the nanny and Wei Xin’an kissed her son before going upstairs. Qi Le’an was afraid that Sis Wei would roll down the stairs and follow her all the way to the door of the bedroom.
Sis Wei told Qi Le’an before entering the room, “I’m fine, you can go rest too.”
Qi Le’an nodded, paused for a moment and said to Sis Wei, “Mommy will be fine too.”
Sis Wei smiled with her unique gentleness and beauty.
After seeing Wei Xin’an enter the room, Qi Le’an returned to his room and sent Wei Changfeng a message through his phone. Wei Mama seemed to have fallen asleep again. Wei Changfeng said that he was lying on a bed beside her. Qi Le’an told him that the children and his sister had all fallen sleep, and he said that Little Orange called him ‘Papa’ again.
While chatting, Wei Changfeng didn’t reply to him again. Qi Le’an thought that Wei Sama must have fallen asleep.
He also closed his eyes with his phone in his hand.
He slept for six or seven hours and when he woke up, it was completely dark. The house was quiet, and Qi Le’an went to the children’s room to look. The two little guys were still sleeping.
He went downstairs, and Snowball was sent back to the baby’s room by the nanny. Juanhua was watching TV in the servant room when a faint sound came out.
Apart from that, everything was quiet.
He went to the kitchen to find something to eat. When he was still looking for the food, the lights were suddenly turned on. Juanhua stood outside and said, “Why didn’t you call me?! I will do it. and you can go there and sit.”
Ten minutes later, a bowl of shredded chicken noodles was served by Juanhua to Qi Le’an. Qi Le’an took a photo of the noodles and sent it to Wei Changfeng. Juanhua stood beside him and said with hesitation, “Is Sis Wei okay?”
Qi Le’an smiled and shook his head, “She’s okay.”
Juanhua felt relieved and said after praying, “I’m leaving. Call me if you need anything.”
Qi Le’an said ‘thanks’ to her.
After he finished eating the noodles, he put the bowl into the dishwasher. Then he started thinking that Sis Wei probably didn’t get up and then he wondered if Wei Sama had eaten something. Thinking about it, he left the house and drove to the hospital.
He bought two bowls of congee in the breakfast shop under the hospital and brought some delicious pickles upstairs.
Wei Mama in the ward woke up while Wei Changfeng was still asleep. When Wei Mama saw Qi Le’an, she pointed at Wei Changfeng beside her and shushed him.
Qi Le’an walked over and said in a low voice, “I brought the congee here. Do you want to have some of it?”
Wei Mama was a little disinterested in food and said to Qi Le’an, “I’m a little disgusting. I don’t know if it was caused by the medicine.”
Qi Le’an’s heart sank, but he still said with a smile, “Maybe the effect of the medicine is too strong. I packed a portion of porridge and it will be comfortable  to have it.”
Wei Mama nodded.
Qi Le’an put up the table on the bed quietly, put the porridge and pickles bought for Wei Mama on the table and arranged plates and cutlery.
As he was doing it, Wei Changfeng beside them suddenly got up.
He gasped and glanced at Wei Mama and Qi Le’an beside him.
